**Cheap price = Poor quality** Warranty only stands if you can take it somewhere else and have them prove the mishap. My family and I have been coming here for years, and the customer service and attention to detail is out the window. The good price and “warranty on work” will draw you in but don’t be fooled…. Warranty only means you will have to repeated take your vehicle back numerous times until he sends you to the dealer and then ask for a written letter proving his at fault. He has done good work for my family and I in the past but that is no longer the case. I took my vehicle in for a tune up and have had nothing but problems since then and seems like they are trying to sale me on more work every time I go back.

Customer service is really bad . They will tell you to come the next day to work on your car and have you reschedule again very sloppy work!

I guess the guy is the owner, he was rude and tried to get me to pay for something my insurance covers. Lied to me and told me the issues I had was not true and that they drove my car. He thought left the lot I saw him (what looks like from hand motion) tell his mechanic to look under and get me away. I literally saw him do the hand gesture that most do to move along. Insurance sent me to another shop, instantly pulling in they noticed the problem and after putting the car up on the level you can see the problem. They took pics and sent it to insurance. So they approved everything to be replaced. I also made a complaint to the insurance about Eagle being a approved facility. No customer should be lied to or mistreated. All other races that came in were treated kindly and tended to. Me being black, I was not and people that came after me were seen before me. I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Especially anyone of color.

Took my car in for ac making noise. They said in was my transmission. So that was $1200. Came in to pick up car and they said car in fixed but ac is making noise. So left it there longer. Came back and said it was ac compressor. $300. Pick up car, still making noise. Left there a week. They said could not hear noise. Took them for test drive. They heard noise. Left for another week they said could not hear noise. Took my car home and two minutes being in car it made noise. Read all reviews. This is not the place to go. Stay away. I spent $1500 for nothing. Took car the another mechanic and they replace belt. Noise gone. $160. Stay away if you dont want to get scam

The owner was super friendly and honest. The prices are very fair compared to other Auto Repair’s. They had a comfortable waiting area however they did the job quite fast!

Eagle always provides the most wonderful & personalized service. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The front end of my car was unaligned after being hit by another car, insurance was a hassle, but Eagle went above & beyond in getting this taken care of. The front end had been out of alignment, but after Eagles work, my 10-year-old Town Car looks like a brand new car!

If you need car repairs this is the best place to go. They have taken care of our vehicles for yours and a very honest. After my dad passed away I took his Excursion in to have some work done on it. Dads vehicle had been parked in our driveway for several months and was filthy. When I picked it up the owner of Eagle Automotive had detailed dads Excursion for me at no charge. That was so sweet of him to do that for us and such a nice surprise too. They really take care of their customers and their excellent service is why this is the only repair shop we take our cars to.

Had problems with my transmission, coming here and getting my oldsmobile transmission fixed saved me from having to buy a new car, it feels great to not have to deal with that. Totally would recommend this shop

I was recommended by an Auto Zone employee to Eagle Auto Repair Jan 2015 for an alternator. Good and nice time of repair. Been going back since for my starter, fog lights, oil changes, struts, arm bushings, air filter, and cabin filter. They definitely tell you the issue before proceeding. They are willing to work with you and are courtesy. I was at first leary because I had people done damage to my vehicle before and had to come out more financially for their negligence. Overall, really good guys! 😊

Eagle is probably the best auto shop that Ive ever had the experience of going to. The are professional. Prompt. Upfront. Honest. Reasonable. They troubleshoot and go straight to the source. I can go on and on. I took my 2014 Dodge 1500 for service. I had a check engine light which was diagnosed as an evap problem. Which is a leak in the gas exhaust and emission system. Nazis and his guys found the problem and fixed the problem. I was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours. Since then my check engine light hasnt been in and my truck is getting 2 more miles to the gallon. Thanks again Nazir.

I do not recommend for anyone to come to this place, i went in to change my transmission and these idiots did not switch out one of the main parts on the transmission wich is the torque converter, they used the previous one that was contaminated with metal shavings from the old transmission, and now my car is giving me the same problems with my new transmission, the owners name is Nazir and he is not to be trusted, he promised me a warranty for their work and they say its my fault for bringing in used parts, this guy refused to warranty their work with me, and will charge you for something they were supposed to do just so they can try and get extra cash from me.... If you come here they will guarantee to start a new problem in your car so that you can come back and pay again for a new car problem they created.

Honesty is the most important key for auto repairs, when I went to eagle auto repair i felt that sense of honesty and that they know what they’re talking about and made me feel like home. Would definitely recommend them!

Im somewhat familiar with mechanics and I can say that the mechanic I was with a today (forgot his name) was honest, and wasn’t tryina scam. Whoever was on the phone with me today was helpful too.

This place used to be the best place for any kind of service but the owner went on a vacation and the incharge now does not know how to manage the place. I went for an oil change he and said to come back tomorrow. And when I went back he said that it’s gonna take 30 min. I waited for 1 hour 10min and he said that it’s gonna take another 30 min. Really poor customer service. I would suggest not to go back before the owner is back.

Worst service I’ve EVER received and it left my car totaled. The engine stopped working and now I’m out of work and they did nothing to help the situation even after complaining. They wanted to charge me to fix a mistake they made, very unprofessional.

Was towed by these people, in a non-posted area. They must have been waiting around the corner, because I only left the vehicle for about 10 minutes. The engine was still warm when they towed it.

Bringing my car back now, hope you can fix the problem you made. I got my car repaired here, something wasnt right when driving afterward, took it back and the mechanic told me the rims were bent. Guess what? I took to get the rims repaired and theres nothing wrong with them, no rims bent!! You need to fix this!!!!!!!!!!

Towed in after very loud crunching sound, car wont go into gear, older vehicle. For sure we thought this was going to be thousands for a transmission. Ended up being a linkage replacement for not so much. Point is, they could have done like so many other places and shafted us with unnecessary repairs. We never would have known the difference but certainly would have felt the pain. It is so rare to impossible to find an honest mechanic. Thank you guys for restoring my faith in an honest business. You have a customer for life.

Fuel pump went out on my car they pickup the car,when car was fix i picked it up check engine light and air suspension light was on,so i took it back they said i was not there fault was going to cost 600.00 more. I took it some where else they told me they did not turn off the switch in the trunk i have a lincoln towncar so they messed up air suspension and when they put the gas tank back they crushed the lines and they are mechanics people be carefull where you take your car eagles its not the place.

The shop is always on top of things and quick to fix every problem.

Took my 2004 nissian titan to Tony to have my left rear axle checked out, not only did he find out what the problem was but he and the Eagle Auto crew found that i was having a starter issue. I was happy to hear that they figured out why i could start the darn thing every so often. Tony walked me into the shop and showed me where my starter was located, and me having a little mech background would have never thought to look where it was. After the repairs where made i havent had a issue sense.THANK YOU EAGLE AUTO AND TONYP.S. I recomend all my family and friends to this place

All I needed was an inspection stickker, according to Nazir, the owner of Eagle, the car was running good and nothing was wromg. It cost me $770. to recover my car, and I still didt get the sticker. Four mile down the road I had to have to car towed back to Eagle, now it will cost me $2000. more if I want my Lincoln Mark 8 runnning again. I have owned the car for 15 yeats and never had I had a problem with the car until I took it to eagle.A word from the wise, take my advise and stay away from Eagle Auto Repair.
