I bought a 2021 nissan rogue a month ago. I had almost given up because the market was so bad and alot of dealerships wasted my time. Josh M and Josh P were nothing more than amazing. I was impressed with friendliness of Karen. I was disappointed with the other person who started my visit. He gave me the distinct impression that I was infringing on his time. A other employee stepped into the area and asked a question, he ignored her completely, not sure if there was an issue there but I felt awkward by the rudeness. Karen on the other hand was fantastic and my service was great, took a little more time than I liked but was done well. I would recommend it because of those things not based on the first guy who needs to learn some customer service skills.

In Florence Sc and received the most unacceptable service anyone could ever get!! I received an email to get my car serviced with oil change so that’s what brought me in. I got out my car and the black service guy (can’t remember his name) walked up to me and said did you have an appointment and I stated no, I called and was told I could walk in but it had to be before 4pm. Instantly the service guy said nobody told you that, I stated yes she did the woman who answered the phones check the calls they are recorded,why would I come to this business and lie for. The service guy continuously said nobody told me that,basically calling me a liar. Then he stated what are you getting, I said my oil change I received my email with a coupon then he cut me off and yelled at me and said you can’t use no coupon for your car !! I stated why I have used it at all my other services and he said WELL NOT TODAY THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS WRONG AROUND HERE AND ALL OF THEM ARE FIRED NOW SO YOUR OIL CHANGE WILL BE ABOUT $76 TODAY!! I then stated I can’t pay that today (and have my coupon)and he stated OH WELL BYE!! I am completely saddened by the service of your company. This is unacceptable for a company as prominent as yours to not meet the expectations of customers. I definitely will try my best to make sure no other people have to experience this type of service from your company again. I’m asking who do I talk to resolve this matter and get reassurance that no other customers experience what I went through today!!

If you need service done to your car I will go another Nissan dealership. My mom purchased a battery from them in June 2019 and the battery is dead. But this is not the first battery purchased from them this a second battery purchased and within 6 years she has two batteries from them. I called and talked to someone and they told me in order to do a warranty on the battery she would have to have her vehicle towed there and checked for a 150.00 and then they would be able to switch the battery when she paid over 200.00 the first time to have the first battery replaced I told them I can change the battery myself, I just wanted the battery changed out under the warranty. This is crazy I will never do business with Five Star Nissan in Florence again.

Think twice before having your vehicle serviced here.I took my Titan in for an oil change and tire rotation. My left rear tire was 4 lbs low. After waiting two hours, yes I had an appointment, I was notified my vehicle was ready. I paid the bill and left. While driving home I set the tire pressures to be displayed. My left rear tire was still 4 lbs low. I expected they would have checked tire pressures when they rotated the tires. But wait! That is the same tire that was low before the tire rotation and it was still in the same spot! So now I had to turn around and go back. After the clerk went and talked to the service manager and then they went and talked to the tech he said I could wait and have it done or refund my money. Wait! Again! No I have things to do and can’t wait another two hours. So I did get my money back for the tire rotation. But, how many people are getting ripped off and don’t even know it! If I did not have the pressure read outs in the truck I would have been ripped off! Needless to say I will not be back. And by the way when I bought this truck I went here first and was not impressed with the sales team. I ended up buying at East Charlotte Nissan. Way better dealership!

I purchased my 2019 Pathfinder in October of 2020. At the time I asked about the tires and why they looked so worn. The salesman assured me that everything was fine. In March of 2021 I had to replace all 4 tires as well get an alignment. The cost was about $700, which included my first oil change. This seems to be an outrageous amount being that my vehicle is still under warranty. That is my reason for giving it 4 out of 5 stars.The customer service was very friendly though.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing but stellar from beginning to end. I was experiencing transmission issues while visiting Florence, SC. Since my car had been recently serviced by the dealership in Columbia on Two Notch Rd, I contacted them and they would not help me in any way. All I wanted was for them to at least make contact with a dealership close to where I was in order to have the car serviced. I was told that they couldnt help me and couldnt call the dealership in Florence. I was able to get the car to the nearest dealership, which was this one and they immediately began to assist me with my issue. Chris, the mechanic, was able to diagnose the issue with the car and also found out that my transmission issue was covered by warranty!!! They provided a loaner car for me to get back to Columbia while they worked on my car. I got a surprise birthday song rendition from William once he realized my birthday was the next day. To make it even sweeter, Chris drove my car back to Columbia for me to my house to make sure that the car drives with no issues. This has been the best experience Ive had and Im contemplating by passing the Columbia-Two Notch Rd dealership altogether and sticking with Florence. I will not ever go back to five star Nissan I went there to purchase a new 2021 Nissan armada SL I informed the salesman I was paying cash and they checked my credit anyway! regardless if it was a soft inquiry I did not authorize it so I would not send anyone to a dealership that feels they have to check your credit even if you’re paying for the car with cash. In addition to checking my credit without my permission. on the warranty paperwork the mileage is wrong it has 3 miles on the warranty paperwork and the actual mileage on the vehicle was 137.

It drove well during the test drive. 30 min after leaving the lot the vehicle started to scare me when it wouldn’t come to a stop properly. I had to get a tune up because the spark plugs were old and burnt, making the car act funny. As well as a fuel filter, injection cleaning, a proper oil change, and the battery needed to be changed as well. All after they tried to over charged me from the beginning.

What should’ve been a great experience turned out to be the worst experience ever and a rip off!! On April 7th I came in to purchase a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Travis Hunter. Travis explained that the vehicle I wanted wasn’t there and would be in on April 12. I was anticipating a new vehicle before my wedding on April 10 but he guaranteed I would have it before we left for our honeymoon on April 13. The car didn’t come and I didn’t really receive much updates. After threatening to get a refund I was advised the car was coming in the following day April 22 and it could possible be ready by April 23 and needed to go through inspection. On April 28 I made up my mind to go there but received a text that said the car is ready. On April 30 I contacted them about a shaking squealing noise from what seem like the brake area. I was advise to come in but was told that service was closed so I needed to come in on Monday. So after coming back on Monday was told it was fix but the noise still could be heard. On Tuesday I came in was told it was rotors that was ordered and car needed to go threw another inspection. I came back on Thursday was told the issue was fixed but I can still hear the noise. I’ve spoken with the new car manager I think name Will who told me I didn’t have anything to worry about and I would leave satisfied to the used car manager Jason who basically said to let them fix it and if it can’t be fixed I have no other option. I have driven to Florence which is more than an hr away for nothing 4 times and have sat 3 hrs or more 3 times. I’m so disgusted at how I’m being treated.

The services provided was excellent. Mr Beaver did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and making sure I was aware of what was going on. He definitely helped me out in a big way. Only thing that bothers me is that I have brought my car there 3 times for my A/C and it still isnt fixed. I have to bring it back again and I do not reside in Florence. I live an hour away and its hard taking time off from work trying to get my car back there. I am very frustrated about it and also my check engine light cut on as soon as I picked up my car. Not satisfied with services given to my car but customer service was on point. Thank you Mr William Beaver.
