I purchased 2 galaxy phones, and the gentleman that assisted us couldnt have been nicer, or more helpful. He transferred all my wifes data and installed the screen protectors perfectly. He also helped with making sure we got the best deal possible. He was a credit to the company.

Walked in not knowing exactly what I needed but Krianna came to my rescue and was able to help me find the exact technology components I needed. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. Jen was my cashier and was an absolute delight. I never expect to be THIS blown away by customer service but these two were a perfect reminder to me why I prefer to shop at a brick-and mortar than online.

Ordered from Amazon and was sold by Best Buy. They gave me the option of pickup or communicating delivery. I chose to pick it up at the location 20 minutes away. Wasnt sure where to go at the store but am employee actually engaged me and directed me where to go. The store pickup clerk made getting my product easy. He gathered the info from my phone, went to storage for my product, walked the item out to my car and loaded it up. I felt this visit was full of excellent customer service and it affirmed my choice to pickup instead of delivery.

The tech guys did a good job installing my new radio and backup camera. There was a small issue which I had to return to get fixed, but they figured it out and got me in and out quickly with true professionalism. Great customer service!

There employees were not very helpful, except one. I had to ask 3 different people for help until the 4th was able to help me. I guess they remodeled the store and it was VERY low on stock. They legit had like 3 cases for my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra. But of course they had so many options for iPhone. It was very upsetting and Id rather go anywhere else but here.

They were very professional and very patient. Every once in a while theyll be a little understaffed but theres still a huge difference between this store and some of the other stores in the area and their brand of customer service. You matter as soon as you walk in here, and theyre always helpful.

I was laughed at and had an associate and manager be extremely rude to me because I cannot wear a face covering due to a medical condition. I informed them of section 3 of the mask mandate and of the A.D.A. They didnt care and laughed about it. Took pictures of the signs they had hanging that proved my point. I then watched them take take the signs down and stomp on them.Then throw them away,which I got pictures of also.

Im sure Best Buy is fine for other services but I would not recommend them for appliance installation. We ordered a washer and dryer from them and when they came to install, told us they wouldnt fit in the door and left. Did my own research and found they should have fit just fine but the installers measured the box and not the appliances themselves. Called to reschedule and sat on hold for 45min. Finally went to the store and spoke to customer service. She rescheduled for two days later. I then got an email a few hours later saying I need to make an appointment for installation. I call back and again get no answer after 20min. Called Best Buys main 800 number and get someone who tells me they can do the installation on the day scheduled but they wouldnt have the appliances available. I explained that the appliances were just at my house that morning and that theres no reason they shouldnt be available. She told me she would have to email the local store for an update and it could take 24hrs for a response. At this point, I cancelled the order and went to Home Depot and got the same washer/dryer.

Giving only two stars as it is difficult to reach the geek squad. There is no specific store phone number to call, so you get sent to the giant best buy in the sky. Poor way to do business. And dont even try and call them back to make any changes to your appointment. Too labor intensive.Also, I bought one of the stores contract for my computer and phones and rather than send me to their phone people for a phone problem, they sent me to the geek squad which had limited knowledge re my phone.

There really isnt any product in the store. They removed all the movies. There are very few video games in stock. There are entire aisles empty in the computer section. It looks like a location that is going out of business.

I found exactly what I was looking for and absolutely positively love it it has fantastic sound and lights up and I have obsessive compulsive disorder and my thing is cars computers which I bought a laptop from Best Buy back home that has a keyboard that has a changing different color lit up keyboard 2 months ago and absolutely positively love it and both of them had fantastic staff and I thank them for all their help and hard work I would absolutely positively recommend this store to a family or friend or anyone looking for what they have

We stood right next to the guy that was supposed to assist us and he never greeted us until we asked a random employee for help and the guy pointed him and said I cant help but he can. We stood there waiting for his help for another 5min before he asked if we needed something and then was very short with his responses

I don’t leave many reviews anywhere, but my experience at Best Buy was horrible. I waited in line for geek squad with no one in front of me for 40 minutes. I needed to simply drop off my Apple laptop because I knew it would need to be sent out for repairs. Upon reaching an employee I was greeted with an attitude and was informed that I would have to sit and wait for someone to miss their appointment before I could check my laptop in. This was after I waited for 40 minutes. I left immediately after that. I will either drive to the Best Buy 20 minutes away or another business. Horrible.... There was no signage or information that I needed to call ahead and book an appointment.... and I have dropped off a laptop before for repair. It takes about 5 minutes normally.

Best buy totally disappointed me twice in one month! They set a Geek Squad appointment to replace the screen on my Samsung telephone. I did buy the Best Buy phone warranty (still $50.00 cost for screen replacement even with the warranty) when I got phone. Waited about a week for the appointment.Drove to Best Buy, waited for the Harrisburg Geek Squad then found out that they do not replace screens and that they would have to order a new phone for me. They could not tell me if it would be a new or refurbished phone! No clue! I did not want the hassle of switching all my info and apps to a new or refurbished phone so I kept my phone with the cracked screen. Glad I didnt drive to the York store as recommended by the scheduler because they dont repair screens either. Just bad information and a bad experience! Next I bought a 256 GB flash drive that I did not need and never opened. I wanted to return it to the store and found out they only have a 15-day return policy and I was on day 21. They would only give me a store credit and theres not too many things that you can buy for $35 at Best Buy. Even spoke to the manager and he would not return my money! The package was never opened! Certainly not Costcos return policy. Buyer beware at dealing with Best Buy! I am done with them!

I use curbside pick-up for the first time. The process was easy to follow. I was in an out in less than 5 minutes!First, you are emailed that your order is ready for pickup. Follow the directions on your email. Pull into one of the designated pick-up parking spots. Respond to your email indicating which number spot you are in and the type and color amount your vehicle. You are given a 4 digit code. A text message tells you that they are on the way with your order. Then a cheerful associate (my experience) comes to your car!The pick up process literally took me as long to type this review.

I had remote start installed here and the service was great. I was running a couple minutes late, as I was coming straight from work. They were super nice about it, still got my installation done on time, and gave me a full demonstration when they finished. I cannot remember their names, but they were wonderful. Would definitely recommend for any type of geek squad work.

I am a long time platinum elite customer. I am very frustratedwith the poor corporate service. The local store cannot help with online purchases. I was told theyre two different systems. Does not honor legit price matches. They try to give less than the full amount if they do it at all. Cannot fulfill orders after taking payment. Repair service is terrible. 32 days for an appliance repair to even be looked at. Different employees give different direction. I purchased a large home theater product. It was damaged. I packed it all up myself and got it back to the store. Best Buy does not deliver to the Harrisburg/Hershey zip code I was told. The damaged item has still not been replaced and I buy the warranties and Total Tech. Not worth it! Best Buy neglects to recognize that customers have choices.

Went to look at some TVs in person before purchasing. Displays are great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable but not overbearing. Was able to accomplish exactly what I set out to do and was able to find the TV I ended up purchasing! Ordered the TV from Best Buys website as they didnt have it in stock at the store and they had the best price, but supply is low right now due to Covid and the silicon shortage so that was expected. If you are in the market for a tv, go look in person and then check rtings.com for the full review of the model you looked at.

I understand with this pandemic going on stores need to or are trying to limit the amount of people in the store and assist them with shopping needs. Once arrived to the store an associate greets you in which he was incredibly nice. The only thing disheartening was its like you are stopped at the door and not allowed in until you answer what youre there for. Again I understand the limiting amount of people and trying to assist but hey Im not even sure what I want yet once I figured that out Ill come get someone.

I have never been disappointed in the service at Best Buy. I was in yesterday to return an item I bought several weeks ago, not that there was anything wrong with it, but it was a duplicate. Even though it was more than 15 days they went out of their way to make my refund possible. I, also, had a TV question and since I know most of the employees there he was very gracious in answering my question even though I was not there to buy anything. Best Buy is one of my favorite stores.

Went an hour out of my way to purchase a filter for my refrigerator. Took a picture of all the information needed to show the sales person what type of filter I needed. On advise of the only service personnel I could find I purchased the filter. Mind you this team member looked up all the information I gave them and told me absolutely this was the correct filter. Get home and installed the filter only to find it was not correct. Called the store. Wait time was 25 minutes. Was told I now have to drive back to Harrisburg to take this filter back as exchanges need to be done in person. I offered to mail the filter back as I am close to an hour away but nope. So now I have to drive close to 2 hours to replace a product they sold me that was incorrect. Oh I have 14 days in which to do this which really doesn’t fit into my schedule but hey I’m only a customer. Extremely disappointed with your store and customer service. They young lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic but sorry Best Buy you need to do better! Oh let’s not discuss the PS 5 that you oversold and removed from our cart earlier this month. Sad, sad day.

DO NOT order online for next day shipping! Orderd a $900 camera online around 7pm and noticed they had the 2 options of pick up or next day delivery. Decided to chose delivery to save myself some gas & time seeing as how Id be getting it the next day n all. Currently its status has been in Delay for a week now and they dont even provide the option of canceling an order and going to pick it up in person. NEVER AGAIN

I do not leave many reviews however my experience needed to be documented.I have had bad experiences with this location before but this takes the cake. I stopped in nd purchased a wireless backup camera.I the decided I wanted to have them install it. I asked how I wouldset up an appointment and was told to go to the back of the store and stand by the window that looks into the install area and try to get their attention. I was NOT told there was a door on the outside of the store that led directly into the install area that I could have used. I ended up getting another employee to get one of the installers to help me make an appointment. Despite the fact that their website prominantly features same day install I was forced to make an appointment a month away. I physically watched the man put my appointment into the computer. I was asked if I wou;d be waiting for the car and told them I would be. He advised me to drop it off in the morning and they could get to it before my appointment time. I arrived to this store when they opened on the much anticipated day only to find out they had NO RECORD of my appointment. The person I spoke to told me without any questions that he would squeeze it in which told me that this probably happened on a regular basis. I advised them I would be stayong in the area and to please inform me when I was done. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager and informed them about the fact my appointment could not be found regardless of the fact I watched him put it in. The manager I spoke with made some excuse as to them being down an installer.I then went to other stores in the immediate area, on foot, tokill time until my vehicle was done. At one point I noticed my vehicle was no longer prked in the waiting area so I went back over to the store and went back to the install area and sure enough my vehicle was in the install area. About 15 minutes later it was no longer in the install area and I got an installers attention and asked if it was done. I was told it was not. They had my vehicle in the install area then decided to move on to someone elses install. I was informed I was next and I once again told them I was waiting in the area and please call when it was done. THREE HOURS LATER I once again noticed my vehicle was not outside. I went and looked and sure enough it was back in the install area. Not only that but by some miracle they actually seemed to be DOING THE INSTALL. 45 minutes later my car was pulled out of the install area. I decided to wait to see if they woul call. After 15 minutes it became apparent they had no intention of doing so I walked outside to the customer enterance only to discover it was locked. I finally got to the installers after searching for someone who ould help me do so and was informed that oh yea, its done. I got in my car and drove home thinking at least that ordeal was over with. That is until yesterday when I went through a car wash and upon arriving home and putting my car in reverse noticed the back up camera was severly tilted. I went to the back of my car and discovered when the install was done they simply slid the camera bracket over the license plate frame. It was not secured in any way which the install directions clearly state to do and the camera even includes hardware for, said hardware being conveniently left in the box. A wireless back up camera requires two things for install, splicing into the wiring an the back up lights and mounting. It took them a total of about 6 hours to do this knowing I was waiting and they didnt do half the job! The last time I will use them to install anything and the last time they will get my business at all.
