Excellent place for bike help! The students that work there have tools, equipment, and know-how to help you out with plenty of bike issues you may face.

This is the best bike shop perhaps in the history of bike shops. If you don’t hold The Spoke in this regard, you are a fool. The staff is fantastic, simply the best. They have the MOST knowledge. HUGE knowledge. If you like transport on two wheels, go to The Spoke for all your needs... or else.

Ive been going to The Spoke since I moved to Fort Collins 3 years ago. Excellent service and a knowledgeable crew. It doesnt matter whether I have a simple question or need a diagnostic on whats wrong with my bike, the staff treats me with courtesy and respect and walks me through how to diagnose and fix the problem. Although pandemic restrictions have made it harder to work hands on with them, in normal times they walk you through step by step how to do any fixes and show you how to do it yourself. They have even given me tips about how to do repairs and adjustments at home without bike-specific tools! I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Spoke is. I highly recommend stopping by if youre in need of a skilled mechanic or want to learn about doing your own bike repairs.

What a team! Even throughout COVID the mechanics at The Spoke are staying true to their model of teaching you about your bike. I always appreciate the thoughtful advice and time they take to share, even when I may not fully comprehend. The Spoke is truly a treasured resource on CSU campus.

If you like pretentious bike dudes who jest at your lack of knowledge of bicycles, this is your spot! Don’t know how their service is, as nothing about their customer service made me want to come back. Will continue going to the bike co-op. It’s out of the way but I’ll take humility over convenience any day.

My bike had sat outside for a year exposed to the elements and I was sure it was a goner. They fixed it in 15 minutes for under $5! Never going anywhere else for bike repairs. Knowledgeable staff, affordable, and great customer service 👍🏻

Everyone who works at The Spoke is enthusiastic, kind, and really knowledgeable. Really great way to learn how to fix various components on bikes with their guidance. Very reasonable pricing. Only qualm is that they’re not open on weekends—would really help if at least one day on the weekend they were open for those of us in really rigorous majors.
