This is a very customer oriented business and they do a great tinting job. They don’t rush their work and don’t push a particular line but listen to their customer’s needs. I appreciated the operator’s (Edgars) time to explain everything and the shop did a great job on the tint on my 1993 Toyota MR2 windows. The rear window is difficult to access with tight curves but they did a great job! Highly recommended.

We had Quality Window Tint remove bubbling tint on a used BMW we bought and re-apply tint in a darker color AND it turned out amazing! Loved their customer service and attention to detail so much that we brought in our minivan and had the front two windows tinted as well. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I had never paid to have windows tinted before, and being in Tri-Cities I will make sure to do this on every vehicle we have from now on.

Edgar is the MAN! I had a clear bra applied to my Infiniti Q50 and the final product was perfect. It only took a couple hours to install and a super reasonable price. I’m super happy with the final result.A couple months later I had my window broken into and had the tint replaced by them.Unfortunately the tint was a slightly different shade when viewing the window from the inside (my fault, I should have made sure they had the same brand tint as I had before) and I asked Edgar what he could do. They removed the tint no questions asked and I had told them I didn’t want a refund as it was just me being overly picky but Edgar INSISTED.It’s not often you find a business with such fantastic customer service and integrity. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly encourage others to use this shop for any of their tint/clear bra needs.

I was visiting the family and decided to check out this place. My sister-in-law recommended the place after having work done on her car for tinting. Set up was easy with a single call. We own a wine tour company in Walla Walla, and drove over for the day to get the windows on our BMW sedan tinted. They did a fantastic job, and the work came with a guarantee from the shop & manufacturer. Its a family business, and the owners (brothers) are all great. They even gave me a ride to the mall so that I could walk around while the work was being done. It was worth the drive from Walla Walla, and I would definitely recommend.

Quality work at a fair price

I was a bit leary of the great reviews and when I showed up, the location was a bit humble; however, the staff were top notch professional and remarkable at the very least. They fit my car in on short notice and the results are incredible. I left a great tip,which I dont normally do for things other than drinks, food, and Ubers, but they deserved it.I did go to another place in town with great reviews and I swear to you the dude was asleep in a car when I came in. I didnt notice right away, but when I did, I had to reopen the door to get the chime to go off and wake him up!! Seriously....but I digress!

I almost forgot what new beautiful tint looked like until I needed a repair from a previous company’s job ( just after a few years). Fantastic job! We have had 3 vehicles done here and the window tinting and paint protection look great. Staff is very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Not sure about pricing as I have not checked out any other companies. We were referred by our car dealership which has partnered with them for years. I figure if they werent good and were overpriced the dealership wouldnt be doing business with them.

The Quality crew did a great job on our house. They installed mirror, heat deflective tinting on more than half the windows in our house. They were very professional, told us what to expect, they delivered, and they cleaned up after themselves, The tinting looks fantastic inside and out. I highly recommend them.

Omar did a great job on my windows. They look fabulous! The job was done in a very timely manner. I just wish I wouldve been told they were gonna completely rearrange my trunk. Jugs of water and coolant that were in front were shoved into the back of the seat, just waiting to get punctured. Everything else was just a Mess 😖
