Delicious! Dont have a Häagen-Dazs shop back where I live, way better than buying Häagan-Dazs frozen in the grocery store. Worth the price too, had one everyday while I was in vacation at Honolulu.

I was just at this location and the person didn’t want to serve me. Phone rang she said wait a minute answer the phone I was waiting for maybe two minutes and then I thought OK let me just go around and check out some stores and come back.. so I came back after five minutes she still on the phone this time she didn’t even acknowledge me. maybe not the best way to run the business

I personally love ice cream and I almost tried all the variants from this brand. However, visiting the store and having the signature sunae was my first. The picture below is of Banana Split is which has fresh banana, canned pineapple in between the ice cream. I loved it but my husband who had the dulce de leche sundae had banana as well. He wasn’t impressed with too many bananas.

The best Treat in Waikiki

My husband is a supreme Butter Pecan lover. Ice cream was on point. Creamy, sweet and so delicious. How can u eat any other. Staff was cool and patient. Bot as many flavors as Baskin Robbins. But they do have good cookie dough.

Go get a slice of the blue velvet cake, its big enough for 2 to share. The best blue velvet out there for sure, the choice of other cakes and ice cream is fantastic too.

The restaurant is a bit small and cramped but its fine if youre going to walk around with your ice cream.

Delicious ice cream but the wait was very long. They really need to make it bigger or get some more employees because I was waiting for at least 25 mins. But it was great especially because I have never been to one. Wish we had one of these stores in Kansas! But will for sure go back! The ice cream drinks are pretty delicious!!! .

Only one dairy free icecream unless you count the couple of sorbets. We as dairy free also enjoy real cravings of other flavors. When I travel it is hard to find places to indulge. I get tired of eating frozen fruit flavors.

I liked the large photos of the menu items, made it easy for us to order. There were many tourists who didnt speak english and they just pointed to what they wanted. Smart menu !By far my FAVORITE ice cream in the World. Friendly staff :) .They were really busy when I cam with my family, but everyone took their turn.Ill be back again for sure!

Got a trainee who had no idea what she was doing. Asked another staff member to help but she was no help. Better off going to the ABC store. They also have the AC set to 88. I guess being hot in the store makes you want to buy more Ice cream??

Very tasty, expensive and very crowded, but thats Waikiki. Is it worth coming here? Well it depends on how much you like to eat. If you ate a good meal and are full, dont come because whatever you get here will be super, super rich. I wouldnt come again, but its worth considering if youre out walking around and want to eat something.

A delicious treat on a warm day. There was only 1 person behind the counter so it took awhile to serve everyone. It’s a bit pricey for a cup of ice cream but it was quite good.

I happened to enter this ice cream store when there was no other patrons there, which is unusual, but the worker behind the counter ignored me and continued to chat with another person behind the counter. I had to walk and up and down looking at the ice cream flavors and then stand around for another 2 minutes before she made her way over to me. I ordered a mango sorbet which is truly deserving of 5 stars, but the mediocre service dropped my overall rating to 4 stars. Its not cheap here, but if Im going to have empty calories, I might as well make them count with outstanding taste. Theres also a large selection of non dairy ice cream flavors. Ill be back.

I went a dessert binge which started with cookies, then I moved up to cheesecake, and then ended with a milkshake from Häagen-Dazs. I dont know why I said all of that but it was really good.

Good flavors good options but whats is with that long waiting line up?!? I was able to get it on my third try...if you insist to get a treat here be prepared for a annoying waiting time

I experienceed a few Häagen-Dazs shops in Europe and US and I never got disappointed. American-style gelato, rich and tasty. Not many flavours available at this store, but surely high quality. The staff was kind and friendly too.

Great ice cream the heat makes you eat it quick but the half vanilla half chocolate is amazing . Service could be better three people that are weighing out ice cream as they make it. Just make the ice cream and get people in and out.

I normally avoid Waikiki like the plague. However we decided to walk around and visit the newly renovated international marketplace. We decided to stop at Haagen-Dazs for dessert and while the ice cream was fine. The wait staff had much to be desired. While my transaction was fine I noticed how rude the tourists were treated especially those that couldnt speak English. as tourism is Hawaiis number one industry you would assume that these people would be treated with more respect

Ice cream was very good. Staff were working hard but it still took a while to get ice cream. This store wasnt honoring the free ice cream cone promotion that was on tv which was a little disingenuous.

Surely one can find a taste to delight and satisfy sugar cravings.

Excellent ice cream, easily locsted on Kalakua Dr. near Kuhio Beach in Waikiki. This place is reached most easily on foot as parking is very limited and tight. Store is clean, workers are nice and there is a large selection of ice creams, milkshakes, sundaes and more. Expect to stand in line because the place is popular and the interior is set up a bit weird for their ordering lines and it is a bit cramped inside the store. Seating inside is minimal but outside on the sidewalk is just as good! The big downside is the price. Be prepared to pay a premium for your items here. Häagen-Dazs is located right smack dab in the tourist district and you will pay for it. It is easy for one person to spend $8-12 on one item alone. Recommend trying it out but hit a local grocery store if you want more ice cream at a lower price.
