Very helpful employees that helped me (someone who knows nothing about bikes) pick out something that works for what I need it for. Even gave me a free discount. I felt they were trying to sell me a slightly better model but I understand from a sales perspective.

The associate that took care of me seemed very knowledgeable about his brand. It was super helpful, and objective. There was a little up selling, but I’m not going to fault them for that, it’s their job. Plus—if you walk into a Trek store to look at bikes, they already know that you’re in there to drop at least one G. *Shrugs* so like, I dunno, why wouldn’t they?

These guys are too cool for school. Its a mixture of job burnout, cool-kid job attitude where great service isnt possible - too uncool. Took my bike for 3 days - no updates, no communication, then suddenly, once I call, theyre getting right on it. I took the bike to Recycled Cycles and they did the work while I waited, talked me out of the expensive tune up, and won a customer for life. recycled-cycles.com I assure you, it will be a better experience.

Had a noticeable clunking in my drivetrain somewhere. Dropped it off at the north Fort Collins location before I left on vacation. Within a few days, they called me with a quote and description of the work to be performed. Very reasonably priced, and my bike rides much better! Highly recommend!

Had a flat rear tire, and they replaced the tube for free (I provided the replacement tube). They also fixed the tire pump attachment on my bike. Super helpful and very friendly service!

Trek to me has always been a reliable bike brand. And being able to have great customer service at this location made the decision easy to drive the 2.5hours to pick up a bike I’ve been looking for. But not only for that, the two gentlemen I encountered were amazing! Calvin was great help to me with any questions I had about my first mountain bike purchase. And I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who answered the phone when i was inquiring about the bike and also serviced my bike prior to leaving, but he was great with helping me through my purchase, placing my bike on hold for me and loading my bike up.

Christina Gray is was excellent at helping me make a choice for a new road bike! She encouraged me to find the right bike for me even if it might be a different brand but I think she was confident I would come back for the Emonda SL6 pro which I did. Great bike!

Wow! What a bike shop, everyone there is so great! I’m a nurse and my boyfriend is a COVID ICU nurse and we were both blown away by how safe we felt going there. I would bet that this is the safest bike shop to visit during a pandemic! I highly recommend.

I had a less than ideal interaction at Trek Bicycle south and left without the bike I really wanted and a sour taste in my mouth. I called on the way to this store and when my call wasnt picked up due to high call volume I wasnt very optimistic the experience or inventory would suit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by Evan pretty close to closing time and when he ran back to check inventory he saw they had what I was looking for and let us in the store to shop. He really took his time and showed us the features and explained the differences on the bike I bought at the south store and the one I actually wanted that they had in stock. He took his time with us and even explained what my husband was getting (although he ordered his from the other store due to inventory). His disposition and customer centric focus really turned my Trek experience around. I cancelled my order at the other store and bought here. I would recommend this store and Evan to anyone looking for a bit of advice and a good Trek buying experience!

Very underwhelming. I bought a $2k bike there. They told me it would take an hour to ensure it was tightened up properly, I called them 3 hours later they still hadn’t looked at it. When I did pick it up they didn’t offer to fit it at all. Instead, they watched me put my own pedals on and adjust everything myself, with a multi tool, standing right in front of their door. It’s too bad because Lee’s was a great shop. 2 stars just because the guy who checked me out was friendly.

I went there yesterday to look at some MTB bikes! I was trying to find their parking lot and so I called them and they help directed me until I parked! When I walked in the store they treated me right away and asked if you are JACOB?, I said yes! “See the thing is I called earlier to see if they had two certain bikes and if they would hold the bikes for me and they said yes until I got there. Bikes are so hard to find nowadays “! Evan, Dino, and the lady “I am sorry I do not remember your name”, they were all very polite! Evan really helped me out and answered all kind of questions! They are very cautious with the whole COVID-19! They even helped me a few weeks ago, I was riding my other bike and lost air in shock and they let me borrow theirs which was very nice, and then I told them I would be back in few weeks and I was. A lot of product options and fair prices. I needed some bike supplies including tubeless tire sealant and they carry several of the best brands.

I want to start by saying I have always loved this bike shop, even from when it was Lees Cyclery and continuing to the current Trek store. The mechanics are top notch. Theres a gentleman (his name is escaping me) who is a whiz at Surly bikes, and as an owner of a beloved Surly, I always have absolute confidence that my trusty steed is in good hands. Today was a different story though. I dropped off my bike a few days ago for a front shifter cable that had completely worn though. I was called with a recommendation of services, one of which was replacing handlebar tape. I had already decided to buy my own handlebar tape online and thus declined getting handelbar tape. He said no problem, and the quote was $115.00, which I accepted. Upon picking my bike up today, I was told the total was just under $140.00, and the handlebar tape had indeed been replaced. The female manager came up and told me that actually in order to repair and replace the shifter cable, the handlebar tape HAD to be replaced, and that the guy who called me was new and didnt know that. I told her that was fine, but someone shouldve called me to inform me that unfortunately I could not decline handlebar tape and what the accurate quote was, and to get my final okay with the adjusted quote before starting service. I also wouldve appreciated being given an option of a different color handlebar tape, which was my intention in purchasing my own. She was borderline abrasive and told me were very busy and we call people all the time and they dont answer. Well, thats not my problem. If you quote a customer and then discover its inaccurate and need to do something the customer specifically declined (and was in the notes), you need to call that person and communicate the message. Not wait until they walk in and realize theyre spending more than they anticipated. Had she simply explained the situation and said something to the effect of, apologies we didnt let you know we indeed had to do the handlebar tape, we shouldve let you know to sign off with the new price and to see if you wanted to stick with the same handlebar tape, well adjust the price and wed love to see you back in the shop, everything would be fine. Mistakes happen, lack of communication happens. No big deal. But after her treatment and not understanding where they dropped the ball, I will no longer be going back here. In the end, I was not charged for the handlebar tape, but I felt incredibly insulted by her attitude and inability to reason with me. The opposite of the type of demeanor I would want out of a manger. Ill have to find other trusty mechanics to take care of my bike. Hopefully the customer service improves, as the current mechanics at Trek are so wonderful.

Quick and honest. needed repairs and upon their judgement saved me a great deal of money for things i didnt need and got the repairs needed. they kept me informed and had me back on my bike in a reasonable amount of time. Ive used them once before and because of the first time got me back twice. Will be my local bike shop from now on.

We found the perfect E-bike for my wife, the Verve+ 3 Lowstep. Love the in-tube 500Wh battery. All part of the Bosch system with the active line plus motor. It comes with built in running lights, bike rack, seat suspension post for a very comfy seat. Also includes fenders. Cant wait for her to ride with me as the weather gets a little warmer.

I recently bought a gravel bike from the Trek North store. It was an outstanding experience. I have been looking at gravel bikes for some time now and I always trust the Trek brand. The service was outstanding. They made sure I was set up with everything I needed. Matt showed me how to set up my tubeless tires and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am in need of a Bike rack. I wanted to go to a store to look at options. Upon arrival, I found the doors locked and sign stating they were practicing social distancing and to please wait. I donned my mask of invincibility, for their protection and mine. I patiently waited 2 or 3 minutes to be recognized. Once that happened, a young man quickly came out of the door and locked it behind him. He asked me what I wanted and how much money I had. When I told him, he told me Ill go see what we have.I About 23 seconds later, he returned to tell me we dont. So we left. Most unpersonable and disrespectful attempted business teansaction Ive ever experienced. Great bikes though.

I have a Canyon bike that I bought online due to budget constraints and the service guys had no problem helping me out with taking the dork disc off and getting some spare tubes. They also let me know they could get my wheels and tires set up for tubeless as well, which I really appreciated. Everything was great and everyone in the shop was super helpful as I get started on my cycling journey.

Love the slew of emails I have received since my one and only visit. But to be real this place does not cater to the diy bike mechanic. Road 34 will help you craft any oddity hybrid bike you want. Trek will try and sell you a new bike. They are friendly with a pinkie out and talk down to you. Doesnt seem like the know how to work on a bike that isnt a trek or over $1000. Place is definitely not Lees anymore. When it was i had techs helping me with my bike, for no cost, teaching me. Oh and dont forget the emails they will constantly send you without ever asking for permission when they ask for and email for their account.

I just had my 2011 Trek road bike tuned up at Lees north store. Wow, what a difference a little nurturing makes. My ride today was so much smoother (and faster). I take care of my roadie as I ride every Mon.-Fri. but I didnt realize just how much of a difference a good tune-up makes. I always take my bike to Lees north for any service or paraphernalia. Ive been doing so since I went to school here in the late 60s. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks guys, John E. Mattos

This was my first time in. I was traveling for business and had a, unique to Trek retailers, need. I was meet by two tremendously enthusiastic and engaging associates. The gentleman who helped me find the component that I was looking for was new to the store and was clearly eager to expand his knowledge of the products and offerings. The female associate was incredibly welcoming, shared stories of her own riding arc and gave honest feedback about products while promoting the Trek brand. I wish I didn’t live so far away bc this would be my new LBS. I will surely visit this location anytime I’m traveling to Ft. Collins.

I had a slow leak in a MTB tire. Im relatively new to using a MTB and wasnt sure how to repair what appeared to be a tubeless tire? I took the wheel in and Matt said he would take a look while I watched, so I would know for the next time. He found it wasnt tubeless, but the rim liner was never inserted correctly on the new bike, the liner was creased. He found some rim tape to replace the original liner, put a new tube in and replaced the tire on the wheel. All for less than $20, within half an hour, and most importantly with a great helpful attitude. Thanks, service still exists :)

Brought a recently purchased used bike in for some maintenance. Told me my carbon fiber frame was cracked and irreparable. Ive since learned that the frame is actually aluminum. Still cant be fixed, but theyve lost credibility in my eyes.
