Dalton and Marcellus went above and beyond with this delivery . They were on time they put everything together kept everything clean. Definitely will be going back to Premier to keep buying furniture !! Highly recommend

This place have the best stuff members they really treat you like family they work with you and help with what you looking for if they don’t have what you want they have a book and show you what other item they have and they will order it for you and the delivery guys are respectful and very hard working people they will put the furniture where you want it without any attitude. I really recommend this place if you in need of furniture.

I dont know what kind of experience other people have had but I have had a most amazing relationship with the guys from the Harrisburg store. Been a customer for over five years. Every time we finish and pay off one item we leave with another. NEVER felt the pressure to buy anything and even if you are struggling they will find any and all ways to work with you and what you can afford. I will ALWAYS recommend to anyone that asks me. Ive never rented from these guys but they have beautiful furniture, &The only reason why im hesitant about renting from this place is because i have had friends in the past who rented from these guys whove felt violated by the employees from being harassed so much........ so its pretty clear these guys have no good customer service skills.

The couch we received from them smelled like body odor and we didnt even keep it in our house. We asked them to pick it back up, but they initially werent going to refund our money. After a long fight we finally got them to give us our money back except for the delivery charge. I wish people would stand behind their products! I will never go back to them and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

HORRIBLE.!!! This location had did a unauthorized transaction of over 200.00 on my credit card. I had paid a friends furniture a couple of times, well evidently they kept my credit card on file whenever he did not pay. I guess he was late on his payments and they decided to charge my credit card without my permission and did not even call me to say they charge my credit card. Which is illegal.! They are unprofessional.! They will try to pick up your furniture before you are even due to make a payment.! I will most definitely not recommend anybody coming here.! Go to Rent-A-Center.!
