I would give this dealership a lower rating if I could. The car I purchased had a few minor problems. Once they sold me the car they didnt want anything to do with me. Thank goodness for Craig Huber. After contacting the dealership by email and leaving multiple voicemails, he was the ONLY person that got back to me. Nobody else returned my calls. Avoid unless you deal with Craig.

A bunch of people waiting to take your money. Once they do, they could care less if they ever help you again. Poor customer service. Shady deals. Never go here, avoid the hassle. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, get treated better.

Never going back ... I bought an Outback from Craig 3 years ago and wish i hadnt to be honest with you. I have been receiving emails for 3 years from them calling me another customers name and sending me information that is not related to my purchase. I have asked them multiple times over email and phone to stop sending me wrong information but still hasnt stopped. I just received an email about friend of Liberty Auto, which put me over the top as we are not friends.Liberty Auto City requires sensitive information (as most dealerships) when buying a car, which this data is store without encryption and probably mixed up customer data much like they have with my email and address. Audry if you read this ... your car is due for a 3 year tune up if you still own it but strongly recommend selling it and leaving Liberty Auto City. (I have since sold the Subaru Outback and bought another one from a better dealership in Northwest Indiana.)I would normally not write this way for a review but Craig and the Liberty team has left me not other option. I would recommend taking your future business to any other dealership as the 4.9 rating was not my experience.

Found the part I needed at a very good price. The order was processed and shipped very quickly. I received my order in excellent condition and was exactly what I expected.

Was window shopping for a car, got terrible service wasnt even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Ended up buying an 19 Forester at highland Park.Ended up ordering hood deflector and was a chip in it. Not worth the hassle of getting a new one. Going through highland Park from now on.

Very nice staff to work with, even when ordering online. They were accommodating of a delivery process for local buyers as well, which served me well at finding a good deal on the interwebs. Only negative was a little poor communication on date/time of delivery.

I order a part from them and I got it pretty quick, I was expecting it to take a while just because its a dealership but it didnt and the price...they had the cheapest price I could find anywhere, it was about half the cost that my local Subaru dealer wanted. They bait and switch with their online business. I sent an order through, paid via PayPal, and then got an email from them later in the day saying if I wanted the order to complete Id need to pay an extra $20+ dollars for additional shipping charges. Buyer beware.

Purchased an OEM Dog Guard and replacement LH/RH Window Gussets for my 2001 Subaru Outback. Order process was easy and prices were the lowest after searching through other Subaru websites. Took about 2 weeks to receive my order because the Dog Guard was special order, which was expected and not a problem. The problem I had is one of the mounting points for the Dog Guard is missing the rubber padding...

Prices below MSRP.Long version:I have been doing a lot of work on my Forester this year, and have made many trips to my local Subaru dealer to buy the parts that cannot be obtained from auto part stores or from RockAuto. Sadly, my local dealership does not stock a lot of parts, so even after I provide specific part numbers to the guy over the phone, they still have to order them from the warehouse, and there is about 3-4 days lead time before I have to stop by the dealer to pick them up. I am glad to have finally decided to try ordering online from Liberty Auto. I placed the order after business hours, and the order was processed and shipped the next morning. In two days the package was in my mailbox, so no driving out of my way to the dealership this time. I really liked talking to the parts guy at my local Subaru dealership, and it is not his fault that he cannot deliver the same level of service that I got from Liberty Auto. If I have to wait for my parts, I might as well get them delivered to my home.

I ordered a jack from Liberty Auto. It was an easy experience to order it, they had the best price and even gave me a refund of $20 on top of that, the jack came quickly and was as expected. A perfect experience overall.
