WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I called Friday morning to schedule my alternator to be replaced after making multiple calls around town to locations that couldnt schedule me in till two weeks later. Tri-Cities Battery placed an order right away for an alternator for my car to ensure it would arrive by Monday so they can get me in by Tuesday.I dropped my car off and they needed to work my car in when they had time, which concerned me since I needed to work. They offered their shuttle service to drop me off at home and bring me back when my car was done. Incredibly convenient and unexpected!They called me a few hours later after they performed a diagnostic test on my car that showed I did not need to replace my alternator or my battery. It was great news and Im so thankful they did not try to take advantage by charging me for a service my car did not need. I am above and beyond satisfied! I will take my car to Tri-Cities Battery for all my auto needs and recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I needed new tires on our van and after talking with our advisor Juan we were able to make an informed decision. He made the process easy and we never felt like he was only trying to sell us things we didn’t need. He also informed us that right now they are doing a free alignment Check when you buy four tires which proved to be helpful as the front end was indeed out of alignment. They were able to get all four tires on and balanced as well as the alignment done at a very good price and I’m a timely manner. I highly recommend Juan at Tri Cities Battery.

Over an hour for an oil change with an appointment is beyond ridiculous..it take 30 min tops to change the oil and filter...SMH. Will never be bringing any business here ever again..

The guys at Tri-City battery are not only professional but also take the time to understand your needs on a personal level. This isnt some turn and burn garage where you have to take their word for it. They give you options and work with you. I have 3 vehicles and all of them are serviced here. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor, you have to look around and find the one that suits you best. These guys are pretty good. I recommend them highly.

The employees at Tri-Cities Battery and Auto on Clearwater in Kennewick,WA are the best team of automotive professionals I have ever experienced. My husband and I take very good care of our vehicles, and we have been to dealers and several other mechanic shops through out our lives. We have been with the Tri-cities Battery on Clearwater 8+ years and will take are rigs no where else. They are genuine and easy to work with. Youll never walk away feeling taken advantage of or that the work wasnt done correctly. THEY ARE THE BEST IN OUR AREA.

I took my car in to get a brake inspection. Upon getting my car back, my very expensive aftermarket rim was bent. When I first talked to them, they had told me that during the test drive they didnt feel anything wrong with my brakes. After I had called and asked them if they had hit anything during the test drive, they told me they never drove my car. I said you guys told me you test drove it to inspect the brakes. The guy replied to me a test drive is pulling your car into the garage and then back out. So first I was lied to, second how can you check something that is for safety if you dont test drive it..... and after I called and asked if they hit anything I was calm and nice and the dude yelled at me and got super aggressive. So I took my car else where to get brakes done and will NEVER be back. I also tried to buy a new rim and my rims are discontinued so I now have to spend another thousand on buying 4 rims. Basically for nothing, just so they could drive my car and lie and not even complete the brakes. But Im glad they didnt because they wouldnt have checked them afterward to see if they worked properly.Edit: That isnt even the tire that was damaged and you cannot tell by looking at it as its not on the outside of the rim and it is not curb damage. I was making an appointment to get the brakes done until I was treated rudely when I called. The guy even admitted there was nothing noted about my tire.... good to know the staff lied to you too.

I spoke to an individual that said he didnt have what I needed and when I asked where i might call because my car was broken down on the highway and he was rude and said O told you I dont know, and as I tried to say thank you he just hung up. Very poor customer skills.i would not recommend.

I give this establishment 1 star for at answering the phone, other than that awful customer service. Purchased a battery from them about 8 months ago couldnt return it without the actual receipt 2 weeks later (although they took all my info and it was in their computer) fine months later I find it and now the story is that there is nothing wrong with my battery they Tested it with their machines and checked out. After several times of taking it in they blamed my quad, serviced my quad it wasnt that they sent me all over for a $65 battery this has all been during the year NOW WARRANTY is expired because of all the back and forth !!I gave up bought another battery my quad turns on just fine, I re-install theirs and it wont turn on, they were not willing to do anything long pauses on the phone and getting no where until my warranty conveniently ran out Thank you I would of paid 600 for you not to waste my time!

We use Tri City Battery for my company and they treat us so well that I decided to use them for my personal car and they were excellent. I dropped off my battery, still under warranty, and was met with a less than friendly counter associate. He then said, in a very agitated tone, that the battery would need to be charged before it could be warrantied. four days later and I have heard nothing. what is the point in taking my phone number if you never call? This is the second time this has happened. Never again! Less Schwab costs more but their customer service is outstanding.

Pretty good service, communication among employees is lacking as well as communication to customers. I had an exhaust leak they found and repaired it without informing or getting my approval. Due to this mistake on their end, they didn’t make me pay for that repair, which was pretty cool.

They forget to take the tow bar off my bumper, left testing equipment on my car after I had picked it up causing my car not to start. I was stranded in a parking lot in 102 degree heat waiting for a technician to come look at my car. They showed up in a timely fashion, removed their equipment, and my car started just fine. Sadly, the damage was done...my chocolate melted in the heat and we wont even discuss my meltdown. I am not very happy with their company but they did fix the problems they caused, at least so far.

Fast and reasonably priced battery installation service!

We were traveling on a Saturday and or serpentine belt tensioner broke. They were able to get or car in and repaired in a couple hours on a Saturday.

Friendly and professional folks. They seem to provide an honest assessment of your electrical system, and check first before just selling you a product or service. Ive visited them several times over the years, with a number of different vehicles, and left satisfied each time.

My car broke down in south Kennewick....as I was driving out of town on moving day with a van full of boxes, bags, 1 child, and 2 kittens, on my way to southern Oregon 360+ miles away. A Triple A tow brought us to Tri-Cities Battery and Tire Pros in Kennewick on Clearwater, and boy am I glad! They were pleasant, professional, and didnt blink an eye at me taking up space in their lobby with a kid and two kittens for an hour and a half, since we had nowhere else to go. Also, it was Memorial weekend and the shop was scheduled to close early--but these gentleman stayed nearly an hour late making sure my car was fixed and ready to drive across the state. Three days later, I got a text from the manager checking to make sure we made it okay to our new house. If I still lived in Kennewick, they would absolutely be my go-to auto shop!

A lube shop indicated that there was some things wrong with my wifes car she took it into Tri-City battery they looked everything over and said nothing was wrong and I applaud there honesty because my wife was in a pinch she needed to travel about 500 Miles the next day they were honest they were great. That is why we will continue to do business with them as needed in the future.

Had a flat tire and was taken care with a very courteous staff and would recommend them for any of your service needs.

I have gone to Tri cities battery for years. They always have very fast and friendly service. I drive, alot, and I sleep well at night knowing my vehicle is maintained and or repaired with the utmost service.

Still fuming after 4 years. I took my 1999 Silverado in for a diagnosis. I told them to check the fuel pump. Instead, they REPLACED the fuel pump and charged me nearly 1000.00 dollars. While driving away, at about one block, my truck had the same symptoms. When I returned they told me that I advised them to change the fuel pump. I replied that I did not, and that I took it there for a diagnosis and subsequent repair. It turned out to be a 37.00 fuel pressure sensor, and they charged me for that as well! I attempted to contact the owner to NO AVAIL. I paid the full amount. By far the biggest ripoff ever against me in my lifetime! I called the queensgate location and the manager there said it was wrong for them to do. Also, upon inspection, the gas tank appeared to have never been dropped which was essential in changing this year fuel pump. Also, NEVER shown replaced parts. They also left a fuel pressure gauge under my hood, and when I returned it to them...They gave me a coupon for a free oil change. NEVER AGAIN! Lucky I didnt get a lawyer. I was too broke after taking my vehicle there.

Bad mechanics. Dont waste your time or money here. They will do what ever they can to get your car out of their garage and money in their till. They have installed the wrong parts and components on numerous occasions causing repeat issues. The company I work for has a fleet account here, and many others have complained the same as well. SHOP AROUND FOR ANOTHER MECHANIC

Incredibly dishonest. Said engine was overheating and needed $550 in repairs. Took it to good friend/mechanic who laughed and said it was a simple electrical panel issue.

Worst place ever literally told me they fixed the problem when I pulled off same issue paid almost $3000 for nothing suggest u go elsewhere
