Its breath of fresh air to go to a place like this and realize they still do exist!!!! Just a great bunch of real people¡!!! Honest and trustworthy!!¡!!! I would never go anywhere else now,!!!!! A REALLY great bunch of folks!!!!

They mess up ppl cars my cousin went here not to long ago to get one thing fix on her car got it back they messed up something else on purpose and lied the lady behind the counter jacks up prices they mess up cars on purpose thinking up would come back to them not to mention they caused her another problem on purpose

Always a great place to bring parts you already brought and can’t put them on yourself. They do really good work.

Prior to going to this place I called beforehand to get their business hours. I was told that they close at 2pm. I got there at 1pm on Saturday. The receptionist asked me what I need and I told her an alignment. She said Youre going to have to come back on Monday, were closing. I told her that they dont close until 2pm and I called to confirm that. She said We already have two cars getting alignments, youre going to have to come back on Monday. She proceeded to tell me the hours on Monday, but I wasnt listening because I was upset by that time. If I come in an hour prior to a business closing I should be serviced. If I was told over the phone that they stop taking cars at a certain time then I wouldve complied. I dont even live on that side of town so its no way I was going back there and certainly not after that experience. I wont recommend this place due to her lack of customer service and professionalism.

So I went there last week. I was told my front left(driver side) strut was bent and needed to be replaced to perform an alignment. They offered me to replace it for a $100+ extra. To which I replied the struts had been changed along with lower control arms and tie rods. Struts were brand new. Then they replied “well we can make it work”. I told the not to worry about. I’ll get it “fixed “ by taking my business somewhere else.Funny story I’m now at Toyota dealership for my wife’s suv 15k service and they are suggesting getting an alignment for $120+ to which I replied I could get it done somewhere else a lot cheaper. (Yes discount auto has some good and affordable prices on car maintenance services but will not do business with them if they are lying about my struts being “bent”) so I told the guy a Toyota service about prices at discount auto and he told me: “oh yeah I remember them, a lot of customers come back with us to correct their mistakes “Lol who to believe?

Prices too high

We take all the vehicles we work on there to get alignments after we either, lift them, drop them, or install airride on them. Never had a problem with the alignments at all. Thank you from all of us at The Setup

Its only fair that I retract my previous review after a change in management and give this place 4 stars......my parents recently took their vehicle to get repaired and the vehicles drive performance improved 100%...not even a month later I gave Discount Auto a second chance....and I must say that their work was excellent....too me they are a little pricey but when it comes to quality.......its worth it......

I recommend this place to everyone I know. Chris and Esther are always polite. They do good work at a fair price. They will have it done faster than you expect.

I would give the 5 star but it did take a entire day to get my vehicle back.. But they do get really busy... And the job was done correct.

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Friendly and quick. I had stripped wheel studs. Discount tire guys told me about both the studs and this shop. They fixed the issue, quick in and out service, and good pricing. If you live in this area and need a mechanic shop, these guys seem like the place to go.

This place did my alignment and my tires were bald on the inside in less than 3 months. So they redid the alignment at no charge however, when they were done 2 hours later the receptionist had the nerve to tell me, stop driving in potholes. I was insulated and will not ever return to Discount Auto Services. Not recommended and when Discount Tire gives you that coupon give it back...the bad alignment gets them more business.

2 weeks ago I left my truck there to get an alignment. I got a call that they couldnt do my alignment because of the ball joints. The work would be $490. I said Im on my way to pick up my truck!!! Took it to a different place and was told I did not need that work at all!!!! Shame on you! Very dishonest company! They lost a customer!

I went to so many shops that tried to mess me over... Discount Auto didnt overcharge me, they were very thorough and explained everything. Friendly & knowledgeable workers! I will be coming back!

Not pleased with the 4 wheel alignment. 2 front tires wore down to the metal and the outer edge and middle still in tack, its as the entire tire did not touch the road. They fixed the alignment, not with a positive remark, Dont go driving in anymore potholes...lol. I avoid potholes because I can see them coming up. I keep my eyes on the road.

Took my car in a week ago to have an alignment done on the front end and an oil change, the mechanic told the office manager that my tires were bad so to come back after I got new tires which I did today. About an hour later, I call to see if it is ready and they tell me something else is wrong with my car because the vibration is still there even after the alignment but I told them not to repair anything else since while I was waiting for them at lunch decided to read the reviews which most were bad.. I get there my vehicle is not even there someone was test driving to see about the vibration it still had.. the office manager is telling me my tires could be out of balance or it can be a ball piston or some crap..but my vehicle was driving just fine before I took it to them... as soon as I got in my vehicle to drive away I knew something was majorly wrong.. I was bouncing all over the place...well this time they messed with the wrong woman as I am very intelligent.. looked at my tire pressure on my D.I.C and sure enough they added over 10-lbs of pressure to each one of my tires so that it would be bouncing all over the road. I call discount tire to see exactly how much air should be in my tire and sure enough I was right on.. I took it there to have the air taken out and rebalanced and now my vehicle drives like a champ. I called Esther (the office manager) to let her know what happened and she said she did not think they did that to my vehicle and did not offer and refund. This place is crooked as hell and would not recommend anyone ever going to this place. One more place I can cross off of my list in these small towns!

Who ever said theyre poor mechanics is wrong. Chris is awesome and I appreciate his hard work. Everyone in the shop is very friendly. Ill definitely be taking my car back to them if I ever have any problems.

They fixed my fuel pump, but broke my radio. Refused to fix it or even admit they broke it.

Dont bring your car here unless you want to get screwed. They are so dishonest. My car was taken there to get a front end alignment, because I just had the left and right wheel bearings replaced. Tie rods were also replaced recently. My son was told my tie rods were bad and I needed wheel bearings or they couldnt guarantee the wheel alignment. I told him to leave. He took it to another shop and the front end alignment was done and they said there were no problems, except bolts were missing from the tie rods. Im wondering if they took them off to mess them up. I will never being another car to this place. Buyer beware!

Took my car here because discount tire recommended them for an alignment after I bought new tires. the lady at the front desk said they werent busy and it would be 45min 2hrs later the car is still in the parking lot not been touched the employees were on their phones the entire time jokeing around very unprofessional dont go here

Worst place to go for a simple job even if you have the part and pay just for labor, its still not worth going here. Labor cost is outrageous.

Horrible experience, went and got new tires at the discount tire down the road and they recommended this shop. Its my 3rd time here in one day and they cant seem to get a simple alignment done right. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Staff is rude and Im just sitting here waisting my time! Will not ever come back to this place!

Very unfair prices, lying owner/manager, dont do anything they say they do, also they will break you car to make sure you keep coming back. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go here for anything. I took my car for a simple ac retro fit they broke the radiator neck & said they i would get a new one. After a week the paint they covered the rust with came out the heater core corroded & numerous other problems popped up including messing up a brand new water pump & thermostat just installed. The $100 retro fit came with oil & Freon but they didnt put any oil so the compressor locked up. They expected me to come back but Im not a sucker. They also didnt follow epa regulation to vacum Freon in a container he just grabbed a trash can & sprayed it in there. Very poor mechanics. Please dont b a sucker they will screw you out of money, time & mess your car up
