They were great, no appointment required and I was in and out within 30 min. And the quality of the chip repair was light years ahead of anyone else Ive ever used.

They are closed due to covid, will not answer the phone or reply to text messages. Had a windshield installed and rubber has come up and flaps when driving. Very poor customer service 😢

I got my rear windshield replaced no issues and quickly a few years back. I just called to get my front windshield replaced in my 15 hyundai elantra and they quoted me 800 dollars. Went to safelite got a one for 350. I dont know how they are still open at prices like that

Amazing service! I mean spot on novus crew there! While traveling from Spokane i got a quarter sized star break that I could see growing as I drived. I stopped in to them and they fit me right in. The lobby was very nice to walk in to i had my two sons with me and my dog and they welcomed us no problem. I was happy to meet Jen at the front desk and made checking in simple and easy. She was very kind and had a smile. You could tell she took pride in her work. I also got to be introduced to the technician that handled my repair. Dan was amazing. You could tell he was taught very well! I can barely see the impact whish is amazing at how quickly it got bad.Very professional crew, great repair and great environment! I would highly recommend this Novus!Thanks again guys hopefully I wont have to see you again but if I do I wouldnt choose another crew but you!

Came by to get my rock crack fixed early in the morning since no appointment was needed. They got it done in less than an hour. Great service, friendly staff. And the plus is it cost us half the price from competitor. Highly recommended.

Novus Glass just left, and I cant believe how easy getting my windshield replaced was! Dan, our technician, was amazing! He was on time, courteous, friendly, and got to work right away replacing my windshield. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! He came to our house and replaced it right in our driveway! SO convenient! Fantastic, quick and affordable.Replaced a windshield in a 2001 Ranger, couldnt hardly see out of the old one. Dropped it off first thing in the morning, 8a I believe, they were done in about two hours.The woman at the front desk was very friendly, organized, quick, and polite.I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for service.

I caught a nasty crack in the windshield of my truckyesterday so I stopped in to see if I needed a new windshield or if they could repair it before it grew.They pulled it right into the shop and put a suction cup deal on the crack. 20 minutes later to my amazement I couldnt even see where it was!!In addition to the repair he fixed another issue I have had with my truck since new with a vibration in my window seal for free!! Super nice folks the are very eager to help!!!

Ive run into a string of bad luck with regard to my windshields on 3 separate vehicles within the last year and a half, so I have more recent experience than I would have liked. That being said, the group here at Novus have been great to work with and have made my experiences pleasant. No complaints! Great work, but I do hope that I wont have to see you again, at least for a long time.

Had a rock chip with a 4inch crack on my window. The technician told me I had to replace my windshield. Got my windshield repaired with another competitor without replacing the whole windshield. Lost a costumer.

Very helpful. I called the morning to get a motor put in my windshield. Novus had the part within hours. 30 min to an hour. They were able to make a walk in appt. the same day to inspect my vehicle. Even though I didnt receive service from them today. The staff was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get me back on the road again safe!

Everything great when I called to schedule appt. for next afternoon. Called back to move or reschedule ( left a message ) as they busy or afterhours, never got a return call to this date about a month later. Needless to day they lost this job and eont csll again

Ive been to Novus on Clearwater in Kennewick twice now. Once was for a minor windshield repair and recently for an entirely new windshield (replacement). Both times I found them to be reasonably priced, quick to get me in and out, and friendly. The work they do seems top notch and they guarantee it. My ONLY complaint is that when you call them you get a call center of sorts (who knows where) and the people there are not very helpful at all. Id recommend just going IN for any service you need. Theyre quite nice!

Im SHOCKED that these people NEVER CALLED ME BACK FOR AN APPOINTMENT. . I was confirmed through my insurance for a windshield replacement, spoke with the gal here to get an appointment to which she stated shed call me back.. Its now going on 2 weeks and,IVE HAVENT HEARD A PEEP FROM THIS PLACE ON MY WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. . IM GUESSING THEY DONT NEED THE BUSINESS . SO I CALLED SAFELITE AUTOGLASS AND THEY WANTED MY BUSINESS.So my advice to anyone wanting a full windshield replacement, DO NOT CALL NOVUS because theyre NOT interested, they only want to do rock chips...

Lifetime warranty?! The rear view mirror fell off and the glass cracked (and spreading) from the inside after a couple of years, but its not covered under warranty.

Fast service and great work

I ordered a windshield, and two weeks later called for the status. They said they had not received the windshield (ordered from the dealer) & they had been unable to get ahold of them. They said they would call and get back to me. Several days later I called Novus again, and they again said they had not been able to get ahold of the dealer. I called the dealer, and they answered immediately. Dealer said he had the order on his desk, but Novus was to send a check and it hadnt received yet. I called Novus back, and was told oh, Ill have to call corporate. By this time, 3 weeks have passed. I canceled my order and will do business elsewhere.

Its hard go go in when they are not open on the weekends or after 5. Most people work to 5 weekdays and need to get stuff done on the weekend.
