The quality of this coffee competes with any big city hipster coffee shop Ive been to, let alone in Iowa. The interior space is awesome, located right off the Iowa City ped mall, and they serve to-go drinks in reusable mason jars. To me, the fun twist is that it also shares a space with an indoor plant store. Plus the owner is cool. Highly recommend.

Love the folks and coffee at Daydrink! You can either go in to order or order at their window. Not the fastest coffee shop, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Take a few minutes to chill out and enjoy the vibe.

Love the lattes and that they will switch new flavors in/out (although I will miss the Bam Bam latte (fruity pebbles cereal milk) if they stop making it, didn’t think I would like it but I love it!They serve in a glass jar with a lid, so the drink can’t be too hot or you couldn’t hold it. So if you like your drink very hot, maybe ask about other options. You can return the glass so they can reuse it!

Absolutely love that this exists. Such a great location in a space that hasn’t been used well for many years. Really interesting selections and I love that they feature different European roasters on pour over and retail bags.

These guys are intentional with their craft and super passionate about what they do. In the span of six months, they’ve already created a space that cultivates creativity and community for all walks of life. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed. Definitely a must try for coffee in Iowa City.

This brand-new coffee shop provides high-quality drinks. The “Get figgy with it” is def my favorite and I believe everyone would love it. Plus, coldbrews are also awesome. Just give it a try and you won’t get disappointed! Highly recommended.

This is one of the quaintest and coolest vibe coffee shops I’ve stepped into. Connor and Michael have done an excellent job and they are eco-friendly which is a huge plus to me. Their matcha tea with oat milk and fig is TO DIE FOR. Hit this place up when you’re in the Iowa City area and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Daydrink is undoubtedly the go-to coffee shop in Iowa City for quality coffee and one of the best third wave shops in Iowa. These guys care not only about your coffee, but making sure you enjoy your entire experience at the shop. From dialing in pour over coffees from world-renowned roasters to basic vanilla latte’s and everything in between, every drink is good here

Daydrink is really another level above all other Iowa City cafes. Its far better than 329 in Davenport as well. Baristas are highly trained and the roasters and ingredients are only exceptional. While other cafes may offer single origin espresso beans, the technical skill of the baristas and the specific beans used really make for a far superior result. This is the first place in eastern Iowa that is on par with the high-end cafes in major cities.I genuinely hope that Daydrink can continue to gain a following and allow the leadership there to build something special to highlight what IC has to offer.

I had Daydrink coffee during my stay in Iowa City. I love that they serve their coffee in glass jars that they accept back and reuse. Its great to see a eco friendly coffee to go cup. I had the signature lemon cookie latte with was good but I preferred their fig latte. I will defiantly go to this coffeeshop again when in Iowa City.

The staff is what makes this place special!! I used to never drink coffee, but Daydrink changed me! Try the How Bout Dem Apples in the fall, the best thing on the menu!
