Just my personal opinion - I think BB&B stores are way overpriced. This store in particular was clean & the associates are friendly, so no complaints necessarily. I just think I can find the exact same items for significantly cheaper elsewhere.

Overpriced and the Clearance section is always a mess! Only shop with coupons. They still take expired coupons too. Not as nice as they used to be. Too many items made in CHINA👎

🌱Oh My Goodness! I finally found a Salad Spinner! For some reason...most local stores dont carry them anymore. My search is over; thanks to Bed Bath & Beyond. They are Simply the Best Ever!❤

There are many great things here and the sales are good. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great store for quality if you have the extra cash to spend.

There is so much beautiful merchandise. Ive had 2 neck surgeries and i can only get the pillow i need here.Having the right pillow is key to holding your head and neck where it needs to be.I buy the claritain pillows.Thank you for serving my needs.Its hard out there keep your heads up..your doing great!!Never had a Complaint!!Highly recommend.Things are pricey but you get what you pay for.The sales are great.

Great store, they have so much more then just bedding and bath items. Beautiful things such as tablecloths, dishes and home decor.

Exceptional selection in all price ranges

Staff is friendly, helpful and will offer coupons. The store was difficult to maneuver with a stroller due to tight aisles. I imagine someone handicap would have difficulty as well.

This store is excellent, good location and clean. My only issue is when checking out, the team members were on their phones and not present to the fact that someone wanted to check out.

Attempted to force me to wear a mask or leave, though I have health issues which preclude me from wearing a mask. She didnt care and told me I had to wear the mask or I cant shop here. Meanwhile there were several men who had their noses sticking out of their masks and they did not ask them to pull up their masks. Mysoginists working in a housewares store, go figure.

I love this store! You can find almost anything you need for your home and the sales and coupons are terrific. If they dont have it in the store you can most likely order it online. Staff very helpful.

1-20-2021 I will never step foot inside or purchase anything from Bed Bath & Beyond because of their political pressure they demonstrate toward political parties! Why cant they just be a business and stay out of politics?

Omg...I needed an Oyster Knife/shucker !!! I had to wear one of their mask to get it!!!! I feel that We are FREE PEOPLE, IF YOU WANT TO WEAR ONE WEAR IT, BUT WHY FORCE THE REST OF US!!! If it wasnt for the 3 Dozen of Oysters sitting in my fridge, that just got shipped in today I would have Walked Out!!!! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE WHETHER I HAVE COUPONS OR NOT AGAIN!!!! Received Blue Diamond frypan set & both are dented!!! Shipping package not compromised. Don’t drive anymore, had a stroke! Couldn’t get a return shipping tag like other stores. Should have purchased at Walmart!

Great selection and prices

Two associates were within 5 feet of me and never asked if I needed help. Prices were definitely on the high side. Walked out without purchasing anything. Went to Walmart and found what I needed at a reasonable price and was assisted by two of their staff.

Its a great store. They send you specials and give 20% off coupons. Its not a cheap store but has quality items.

I went to the store for a beach chair...I had to go back home 40 minutes drive both ways.Because I did not have the coupon...The Manager usually approved it.However.the cashier and cashier at customer service would not approve it....so .It was gas money and travel...whatever that is worth.

Avoid the experience and go to target or bosvovs at least they put your items in plastic bags. UGG brand and pure beech brands rarely hold up past 3 months anyway.Corporate is located in Jersey unhelpfulIf you must go- print your coupons first.

I went in this evening looking for a gift off of a bridal registry. I asked a young man named James for help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and walked me to the wedding room. Upon searching on the web site for this specif gift, we found out that it had been discontinued. He then searched other stores for it but sadly it was all gone.I decided on another gift and inquired about wrapping. I was informed of a self wrapping station. Upon running out of gift wrap, James again stopped what he was doing and got the manager to bring more.I want to say a huge Thank You to James. He was more than helpful and courteous. Definitely great customer service.

Great place, I read that some stores nationwide are closing. Not sure why, I like this place. The product quality is what makes this store. Their buyers make sure they stock both budget and good quality items. I have not done a detailed analysis, I am giving my general impression formed over the decade plus that I have shopped at this particular store. Their staff is eager to help too. My visit stood on stark contrast to another store I visited on the very same day looking for the same item. This other store, not naming names, offered up endless aisles of cheap stuff, with no sales staff in sight and a righteous mess of cast aside items near the register (that other store did not have what I wanted)

We did our wedding registry through the Harrisburg BB&B and it was such a great decision! Everyone there that helped us went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience there and knew what we should or shouldnt put on our registry. The BB&B app was also very helpful. It told you when someone purchased something, but did not tell you right away who bought it for you, so that it was a surprise. You even get coupons to buy stuff you didnt get after your wedding! Great experience!

Had a great experience here. Not only did we get a great deal on what we bought in the store ( 20% off coupon plus sale price) they ordered another product for us and matched a price from another store. Everything worked good and our ordered product product arrived in a timely manner.

I definitely had a good time with the store we had a cart full. Some of it was a bit pricey some was reasonable. I was happy overall.

Good values and prices if you have a coupon. Good on accepting returns. Always ask for your coupon if you used one and decide to return the item. Best to have a receipt when making a return. Staff is friendly. I have shopped at this national chain store in many states since 1988.

Take the beyond part seriously. They really do have stuff for all over the house - best way I can express it is that they have pretty much anything thing you can think of that doesnt need to be installed. I needed a multi-hook thing for keys, and not only did they have them, but they had like five to choose from.

One of my favorite places. Just like any other Bed Bath & Beyond Store. They are so helpful and accommodating. Only wish the company as a whole wouldnt have their items soo expensive.

Went here for our registry. It was a great experience and everyone was so helpful. They even let us stay a little longer while they cleaned up from the day so we could finish up our browsing. I am sure many stores are just as helpful, but this store was top notch.

Who doesnt love this store! Bedding, all things for the bathroom, Decor for everywhere and all those new gadgets that everyone loves, men, woman and of course the kids! For me I can only visit every other month or Id have to buy a larger house!

These bath towels were supposed to be high-quality. I could get better quality at the dollar store. I just got these towels and they’re already falling apart. They are shedding red lint all over my laundry machines and all over me when I use them, even after two washings. They are also covered with loose threads. From now on when I buy towels I’ll go to a quality store like Macy’s.

My husband and I went to this location on Sunday, 6/5/16 and received assistance 3 separate times from Tom when his coworkers called upon him for assistance. Tom took care of each of our shopping needs, including ordering/shipping of bridal registry items; he was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. Nicole was patient and helpful during checkout with multiple coupons and explaining the process to submit a rebate for one product we purchased.

Love this place! The manager was so amazing in trying to locate a door mat for me. Unfortunately it was discontinued, but he was so professional and went the extra mile to located for me. Will continue to shop at this location due to the friendly employees!

Needed assistance to find the right container. The staff member walked me around the store showing me the different ones available. They didnt have exactly what I had in mind, a jar for homemade salt scrub, but I settled.

I always keep in the trunk of my car all their coupons and now they have $10 ones because they always take expired old ones so you just put a coupon next to each one and you come out goodif I have extras I give it to others the manager and people are pretty cool and when its busy you will see the manager step in to help at the cash register so the lines arent long

Asked for possible locations in different cities pertaining to the purchase of gift cards. Store personnel was right there with the 800 number & received answers very quickly. Impressed.

My fiancee and I went to this Bed Bath & Beyond store to set up our wedding registry and had the BEST experience. The manager, Byron, provided us with exceptional service. He explained everything ahead of time, walked around with us educating us on items in the store, let us scan at our own pace, and did not pressure us once during our 3 hours there.

Oddly, this store appears new from the building facade but inside it appears a dated store in terms of layout and offerrings. It is a small store. Lots of clearance areas throughout. Very little hygiene/product offerings. Staff were incredibly kind and busy.

I love their selection but they are pricier than other places. Get on their mailing list to receive coupons. Always shop with a coupon and it works out ok. Their coupons have an expiration date but the Harrisburg store will honor expired ones.

Neat store. Lots of stuff but if you dont want something thats a designer or designer knock off dont go.They dont have much in the way of basic selections.

Went into store n got wonderful service from Juliet. She takes time with all customers. I will be back in to shop more but want Juliets asst.

I no longer will buy their hand soap has too much alcohol in it and it dries my hands out but some of their lotions and creams are pretty good
