I like the friendly smiling faces. They answer my question. They go out their way make me happy. The deliveries are fast and Peron does them is very friendly and also very informative.

The rental prices are way to high and all the fees that they charge the customers are very ridiculous. If any one really wants to save money and when done paying off an item and receive a month free on your next rental item they best best place to go is aarons hands down.

Chris and Billy delivered my adjustable base and mattress today. They were polite had no problems putting my bed up where I wanted it. A few hours later I get a call they brought me the wrong mattress and said that the one I had would cost me an extra 32 dollars on the month. I told them that I didnt want a higher payment to go ahead and bring me the correct mattress. They said it would be Wednesday hopefully the next crew is as nice as the first.

These folks were really helpful it made me feel as if they wanted me to be their customer

My husband and I walked in without the intentions of getting anything but walked out with a delivery time! We were told that the bed would be delivered between 2 and 3, Loren and Billy pulled into our driveway right around 145 and we’re very helpful!

After being delivered a dining room set that was damaged while bringing it into my house I called the store and David the manager was very nice and agreed to send me a new one. They are so awesome and patient 7 months ago I got my fridge and stove and they handled it all professional and great with my son running around the store he is 2! Then today the manager David helped me pick a bed mattress and all staff was patient with my children especially my son! Most of my house is furnished by rent one in Harrisburg Illinois and the guys I dealt with were polite and treated me like I was family. Its always a pleasure to deal with them. I may pay alittle more over time but the convenience fits my income and the quality of the product is worth it.

David has always been so helpful! Always got us the furniture we needed within our budget! Been going to you guys for 2 years and David is very understanding when it comes to monthly payments. I suggest you guys bring in bathroom vanities and ottomans. Those are extremely helpful in a house. Doing great David!

Keith was very knowledgeable and very professional. We told him what we were looking for and he took us right there. We only spent 20 minutes from walking into Rent One until we were finished. This was Saturday afternoon. On Monday when our furniture was delivers, both delivery men were very courteous and professional. They came in removed old furniture and placed new pieces in very short order. We love our Rent One store and employees.

I’ve dealt with rent one for a very long time and always loved it and was always treated with respect until now. Christy should be managing the Harrisburg location. She’s the only one that doesn’t seem to have her head up her ass and is very understanding but, the manger there, that’s a different story. Never have I ever been talked to or treated so badly by a “manager” of a company. I have one payment left to pay off my stuff and because there was a mix up with payroll at my work, he says he can’t do anything to work with us, although my check will be straightened out right away. He instead talked to me like a dog on over the phone and is now wanting to repo my items now that they’re one payment from being paid off. He’s very unprofessional and should step down from the mangers position and hand it over to Christy. She’s much better with that store and is the only reason I switched to this location to do my business.
