I hope others have a better experience than we did. Called about a car that was in stock on web page. We were told it was still in stock. Pending a test drive it was the car we wanted. We had been looking for awhile for this car and told them we were driving down from Wisconsin. We were told they would pull it out wash it and have it ready for a test drive. We drove 45 min to find out they sold it. I dont believe them as I feel they lied to get us in there.

I originally came with hopes on leaving with a 2021 Tahoe but the universe had other plans. Juan took his time to work with me to find the best vehicle for my needs. I left with a 2022 Trailblazer LT and I LOVE IT. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. Juan was very professional and patient with me which made the process easier for me since I’m picky. Before I arrived, I knew what I wanted and there was no way I was going to change my mind. when I arrived I was greeted by Corey, We sat down with Mike and talked and then we went back outside with Corey to look at the vehicles. I was not budging on any other vehicle, and that is when Corey came over with the paper work for the vehicle that I wanted. All around all the sales people there were great friendly people. Your Service Person Michael Tortorello was having a very bad day. He doesnt smile and is not customer friendly. He even mutters under his breath but it is clearly heard, He muttered something walking away from me and I said pardon me. He still choose to walk away and completely ignore me.Your cashier does not know the difference between a payment voucher and a coupon. She was very rude to me. Needless to say, I will not return to your dealership after treatment like this. I was polite and courteous and not once rude.

My experience when I purchased my car 3 years ago was great. However since then it’s gone downhill. I get nonstop phone calls and emails asking to come in so they can buy my car back. It’s to the point where I’ve received 5 phone calls, and 5 emails in the same day and to top it off they’ve started calling my job! It’s absolutely getting out of hand, and I will not be retuning for further services or purchases.

Our experience was excellent. Our salesman Rocky is the best. He was professional, nice, polite, and patient with us. He helped make buying a new car fun which it should be. We would also like to add that we had spoke to TJ Kuhn on the phone the night before after we requested info on the Chevy Equinox online. He responded back to us immediately. We were told we were getting and LT but the car was not an LT. They put all of the paperwork in my girlfriends name instead of my name for the car when the vehicle is mine not hers. Now she has 2 car notes instead of one- We tried to call them back and tell them this but they wont return our calls and they will not answer the phone. They told us that we got completely new plates and charged us for them but they did not register us for new plates. I will not buy another car from there.

I had two vehicles in - first, my new 2020 Blazer RS had a console lid that was vibrating/rattling. They ordered a new lid under warranty and had it replaced in under an hour. Love this vehicle!The second was my 1972 Pontiac GTO convertible. It was over in the Performance area with Kevin who runs this specialty service shop at Libertyville Chevy. Kevin installed my refurbished steering box, aligned the front end, and road-force balanced the wheels. This eliminated the front end (35 MPH) shake that no one else could fix. He nailed it. Runs like new.This dealership and service department is extremely well run. Hats off to the service Mgr Mike. He orchestrated both vehicles simultaneously without missing a beat. So glad I found this dealership.I still get that great GM feeling on both my 1972 and 2020 GM vehicles!

Everything was great except the wait to get into the finance office, almost 2 hours.Update 8/19/2021: Brought my Trax in for my first oil change/tire rotation. They couldn’t do the tire rotation because I didn’t have the wheel locks in my car…..I would think that a Chevrolet service department would have wheel locks for all of their models, maybe I’m wrong. Regardless, I waited an hour and 30 minutes for my oil change. Not impressed, not sure I’ll return.

Omar is my “go-to” car guy! I’ve been working with him for almost a decade and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my car needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are happy and taken car of. Truly a wonderful soul!

Everything was good except the cashier it was very uncomfortable her way with talking with the customers was very bad. It made me feel like if she didn’t want my service there. Like if she was having a very bad day and the customer was responsible for her not being happy. Really bad customer service on her behalf other than that everyone else was very friendly and knew about a good customer service.

I have been denied everywhere else 5 differnet places I have tried to get me.amd my family a new car it was well needed, and they all Denied me because they say umemployment wasnt Income. Dealership service centers often have a mixed reputation. Im glad to say this one thus far has been fantastic. I knew when I got an EV, that thered be a lot of things I couldnt just take to the family mechanic or work on myself, and this experience really set my mind at ease for any future maintenance and repairs. Mike was personable and communicative every step of the way. He informed me of the issues and the costs upfront, informed me of recommended maintenance - and any delays that occured were communicated in a way that didnt set up an expectation that my car *will* be ready at a certain time, while letting me understand the logistical hurdles they face; as a person in lines of work where Im constantly given incorrect time frames to save face, it was a breath of fresh air that I really appreciate. I was given a loaner, and the prices of the work done was quite reasonable. All and all, Im quite impressed and Ill definitely come back to this service center for any future needs.

I usually bring my car in for an oil change at local shop. I wanted to bring it to dealer this time. Since my oil change I am not getting heat and car sounds like a it’s over heating.Last year when the local shop did my oil change they saw this and took care of it. Very disappointed that this wasnt noticed during oil change. The reason I brought it to you was hoping you would make sure everything was on working order and you would have checked that. Now I’ll need to bring it to another place to get the coolant.

I gave them a 3 to be fair. Customer service from the advisory team wasnt so appealing nor welcoming when I arrived, but they did execute all of my requests. The positive was the car wash that I didnt have to ask for, the oil change was done in as little as an hour and I was dropped off by the courtesy shuttle to the mall with little wait time.

Super helpful, very friendly, no nonsense approach and knowledgable, Juan was one of the main reasons I initially chose this dealership. When I met the rest of the team (General Manager Rick Danca and Finance Manager Mike Cardona) it cemented my decision. I paid a very fair price, got a good trade-in, and Mike was able to get my financing done with my own bank at terms that were better than I could get on my own! I highly recommend this dealership, and if youre looking at Fords or Rams, instead chose a Chevy from the team at Libertyville Chevrolet.

Today was my first time at this dealership after purchasing my car from a sister dealership and they were awesome. Went in for my oil change and they had me in and out in no time flat, with a car wash. May not seem like a big deal but it was at their sister dealership. After my service there, I was told Id have to come back another day for a wash. The staff was super friendly and greeted everyone with a smile and hello. Will DEFINITELY be servicing my car here from now on. Bait and switch as well as false advertising appear in a number of reviews and this has been my experience as well. I was scheduled for an oil change and was confirmed to receive a loaner car. However, when I arrived I was told that they do not do loaner cars for oil changes and that they could only do it if I added other services. Our last service was like this as well. They have really changed over the course of the last year and have gone downhill from what I have experienced previously. Our Chevy has been serviced at this location regularly over the course of its 36,000 mile life. We depend on having a loaner car so that I can drop the vehicle off on the way to work and pick it up on the way home. I have always used the dealer of the vehicles I have owned (Honda, Chrysler, and Chevy) and have never left less than a 5 star review. As our experience has gone downhill so much over the last year, we have decided to service our vehicle elsewhere going forward.1/19/2021 Update: I decided to give them a second chance and had a time scheduled to go in for oil change and repairs. I scheduled for 1/9 at 2:40 pm. I received a confirmation for the appointment. However, I was running about ten min. late for the appointment and called to let them know. They said Oh... we stopped service at 2pm, I see your confirmation, but we cant help you. We must have forgot to update our hours on the online scheduler. I let them know it was ok, but that I had driven about 30 min to get there (and was nearly there). They said they would have a manager call me on Monday 1/11 and that they would have all of the details. However, I have yet to hear from anyone.

I bought two cars here. I had no problem with the first, but the second was a terrible experience. The Finance Manager pretty much talked me into so things I should have left alone. He put so much personal assurance into it, it all seemed fine. Whenever I had a problem he said he would take care of it. He basically lied. Spent months trying to clear up issues with warranties and service. He was either fired or quit. I think fired. Anyway - without paperwork he was supposed to get me, it was a disaster trying to get warranty work done. The same person also sold me a 5 year warranty. Wound up to be only 3 even though I paid for 5. Another sales manager told me this was the way it worked. I said you mean I paid for two years worth of warranty for a car I did not even own yet? I told him to find someone who know what their doing because he has no clue. So thats the bad. The good is, I will give great credit to the service department. They worked extra hard to get my issues solved, when it was not really their job. If it was not for the service department people, I would never go back. I hope to find this reaches someone up the ladder. I still need to buy another car and right now, does not look like Libertyville is where I will go until they get their sales/finance personnel straightened up. I would be happy to talk with someone to explain further.
