I had a good experience with the service department at Miller Buick. I live near St. Louis and was on a visit to Florence. My engine light was on, Jay Forsythe the Service Mgr. worked my car in and fixed the problem in a couple of hours! I cant say enough good things about this dealership. I was able to drive home with confidence that my Encore was in tip top shape. My son bought a truck a little over two weeks ago and the rear end is bad in it! They will not do anything about it. It’s bad when you pay $31,000 for a truck and they won’t do anything! I will never deal with them again!! I guess you don’t care about customer satisfaction! I spoke with several people! The mechanic that drove it said it was the rear end, but they are not going to fix it! You will never have our business again!

I was sure that there will be some loophole and the warranty would not cover my part due to some loophole. How ever my Encore got a water pump replaced with no charge whatsoever. I did not use the shuttle but it was offered and that was really nice.

Very friendly i called the morning of to try and get appointment They were courteous and got me a service appointment set up along with checking some issues i was having with truck. I dropped the truck off and they had shuttle to carry me to get something to eat and came back and picked me up. They explained the issues i was having was due to torque converter fluid was breaking down and it had to be flushed and new fluid installed, Mr, Forsythe and his crew are always very professional and eager to make the customer happy.

Being the resident Service Technician in my family, no one in my family ever goes vehicle shopping without taking me with them. My mother had decided she wanted a new SUV so we went to Ray Miller and she immediately spotted a white Yukon Denali. Corey Hamner showed it to us, let her drive it and see what she thought of it. We looked at a couple other dealerships and the staff was overly pushy to get customers to sign in the line fast as possible. There was none of that at Ray Miller so my mother asked my opinion of the Yukon and I told her I felt it would be a good purchase. About 45 minutes later she left in her new Yukon. Good people, easy to deal with, not pushy and they dont try to lead you to a higher priced vehicle.

Dealer ship in Huntsville sold me a truck with a check engine light on said it probably just needed to be reset. I took it here they Ended up replacing #2 solenoid and other DoD parts all under warranty. Had to leave it in the shop for almost a week or so. They were very friendly and kept me updated as far as the progress on repairing my vehicle. Would definitely recommend. Hats off to Vic he was very kind and highly appreciated.

Very sad how I was treated and unethical. The owner apparently could not be bothered to even reach out to me after his sales team sold me a car that broke down in the first couple days. Words can not express how I feel cheated and how poorly this place treats customers! Apparently it is no big deal to them to have a customer buy a lemon and/or pass the problem off to someone else. Beware of Hal and any of this pretend group of believers in God. If they were true to this community and their supposed beliefs they would have done right by the customer. The experience I had should not be had by anyone...buyer beware of this bad business!!!

Bought a used Buick from a individual and every time I take it to the Buick dealership or call they say they are slammed for the week. But I’ve had the Buick in their shop twice, both at ithem having it for a few days at a time. Couldn’t even get them to change out turn signal light that went out on me without it taking a week for them to do. Never will buy another Buick as I do not want to have to deal with the dealership for service. They are to slow. I’m done with Buick’s because of this dealership because of the slow service.

My GMC diesel was showing an emissions system problem. I was over 200 miles from home and wasnt looking forward to visiting a dealership I was not familiar with. I called late afternoon Tuesday and Jay told me that they opened at 7:30 the next day. I arrived at 7:45, he got my information and they worked my vehicle into their schedule. While waiting, he kept me updated as to what was going on. They started working on it at 9am and at 11:45 it was ready to go. The folks were very friendly and professional and also reasonably priced. I am moving to the general area soon and have found a new place to trust with my HD truck and Yukon XL. Thanks guys!

Do not buy a used vehicle from this place! Apparently they dont check anything out. I bought a Yukon Denali from them. They told me that the lift gate was broken but that wasnt a big deal so I bought it anyway. The day after I bought it I found SEVERAL other things wrong with it. I called them to tell them and they said I had already bought it so there was nothing they could do about it. Then a week later it rained and the floor was full of water. The sunroof was leaking. They gave me a carfax that was clean but I am pretty sure it has been wrecked. It has cost me a lot of money and i am still not finished repairing it. There is way too much stuff wrong with it. I will never be back!

I will never buy another GM vehicle, much less one at Ray Miller, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department and the employees (specifically Vic McAfee and the service dept manager) are very unprofessional and rude. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and the problem was identified. However, they refused to honor the warranty and perform the repairs. The reason being was that I didnt save all of my receipts where servicing was performed, namely oil & filter changes. I perform that myself and dont keep every receipt. Vic basically told my that without proof, they would not honor the warranty. To me, this felt as if he was calling me a liar. The service dept manager was standing there the whole time observing the situation. He did not step in and offer any type of solution to the problem at hand. He just stood there as Vic called me a liar and refused to perform the repairs even if they were still covered under warranty. Vic simply acted as if he didnt care if we were satisfied nor taken care of as a customer. He simply said (and I quote) Well, take it to the dealership that you brought it from. Maybe theyll fix it. Why even sell a car with a warranty if you can refuse to honor the warranty just because you have the right too? Stand by your brand and make the customer happy. That is what should be done if you want not only a return customer, but a HAPPY one too.
