This is a great place to go to get some healthy food! Smoothies and salads and juices abound! The prices seem a little bit high, but the quality is high too and youre getting what youre paying for. This place is great for people with dietary restrictions, gluten-free, dairy-free, raw or vegan are all really easy to accommodate. I love how you can order a caffeinated smoothie, and the caffeine is free on Monday! This is a nice place to hang out and catch up with a friend. They even have an outdoor patio with a very comfy looking swing.

Staff was friendly. I ordered the chicken Tikka Masala over coconut rice but they ended up unable to make it so I just tried a avocado turkey sandwich. We ate outside.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Iowa City. Im a frequent customer and stop in at least once a week. The food is always light and clean. The juice is always fresh and delicious. I always take my order to go, because of Covid, but there is a little dining area outside for those not wanting to sit in the cafe itself.

Very impressed after my first visit. The chicken tikka masala bowl was delicious: well-seasoned sauce, high-quality chicken in a generous portion, and the rice was buttery and had the perfect consistency. The green cold-pressed juice was also delicious. Will be returning frequently!

My new fav sandwich...cashew chicken on croissant 😋 So fresh and delicious. That strawberry and watermelon freshi gave my tastebuds life! The perfect fruity sweetness. Enjoyed every bite and sip.

On our road trip journey we were looking for some fresh healthier options and were not disappointed by Get Fresh cafe! Tons of great health options and wonderful fresh cold pressed juices. My favorite was the oh ginger snap. Highly recommend!

Get Fresh has the tastiest, freshest juice in town. I love going into their shop or visiting their stand at the farmers market. They catered our wedding (we had mimosas) and everyone loved it! Wendy is awesome and so easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

We stopped by on our way to California because it popped up on Google and had a diverse menu with tons of healthy options - and when you’re spending all day on the road, eating healthy is not easy to do! This adorable, plant-adorned café was only 6 minutes off the highway and it was so easy to get to and find parking. Our food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot (especially the butternut squash soup, omg). The owner (we assume) was so friendly and answered our questions and was very accommodating. We left feeling so refreshed and ready for more driving.So if you’re also driving through Iowa City and want a healthy, delicious, refreshing meal (and a break from fast food), seriously consider giving this woman-owned small business your patronage. You won’t regret it.

This place rocks! I went here today when visiting Iowa City and was very impressed by both the food and the customer service. The owner was amazing and helped make sure that my meal was safe for me to eat with with my (several) food allergies/intolerances. Overall an outstanding experience, we will definitely be returning next time we are in town!

I grew up in Iowa City but haven’t been back in a while. I LOVE the food here but always feel like I’m bracing myself for a trip of unhealthy eating... This morning I stumbled upon this place and am already obsessed! Wendy is such a star and is SO kind. I felt like I was talking to a family member and we had only just met. I get overwhelmed with menu choices everywhere I go, and she made my favorite shake combination from scratch. IC is lucky to have this gem! Can’t wait to keep coming back!!

Wendy the owner is the sweetest!! She and the rest of the girls there are extremely accommodating. I usually come to this spot on my lunch break and it’s awesome to have an actual juice spot in the city, plus they have delicious food options! Definitely a must try if you’re visiting and want a delicious healthy option.

This place has the best smoothies in Iowa City. I have been looking for a smoothie similar to theirs but it is unparalleled. It does get kind of pricey, which is why Im taking off a star. I wish they had more sizes as well

LOVE! The juices, smoothies, and food are all top notch. Get Fresh not only has delicious food, but it is a beautiful space. The atmosphere and staff can’t be beat. I come here multiple times a week and know I’m getting high quality nutrition that is also beautiful. I could not recommend Get Fresh more!

Healthy choices, but only moderate value for the price.

I can easily recommend the peanut butter & banana and strawberries & banana smoothies along with The Cowgirl panini. The sandwich was great and the smoothies were fresh and delicious, with everything served by knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This place is awesome. First thing I do when I get into a new town is yelp a juice bar. Get Fresh does not disappoint. A plethora of juice smoothies and food options makes it super easy to make a healthy choice. If you find yourself in Iowa City check it out.

Been waiting 4 years to track down jalapeno limeade again, went to Newbo to find out that Get Fresh wasnt there, but had a new larger store with larger stock at 109 Iowa Ave Iowa City. Checked out the new website and there it was. I made my way from Cedar Rapids and on the way the owner replied to my inquiry if they were carrying it. She was happy to hear someone ask for the jalapeno limeade, but informed me they were closed for the day, but the owner was still there. She said shed stay and wait since I was almost there and didnt want me wasting a trip. During my trip she went to the store, grabbed fresh produce and made it for me. THATS customer service! I bought 2 bottles, and a watermelon juice. Ashlie loved both flavors. Definitely worth the trip. And even though were moving, well still be making special trips to this store (after calling ahead and preordering of course)

I stopped in for a hot beverage and the employees gave me a wonderful recommendation for a hot chia tea, which I got with whipped cream. The perfect beverage for my afternoon and a great spot for reading! I cant wait to go back!

They are always so friendly to me, and are so helpful finding different options for my food since I’m allergic to nuts.
