This is the place to get ice cream in Ala Moana Center.Bottom Line: Friendly service, great taste, nice size serving. Down Side: A bit pricey but than again what isnt at Ala Moana.

Since the weather is heating up there’s nothing more refreshing than some ice cream. Lots of choice in terms of flavor. I paid about $8 for two scoops in a waffle cone.

The gelato was good and the staff was friendly. June 2021, sue to covid precautions, only one group was allowed inside the store at a time.

I rarely give 5 stars to a business. But the manager is always super knowledgeable and remembers which flavors I like. The staff is always quick, efficient, and polite.And the gelato is delicious! Really full of flavored, and much denser than ice cream. But what I love the most about their gelato is the texture. It has a perfectly soft pull to it.Always good!

I Say I want 3 scoop Ice cream and one on the side the People insisted is 2 order because 2 scoop and 1 scoop and that is no what I ordered

Really good Gelato in Ala Moana.

Lots of fun flavors to choose from other then the normal array of typical favorites that you normally see. Place was clean and laid out in a stylish yet simple format that made it easy to select and get your item with out looking around confusingly to figure out the menu or options. Staff were all very friendly and officiant with taking and fulfilling my order to get me out in a timely manner.

Love the pumpkin cheesecake. I wait all year for that flavor. Totally recommend it for autumn.

The gelato here is perfect. Texture, flavor and amount of sweetness are excellent. I recommend to anyone who enjoys real ice cream.

We love their macadamian nuts gelato and black sesame gelato in a cone. These two gelato flavors are awesome. However, the cone is a bit stale. Cones were made on-site, I would expect to be a bit fresher than what I got...Cones has a cinnamon taste to it, if you are not a big fan of cinnamon, skip the cone (cost $1.5-$2.5 extra). If we know that the cone itself has cinnamon taste to it, we would of skip the cone and save our money for extra scoop.

I trade the pistachio gelatos. Very friendly staff. very good gelato.

Gelato shop at the entrance of Nordstrom at Ala Moana Center! Are you making the most of the ingredients? Its not too sweet and you wont get tired of it! This time, double scoop of honey yogurt and pineapple 🍍!

Ala Moana 2nd floor (1st floor is like 1st basement level and 2nd floor is like 1st floor...) A gelato shop located between the Zara store and the Nordstrom department store.Starting with the Macy’s, going around the first floor of Ala Moana, and at this gelato shop in front of the Nordstrom department store, at the end, sitting down while eating ice cream was like a course for me.I enjoy the taste of macadamia, yogurt, kona coffee, and chocolate, but its really delicious.😭 Especially, the triangular biscuits served with gelato are soft and crispy, and its delicious enough to keep eating that one.The staff is also friendly and I remember that I could probably try one or two. There are many flavors, so you can taste it and choose the one you like the most.Its cool to sit outdoors, but the gelato melts quickly and I ate 2 scoops slowly, and later it turned into chocolate milk. Still, sitting in an outdoor seat and eating gela while being struck by the gentle wind, it seems to be the power of more shopping ㅋㅋㅋㅋ😂🤣
