The dealership is AMAZING. Its not everyday you get to see these kind of vehicles, I mean the history at this location is ridiculous. I love the layout, feels very intimate and personal. The staff is very good at communicating and building relationships. The receptionist is very warm and friendly as soon you enter the building. Being off such a high traffic freeway, youd think it might be hard to find, but their Ferrari sign stand out above the others and its bold, so not hard to locate at all.I walked in during an event they were getting ready for, and it looked very cool in there. Speakers, lighting, posters, etc. Great place overall.

Dropped in and kindly Ask the staff if i could bring my 8yr and 4yr old inside to look at the cars and they said of course! We walked around and before we left we were approached by the manager and he handed us some large envelopes with Ferrari posters inside made of cardstock paper!! What a special surprise for my boys!

I had been looking for a Ferrari GTB through the Ferrari of Scottsdale Arizona dealership and was getting nowhere, no call backs or help from any sales staff!After talking with a friend that had a great experience with Ferrari of Houston, advised me to call the Manager Tony or salesman Joseph Maniaci and within a few days they located the car of my dreams. They took it in as a trade from a longtime customer and within a few days we made the deal. I walked here all the way from Tanglewood in the pouring rain just to look at the cars because I had heard great things about this Ferrari Dealership.I was soaking wet and didn’t want to go inside because I just thought that would be rude especially when they have such wonderful cars sitting there.The receptionist saw me and came to the door and gave me a bunch of towels to dry off and insisted I came inside to see the amazing cars.I can’t explain just how kind they are here, if you are looking for a stunning Ferrari, you need to come here!

I worked with Craig Becker on the purchase of a 458 Challenge EVO a few months ago. The car was to undergo a front firewall recall that would take several weeks. He kept me in the loop the entire time by sending updates through pictures during the process. When I visited Houston from Virginia, he walked me around the showroom and shop introducing me to just about everyone on site. Craig helped organize along with Anna Lenzi track time at COTA in December, where I took delivery of the car. Fantastic group to work with at every level. Ferrari of Houston has welcomed me into their family. Big shout out to Miles, Keoni, and Steven for their help in the pits at COTA and Nolan in parts for his time and patience with me on the phone. Earlier this year I made my decision on an F12, It took me a while to decide between a 458 and the F12. I looked at dozens of cars here in California and on the internet.as I narrowed my search, one car stayed in the top group. I reached out to Ferrari of Houston through the internet. Joseph Maniaci got back to me immediately and I got the information I needed..THEN COVID hit and everything closed down.Joseph continued helping me out.Eventually, we were able to put a deal together that worked for both of us. While I wired the money, Joseph made sure all service was completed and even helped me find a transport company to deliver the car to Los Angeles.Following up after the purchase, I of course had questions about my car, Joseph and the service team replied quickly and helped me immensely.Great job by this team, I highly recommend

Dont own a Ferrari, probably never will. The cars at this dealership are nothing short of amazing. They look great and sound great. Unfortunately though the building in which they are sold looks less than desirable. The building definitely does NOT say Ferrari. It says more like used Volkswagen. Thank goodness, as one may drive down the Houston streets in one of these fine cars, no one can tell where they got it.

Ferrari of Houston performed a major engine out service on my late 90’s low mileage Ferrari F355. The car is rarely driven and meticulously cared for. Less than 2 years and very few miles driven following the service I noticed a misfire in the engine. Living in a suburb near Houston, I chose to take the car to a local repair facility with an experienced sr. Ex Ferrari of Houston Technician to diagnose what I assumed would be a minor repair item. Upon inspection the technician reported that I had a significant issue with compression in at least one of my engine cylinders. After scoping the engine, it was evident that I had burnt valves. At this point I was surprised and eager to get to the root of the problem. This required removing the engine to further inspect. Upon removal of the engine it was noted that the engine was not in the correct timing. While this should have been re-set by Ferrari of Houston after the belt change / major service, it appears that this was not done. The factory marks on the engine at the cam gears to use when installing a new belt prior to timing were still perfectly aligned. Had the car been timed, these marks would be off a bit one direction or the other based upon the timing setting. Instead, my engine marks were directly aligned, appearing that the car had not been timed. Upon disassembly of the engine, multiple valves are damaged due to excessive heat caused by improper timing.Learning this, I met with Ferrari of Houston’s service manager, Giuseppe DiBlasio, to discuss what I had discovered. To my surprise and disappointment, I was met with frustration that I had gained an independent assessment of the issue and had not first taken the car to them, even though the technician that I had servicing my Ferrari had approx. 20 years prior experience with Ferrari of Houston. Additionally, I was met with no accountability or appearance of desire to address the issue, instead it was suggested that maybe I missed a gear selection when driving the car that resulted in both belts jumping track and apparently landing directly on the initial timing marks. I am astounded and greatly disappointed with Ferrari of Houston and their dismissal of the issue and failure to stand behind their service. I truly expected more from a Ferrari factory authorized Dealer.

Went in with my car fanatic 10 yr old, who had been begging me to come here. No, we cant afford one. But we can all dream.Walked in the door and were not even acknowledged. No one spoke and we even got a look from the receptionist of displeasure. We walked past several sales people. My kid wanted to ask questions. Its not like they had tons of customers. Would not recommend this place even if you have the money. We were warned by other dealerships that Ferrari was like this. They were correct.

I went there third time and asked for a test drive. The sales person refused to give a test drive and says he only did 2 test drive in the past four years as sales person. How can the buyer knows about driving experience without test drive? Especially Ferrari is a very different type of car. Now I am also looking at option of $150k Benz AMG at Mercedes Benz greenway. Ferrari of Houston makes me wish I lived in Houston!DREAMING BIG: As almost any Ferrari owner will tell you, its been a huge childhood dream to one day be able to own a Ferrari. When I had reached the point to have the means and ability to do so, the excitement transformed into nervousness at the very foreign-to-me and potentially high risk world of finding a [barely] used supercar. Since that day, I can say that Ferrari of Houston turned that nervousness into excitement. Shortly after I was living that childhood dream!ENGAGING CONVERSATION: My search took me all over the internet, to local dealers both Ferrari and non-Ferrari. Ultimately, after months of research (well, lets be real, research year prior to even being ready to purchase took many forms!), I reached out to Craig Becker at Ferrari of Houston. Craig later proved to be not only an excellent resource to understanding the vehicle that I was interested in, he knows Ferrari as a brand and helped to answer just about everything I wanted to know about it. We discussed the car and some of the details for several weeks as I wrestled with the idea of purchasing out of state. Ultimately, Craig put forth the time and effort to make sure it was incredibly straight forward and easy for me. He connected with his manager Ryan as well who confirmed everything that Craig committed to, and dug into the numbers with me to make sure I was happy with transparency at every level. Craig handled all of the logistics with getting the car to me, registering it properly, and getting me all the tags and paperwork, so that I did not have to lift a finger other than to sign and eventually press the Start button.DELIVERY: After the paperwork was complete, Craig documented the entire process of prepping the car and getting it loaded into the transport. He took photos and videos all he way until the car was loaded and the keys were handed over to transport. When the car arrived, it was just as it left the dealership. I can still remember hearing that Italian V8 roar to life for me for the very first time on my street. It was unreal, and something I will never forget.AFTERSALES SUPPORT: I can now truly say that Craig is a true Ferrari brand ambassador. While it might not be possible for me to be in Houston, the Ferrari of Houston team still treats me as if I was a local customer of theirs. It has been through many interactions with Craig and Ryan since I purchased the car that Ive learned so much about all the truly special experiences that Ferrari has to offer.While I am not local, the people at this dealership make their customers near and far feel like a part the Ferrari family. My son and I went in today and had an amazing experience. I apologize for not knowing names, but the woman at the front desk greeted us with a big smile. She answered all of our questions and I felt like I was talking to a human being rather than someone who is programmed to give a rehearsed speech. The salesman (young guy with blonde hair) took us around and answered every question we had. It was hot as heck out there and he still took the time to answer all of our questions even the dumb ones!!! I hope to go back and watch my son buy a car from there some day. Horrible customer service. There is no acknowledgement or greeting; it is as if you dont exist. Plus, the middle-aged woman at the front reception is very rude, and likes to stare at you persistently as you walk around. I guess she dresses up to work here, yet has the manners of a 5 year old child. Every car has a sign that says please do not touch as if it is a centuries-old museum object or something.The holier-than-thou attitude among these Ferrari dealers is truly pathetic, especially considering the fact that the cars are the slowest in their segment and the least reliable among all their competitors. Ive sat in Rolls/Bentleys and driven Porsches, and even those dealerships were not nearly as pretentious (granted, I was considering to purchase a Macan GTS during my visit). If it wasnt for the fact that my fiancé was a crazy fan, I would not step foot inside this place in a million years

I called them for an inspection before I purchased my Maserati GT. They told me they do not do pre-purchase inspections. I thought they represent the Maserati brand and they would give me PAID advice about the car. They did not. After that I went there twice with my car. Both times I had bad experiences. The sales manager was rude and unprofessional. I would advise you to go somewhere else with your cars. Or, if you like rude people, pay Ferrari of Houston a visit...

Alright, my initial thoughts on this place were 2 stars but due to recent events they deserve a 0. I had flown in from Atlanta to view a Maserati GranTurismo that they had since they were the only dealership, nationwide at the time, that had the exact interior/exterior combination I was looking for.The salesman was courteous but inexperienced and didnt seem to know much about these cars. Upon initial inspection of the vehicle the car had a bit of smoke coming from the rear portion of the engine. I pointed it out and they had one of their Maserati experts come out and say that the complete car had been recently detailed and that it was most likely one of the cleaning agents or perhaps a piece of plastic that had fallen on the exhaust manifold while detailing the engine. The smoking lasted for about 5 minutes and then went completely away so I reluctantly continued with the inspection of the car but requested to perform a mechanical inspection of the vehicle and to see the maintenance records of the car. Their response to the maintenance records was that they couldnt provide them because they had to protect the previous owners identity but to rest assured that all maintenance and service had been provided by them personally (how convenient). As for the mechanical inspection they told me that they couldnt allow a PPI by anyone other than themselves but that theyd be happy to perform one for me free of charge (how convenient yet again).Since I was short on time (having flown in and 2 days away from flying back) and being blind sided by the fact that they were the only dealership that had what I was looking for (after looking for nearly a year) I reluctantly and foolishly agreed to have them perform the PPI and take their word for it that the maintenance was good as gold. The next day they called me to let me know that the PPI was complete and that everything was 100% (obviously) and that the car was ready for me to re-inspect and finalize everything. I re-inspected the vehicle and noticed that there was no smoke but I could get a slight burning smell from the engine compartment at which time I was reassured it was nothing and that it would eventually go away once whatever was on the exhaust manifold completely burned off. I bought the car and had it shipped to Atlanta while I flew back.Upon the cars arrival the smoke was there again and would go away after about 5 minutes after startup. I took their word for it and drove it around for a few days like this but the smoking never went away. I took it to the shop and was told that the passenger side valve cover gasket was leaking oil and it was dripping onto the exhaust manifold causing the smoke and that the drivers side was starting to die out too. They even put the car up on the lift and had me take a look for myself and lo and behold an impossible to miss, VERY visible oil leak! Since the oil was not dripping onto the floor it was impossible to see upon my personal inspection but if they performed a supposed PPI, how was it that they did not see this?! Especially when I continually pointed out smoke coming from the rear part of the engine?! I ended up paying $2K in repairs on a car that was at 100% according to their inspection. But silly me for believing that a reputable Ferrari dealership had the ability to be honest and truthful with their customers.To top it all off, I contacted them a few months later requesting any documentation they may have regarding the car for my records since I was considering selling in about a year to buy a Ferrari and the more documentation I had the better the car held its value. Its been 2 weeks and I havent even received a sorry, no can do email, nothing at all. DO NOT let them hustle you into anything! They are sneaky and only care about making a quick sale vs running an honest business.
