Just beware of the white 2014 Chrysler town and country that they are selling. Oil filter housing is leaking badly and they are not going to fix it. This leak is very common in this vehicle. Do your due diligence, dont let the bells and whistles fool you. The repair is over $1000 and per Jamess own words they are not gonna lose money fixing the van if there is no deal. They are waiting for a careless buyer to come in so they can make their $. Even if they cleaned it up, just start the van, let it run for 5mins or take it for a test drive. The leak will be there...

Nobody likes the car buying process. With that said this was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I emailed them on a late Saturday afternoon about a vehicle I was interested in, Jacob quickly responded and told me they had one in stock and set it aside for my pending my arrival for an appointment. I made an appointment for Monday afternoon and when I arrived the suv was ready at the front for a test drive. When I walked in he directed me to James as my salesman who was very courteous, knowledgeable and very quick with helping me with the process. When it came down to the end of the process, Michelle was able to quickly and efficiently get all the paperwork in order and neatly ready for my approval. I was out of there with my new car in 2 hours.... I literally brought my own big water bottle thinking it was going to be a whole afternoon event and left there barely making a dent in it.... I am extremely happy with both my decision on the vehicle and the decision to take my business there.

Was it because of our skin color OR was it because we had the kids with us? There are many other dealerships in this area that can sell us an SUV. Stay away from Grant and this Lincoln location. We ended up finding the right SUV at Toyota.

This was the second dealership I went to for a Lincoln. The first one was Schaumburg Lincoln and that dealership had a bombarding energy and a pressuring enthusiasm. I felt like they were cornering me into a decision because I went there for a test drive and they held my keys hostage. I had to ask for them back three times and my husband had to be a little forward before they finally let me go.I went to Libertyville Lincoln the very next day to look at an MKC and they were calm, warm, and welcoming. They showed me to the vehicle in question, talked over the features, and returned my keys after appraising my trade-in. The test drive was relaxed, the atmosphere was low pressure, and they even moved my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one while I was closing the sale. All of my things were handled with care and accounted for. I got $1000 more on my trade than what Schaumburg was offering and drove out of there in my dream car. It was a blessing in disguise that the sale fell through at the other dealership. I couldnt be more thrilled with my purchase at Libertyville Lincoln. Thank you Sam and Michelle!

The service and parts department staff have all been very friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever necessary to solve problems and meet my needs. I received a recall notice on my 2020 Nautilus regarding a possible problem with the backup cameras. I called and set up an appointment for the car to be picked up, a loaner dropped off, and then the car brought back. Everything went seamlessly and in the timeframe given. Great experience.

Had my oil changed, Ed has to be the best manager and most organized employee on staff. As I was there, there was a customer on the phone complaining that was dead wrong (was so loud I could hear there voice and what their issue was). Great service every time!!! Everyone there is very straightforward and professional. They fix what needs fixing and they do it right the first time so you dont need to worry about bringing it in two or three times for the same problem. Of course theyre going to check to make sure everything else is in perfect running condition but theyre not going to try and make you pay for something that isnt broken. Its a pleasure anytime I have to bring my car in there to get fixed because I know its going to be taken care of the first time right away.
