Flew in from Ohio to do some riding in Colorado and had a grinding noise coming from my bike after assembling. Stopped in minutes from closing time and they helped me get everything sorted for my big ride scheduled for the next day. Friendly and helpful guys - will definitely be my go-to place next time I need anything in Fort Collins.

Nice guys that did decent work on my bike.. eventually. However, had to bring it back in to get shifting dialed in. They also returned the bike to me with the chain off the sprocket. Was told no rotors in stock for months when mine was bent but other shops had them ready to go.

Everyone who works at this shop is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone has a positive attitude and knows what they are doing. Theyre happy to help anyone with any kind of bike. Anything from high-end mountain bikes to that bike that has been sitting in your shed for the last few years. Ive been bringing my bikes here for years and they always take care of me at very reasonable prices. I am happy to recommend them for anyone who is looking for a solid local bike shop.

I went in with a flat tire and Gary (maybe garret?) helped me with incredible speed, professionalism, and personality. Everyone in the store was great. The whole thing was quick. He offered me some valuable insights into biking. Road 34 is definitely now my bike store.

I was sold by the chill and super friendly vibe. My go to bike shop for anything bike related. Always helpful and ready for any help in doing a quick tune, repair or advice on anything bike related. I know all the guys in the shop and theyre cool dudes. Its the best example of a neighborhood bike shop where you can get good things done to your bike or buy a new bike, have a beer, talk bikes and talk about riding them. Definitely one of the last remaining bike shops in town where you dont feel like youre in a commercial joint.

Top notch shop. I’ve been taking my bikes here for the last 5 years, and I’ve only ever had a great experience. I began taking my bikes here because they were the only yeti dealer in town since that is what I was riding at the time. I can’t tell you the amount of times Mark (the new owner) has gone out of his way to save me money while fixing up my bikes. Even though they’re no longer a yeti dealer I will continue going to road for a long time.So thankful for these guys!

I’ve taken my mountain bikes to this shop for the last year for a variety of things - tuneups, brake work, shock servicing, new cogs, install drop post, etc... I’m impressed with the quality of work and service offered by this shop. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve primarily dealt with Garrett and James. They’re awesome. I recommend the shop to my family and friends.

This is my go-to bike shop in Fort Collins. Very competitive prices and great service. All the mechanics there ride, and I especially enjoy that they all have extensive mountain biking and racing expertise instead of just road biking. There was one day where I stopped in for a quick wheel-true, totally expecting to drop my bike off and get it a day or two later. James had me out the door in 20 min while working on another guys flat at the same time (the other guy was in a rush and I said I didnt mind if James worked on both of us at once). Plus you can eat a tasty sandwich while you wait!

Great service. Great advise and always willing to go the extra mile to keep my ride running right. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They always give me honest and practical advise. And theres a bar attached to the bike shop. Ive had wheels built there and various other service/upgrades and the prices are always fair and the work is well done.

They adjusted my brakes, but they didnt do a good job because I didnt make it a half mile without having problems again. The bike was ready much later than I was told. I do know friends who have had better experiences than I did though, for what its worth.

Went in for the $50 basic tune to get my road bikes wheels trued (straightened out). That part ended up working fairly nicely, and they did a good job on the wheels. No more wobbling.Unfortunately, though, I also mentioned that my derailleur needed adjustment, which resulted in them making my already spotty transmission somehow even worse, to the point that Im constantly missing gears. Its severe enough that Ill have to go to another shop or make the adjustment myself.People seem nice enough, but I cant say that Ill be returning to get my bike serviced there again.

Straight forward, friendly and always offer helpful advice, Ive only been here 3 times and on each occasion a different employee was working. Each time I got great customer service. Recently purchased a new bike online and asked them to check it over make sure I assembled it right and they hooked it up and tuned it and the price was way cheaper than anywhere Ive ever been quoted for less. Plus got it back next day after dropping h it off just before close. Havent tried the food but its a bar in a bike shop they could be serving totinos and Id be fine. I wouldnt be going there for the food anyways.

Whether you need a complicated shock rebuild for your downhill annihilator or a simple flat repair for your beloved commuter bike, the professional, friendly, and patient mechanics at Road34 have you covered and at a price that will keep you coming back. If you happen to arrive hungry, or thirsty, then saunter next door to the Road34 bar where you can sample Colorados microbrews. This place is legit, go get some.

I asked them to give my bike a full service, specifying if I needed to new tubes, tires, whatever Id pay for it. Dropped it off Sunday, they said theyd have it done Tuesday. No one called me Tuesday and when I called I got pretty rude people tell me they hadnt even started and my bike wasnt even done until the following Sunday. The first time I rode it I got a flat, so they didnt even replace tubes or checked tires. I dont think Id come back
