Swapped out my tube and tire in about 90 seconds. Coming back for anything mechanical that arises. I wouldn’t say it’s a big shop but you’ve got a decent selection of bikes in there with more options off site. Eyeballing an electric assist bike and he’ll be my first stop when I’m ready to make the purchase

I came in for brake replacement because my bike was making loud noises came in and he swap them in under 5 minutes and im glad I came and now my bike is quick when braking

Dropped by here the other day because it was close to home. When I walked in I discovered that the shop is the Orbea dealer in town!I have an Orbea but just needed my road bike tube replaced. The owner, I believe, fit me in right away and was done fixing the tire in less than 10 minutes.I also discussed some issues I’ve had with my derailleur and he took time to chat about all the possibilities of what could have gone wrong with my derailleur and how we can fix it in the future.A small shop with great service. I will definitely be back!

I had 2 bikes fixed that got trashed by a moving company. The owner is so nice and was able to fix a crushed bike frame.

I just moved to the area & have been to this shop twice now. Both times for a tire repair. Both men who work in the shop are very friendly & helpful and were able to repair the bike very quickly and cheaply! Highly recommend.

Rick is top notch. Type of mechanic you can trust. He will not sell you anything you do not need. He will fix existing components prior to recommending new be ordered. He also has vast knowledge and gets the job done right the first time every time. Love going here for all my bicycle needs.

Went in looking for a shiv for a seat hookup. My seat release broke while trying to figure out what was wrong, and there was nothing in the way of extra shivs around, so I left without my problem being fixed, but still spent money on something that wasnt broke when I came in. The owner looked up a replacement part, and was nice enough to throw in a replacement holder for my seat. It might be the closest bike shop, but Im underwhelmed at what I got going in there.

Rick is a knowledgeable and friendly guy. His services were recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a second expert opinion on a cyclecross bike fitting. I was trying to figure out if a good deal from one of his competitors in town fit me properly or if they were trying to move inventory at my expense. Even though he knew that I wasnt going to buy anything from him that day, he agreed to help me, spending far more than the 10 minutes he had stated he could give me. I offered to compensate him but he wouldnt accept anything. My opinion is that his advice was accurate and unbiased. Thanks, Rick.

I thought because I rode a bike when I was a kid I knew it all. I didnt know how wrong I was until Rick pointed out all the things that needed attention. Ricks knowledge and the way he helped educate me was mind blowing. This guy knows his stuff. Rick will handle all my bike work and questions in future. Highly recommend

I have made this my first stop shop for every part I have needed. Always have what Ive needed while all the bigger places can only say they can order it. My only problem is I cant ride half of the awesome bikes I find there because theyre not for sale, theyre being serviced. Obviously Im not the only one who makes Phoenix their first (possibly only) stop. You wont find a better, more consistent LBS in Larimer county.

Had a bent fork and needed a new lever for my commuter. Went to lees (like I have been for years) and they tried to take me for $300 to fix it. Phoenix fixed it for less than $100 and tightened my brakes, and fixed my front fender, and fixed my back tire flat, and were super freaking friendly. New customer for life!

Theres no shortage of good bike shops in Fort Collins. But Phoenix is a step above the others. Its nice dealing with an owner who is passionate about his craft, and takes all the time in the world to listen to you and your needs.

Rick will sell you what you need at a great price, not what he has to turn inventory. Customer for life.
