Will be honest not sure on prices on windshields now a days but they are super friendly and they say they would price match if I got a better deal

I price compared between Hermiston and Tricites and they were the lowest even with tax. They did great fast work. Great customer service and friendly. I will suggest them to family and friends. Fingers crossed 🤞 I wont need their services again, but if I do this is where I will come back to.

Really friendly, family owned and operated shop. I got a heat crack all the way around my rear view mirror from the heat and they got me fixed right up. They were very kind when working around my schedule abd came in at a very reasonable price. I wish we had more shots like this. Great job guys!

It took me forever to find a place in Kennewick that would even answer their phone and Affordable Windshields was so great to work with. If you call Crystal clear auto glass remember they are affordable auto glass and located on Fritland and Columbia. Crystal is no longer located on Clearwater.

It was quick and simple. Not much on customer service for me but the job is done and so far no complaints on that part.

I gotten 3 windshields and 4 cracks done here. It’s not fancy and they are down to earth which to me means honesty. Unlike the other places I have done windshield repair in Tri-Cities. Just don’t expect a fancy waiting room. And they are affordable! Just under 300 bucks tax and all, most all windshields. All American or Canada made. You can tell if writing in lower corner of window. Others in town sell mostly cheap Chinese glass. I have six cars but windows on ones I run in gravel the most bust the most. One a year driving to Hanford!

A little too on the expensive side and did not offer to come to fix windshield. Gave high quotes even though my insurance covers windshield.

I had my windshield replaced a couple of weeks ago and I have to say they do good work, getting to the problem now, A week after the windshield was replaced the hood flew up and smashed the new windshield and did considerable damage to the body of the vehicle also. I am not saying that they caused this but they had to open the hood to perform the replacement, if the hood latch was that loose you would think that it would have been noticed and I would have been informed. I again am not saying the quality of the work was sub standard actually it was good. I spoke with the owner and I got the it didnt happen here speech, I would at least have appreciated an acknowledgement. Again I do not have an issue with the quality of the work, I have an issue with the service after the sale.

Never even made a appointment. We were asked for a card number in case we no showed - over the phone. Not a safe practice & thats to cover a $10 parts return fee.Doesnt exactly inspire trust, or give me confidence in their financial stability.

I ll tell you what I went and broke my back window in my TRUCK and these guys got me in and out in record time with out delay they cleaned up all the glass in the back seat with a mountain of tools and Stuff in the way litteraly nobody outthere cleans up their car before brining it in it dawned on me how much stuff their was in there from summer till now were talking acoustic guitar, iron tools, 15 tire wrenches and most of those are broke or bent as they are cheap but these guys are #1 killed it knocked it outta the park my windows fixed everything works and for under $200.00 I say very affordable and nessesary ! The service was polite and very knowlegable about the subject of fixing it because I have no idea on this one what to do but bam under an hour ! I had an hours worth of glass to clean up nope gone! Also I got $15 .00 off for writing a review! These guys deserve your business!

First of all they told me to be there at 8:30 and i was the car would be done in about 2 hours. Didnt get it until 12:30 .then I picked it up and the mirror was messed up go down the road the mirror was shaking .took it back and of course it wasnt there fault . Do not go there go to a reputable place.
