Excellent buying experience. Bill is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman and will get you exactly what you need. Jesse was also very helpful during the finance part of the process.All of the staff were very welcoming and professional. They explain their products extremely well and let the customer make an informed decision on what they want without being pushy. This was the least stressful car buying experience weve ever had.We will definitely be referring friends to this dealership for future car purchases.

I had a fantastic experience with Cameron at Kerry Mazda. I moved out to Cincinnati from California last year. My dad has worked in the car business for years, so usually I purchase/lease cars through him. With my lease coming to an end, I knew I needed a new car but was wary of having to deal with dealerships. Thankfully, I had a wonderful experience at Kerry Mazda. Cameron was laid back, not at all pushy, and very friendly. The sales manager and finance director went the extra mile to get me the best deal and financing possible. Yesterday I went to go look at a Mazda that was online and when I arrived the car salesman told me it was already been sold about an hour ago. I was upset because I traveled 35mins just to get there.. Mind you I already had an appointment, no one even called to tell me before I even drove out there. I didnt feel like the place was organized or professional at all! I was in the Nissan office for about 10min and the only person that showed professionalism was Mr. Stacey! I would never shop with them again. Very random running company!

Had a negative experience at another dealership, so I decided to give Kerry Mazda a call. They were able to get me taken care of, no problems. The office was clean, and the music made the environment seem more lively and fun. Their customer service was excellent and Charles was great to work with. Everyone else I interacted with was friendly as well. There was not extensive back and forth; which I was happy about. I am very pleased with my new Mazda. I feel they have the best features, interior finishes, and power for the price point. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for a new car.EDITStopped in for a free car wash and I do not recommend that service at all! I saw that they tried to drive my car with the parking brake still on, the car was not very clean, they did not dry the car, and it STUNK when I got back in. I will not be returning for anoyher car wash even if its free. The new car smell was instantly gone, and I will be stopping at another car wash on the way home.

Very easy to schedule appointment online - showed up a few minutes early, and was out in less than an hour for oil change/tire rotation - no pushy additional service hints, best price from any Mazda service (been to 3 other locations due to traveling the past year) Very Happy! I had one experience where they went above and beyond what I was excepting, and I haven’t been disappointed since. Plus they have a clean, quiet, and spacious area to wait while your car is being serviced. I highly recommend!

I cant give any less than 1 star or I would. The dealership misled us about our warranty--we told them the car was going with my son to college (so wouldnt be in the area for oil changes, etc). The salesman assured us not an issue, buy the warranty. We did and when we were leaving, we got an oh, by the way, the car has to come here ONLY for oil changes, etc in order for your warranty to be vaild. Had we known that, we would not have purchased that warranty or that vehicle. It starts hard (hiccups) and we were told it was just sitting a while and would be fine. We were told the vehicle was inspected and nothing wrong with it. When it was diagnosed at Auto Zone, they told us if the car was truly inspected, they would have found the cause of the hiccup. The man I talked to at the dealership about the issue was rude and tried to mansplain the warranty to me. No, you lied. Just own up to it. They also filed the registration late (because we live in IN and they are in KY) and didnt follow the correct steps. We were charged a late fee. When I took it in for an oil change (that we thought was free) we were charged $10 more. All they said was oops. I havent gotten a call back on that issue either. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Everyone was helpful and courteous. Cameron was a great salesperson. Never any pressure and knew his stuff. The finance guy was also really nice and never pressured me into any extras. I had just had the worst experience at a dealer I ever had so it was so refreshing to go to a dealership where you felt like people cared about you instead of someone to take advantage of. If you are buying a car here, ask for Anthony FieldMy wife and I purchased a Mazda CX-30 from this location. The test drive experience was wonderful, and the features of the vehicle were adequately explained by the sales rep Anthony Field . The car was waiting for us out front as scheduled, which really gave the impression that our time for decision making was being valued.The negotiation process was very smooth, and our concerns were heard and recognized. We were able to come to a reasonable price that took as Anthony explain the benefits of leasing a car to us We had been asked about the Appearance Package i am glad we did buy it to those buying a car i would recommend it. We were in-and-out in a little over 2 hours, and some of that time was waiting for someone from finance to be able to drive-in, as we were there later in the evening, which is perfectly reasonable. In fact,Anthony had made all effort to make the process of waiting smooth and go quick for us.In all the attitude, salesmanship, and service we got from Anthony was great couldnt ask for a more better experience. Not only did he make the experience in-person wonderful, he has reached out personally to offer any help whatsoever with the features of the vehicle. This was above and beyond our expectations. I inquired and was greeted by cameron tucker. I informed him what I was looking for and why I was considering a new car and what my limits were. I know what lightly used models go for and it is incredibly difficult to justify a 6-7k price difference over one model year and 30k miles. He mentioned to me that I would be missing out on the warranty to which I responded if I was concerned with warranty I wouldnt be shopping for a car with a dealer warranty of only 36k. Mazda makes good products and the cx-5 has good reviews I have done my research. I told him my price limit which admittedly is lower than what the advertised price. I understand if as a business you are unable to sell a car for this price and I repeatedly told him if that was the case it was fine I dont mind buying a used one. I was only looking into the possibility to see if it made sense. Obviously it didnt wouldnt recommend.

So, I originally went to Kerry Mazda to check out the CX5, that is when Cameron Tucker approached me and my husband.Cameron, even though I knew the CX5 would not work for my familys need, was very patient with me and my indecisiveness.Well, after looking at all of these vehicles that would not work for one reason or another we moved along to a competitor and then over to Kerry Nissan. Sure I shopped around. But you know what? Do you want to know what kept me coming back to Kerry to ultimately purchase my gorgeous Mazda CX-5? It was Cameron. I refuse to refer to Cameron as a salesperson. I will call him an awesome person who just happens to sell cars. Do you know what Cameron does best? Cameron keeps keeps it real.... If you are buying a car here, ask for Tylor York!My wife and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve from this location. The test drive experience was wonderful, and the features of the vehicle were adequately explained by the sales rep Tylor York. The car was waiting for us out front as scheduled, which really gave the impression that our time for decision making was being valued. The vehicle we purchased was used, and upon inspection had many scuff marks that we had not seen in the pictures online. When pointing this out to Tylor, he was quick to address the situation and was able to have the car brought back to the detailing service to see what marks would come out from buffing. It was great to have this done before even approaching the discussion of numbers, as it gave us some confidence that they were trying to get the car into the best position possible before we were to make a decision or have a discussion about crunching numbers.Once the vehicle was polished up, we were able to thoroughly inspect it once more just to ensure that the marks were not simply being covered by some kind of polish, but had actually come out with the buff work. Once we were confident that we would like to make an offer, we were brought inside for negotiations. The negotiation process was very smooth, and our concerns were heard and recognized both by Tylor and management. We were able to come to a reasonable price that took into consideration the condition of the car, its representation online, and the value of it being Certified Pre-Owned (the maintenance report indicated that they did not take a huge hit on repairs since the car already had low mileage prior to being traded-in). There was no immense pressure to add-on packages that we were not interested in and no condescending commentary or haggling about our decision-making. We were in-and-out in a little over 2 hours, and some of that time was waiting for someone from finance to be able to drive-in, as we were there later in the evening, which is perfectly reasonable. In fact, Tylor had stayed beyond his usual shift to ensure that we got to test drive the vehicle and have a chance to make an offer. We had to move the appointment up toward the evening, but he made the additional effort to stay and give us a chance. His attitude was COMPLETELY POSITIVE in spite of this - no rushing of our decision whatsoever.In all, I commend Tylor York for his attitude, salesmanship, and service. Not only did he make the experience in-person wonderful, he has reached out personally to offer any help whatsoever with the features of the vehicle. This was above and beyond our expectations. You can take a chance at another dealer, but I feel confident that you would have a good experience here. It is worth the shot, and if you disagree, the choice is yours as the consumer!

Ive taken my 2012 CX-9 here for the past several years and have had great experience. They always help me find the best coupon or deals for maintenance. My recall work was performed quickly and they arranged a rental for the couple days they had it.I will say getting hold of them in the past year has been more of a challenge they redid their phone system and its a cluster to navigate through the thing. I always have to leave a message now.

Came in with an appointment to get an oil change. Was quoted $43 and told that it would take an hour or so. It ended up taking 1 hour 45 min, and cost me $53 after tax. I felt a little deceived. Then, while I was standing at the counter waiting to check out, the service employees spent a few minutes discussing erectile dysfunction medication in front of me. Completely inappropriate.

I went to look at a car last night and was very impressed. At first. It was a very nice car, but I knew and was open that I wasnt buying today. I just wanted to know pricing and financing options for a Mazda 2. Turns out management at the Kerry Mazda in Florence, Kentucky is not okay with seeking information. The manager came out and yelled at me for not purchasing even though the entire time I said it was more than what I was looking at and I didnt want to purchase that day. I just wanted the information so that I could see if it was even possible. Before he came out I was very impressed by the car and knew that I wanted to really look into that car and see if I could make it work or not. After that experience I will never go back there again. He basically wanted to intimidate me into changing my mind and deciding to buy the car then and there. Nobody should be intimidated into a purchase, but especially not one like a car. I hope that nobody else has fallen prey to him and I hope that nobody else purchases a car from them as long as he works there.I actually got on Facebook for the first time in a long while to post about this on their page and in the time its taken me to write this they have already deleted my comment and either blocked me from commenting further or turned off comments entirely. Go figure.

I have been taking my 3 Mazdas there for service for roughly 10yrs without a problem. The service department is great as are the guys in the parts department. I started taking my Toyota there a year ago because the service department is so good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dealership. They were fair, gave me exactly what I asked for, and quick with the car buying process. I didnt feel pressured or like they were trying to squeeze every last dime from me (I hate that and will refuse to work with ANY dealerships that do this). I walked out with a lease on a CX-5 that I LOVE and am paying pretty much what I told them I would. I worked with Cody, he was great to work with! I would recommend this dealership to others in the future and will consider them for a future lease/purchase!

Go see Calvin tell him Tosha sent you!!I did an online application first I have awful credit and they called me within an hour got more info had a salesman call me the next day with how much i can put down and how much of a payment i wanted.I had the pleasure of working with Calvin Powell. He listened to my story and made sure he got me in the vehicle I fell in love with at a price under asking with a bumper to bumper warranty. I wouldve walked out empty handed if it wasnt for him and the mazda team working so hard for me!!! Thanks guys!

Stopped by to test drive a new miata with my fiance. Was immediately greeted by a guy who didnt seem to care that I was there and didnt seem to really hear a word I said. I carryed on looking at the miatas and we decided that we wanted to test drive one of the manuals. Out the the 6, 2 or 3 are manuals. He said, I dont know if we got any. And went and looked. So I got a good enough impression off that guy. Then he disappears and shows up with the manager. The manager explains that I cant test drive the car since Im basically not buying today and the people who buy these cars want zero miles on them, and that has some truth to it since older gentleman buy these cars. Then after talking he had a change of tone. Said hes personally okay with us test driving it, but the salesman had to come along, which would force my fiance to not be able to test drive with me to see if she likes it. So I declined. Its a 30k Miata. Not a 911 Turbo. The car is mass produced, your dealership has insurance. Whats to be afraid of? Because not 30yrs+ and was in fancy clothing? Smh. Guess I should have rolled up in my Focus RS. Probably then I wouldve gotten the treatment I deserved.

We have an older (2004) Mazda that we bought from Kerry Mazda and they have always been very helpful and professional in the service department. The prices are of course higher than a mechanic garage but on a couple occasions, Kerry Mazda was the only place that could fix the problem.

I would give a 0 if I could. They take advantage a person. Sold a car that was a lemon to my sister. She had the car less than a month and started having trouble with it. They said it would cost 3000 to fix it. .

The worst experience ever, I bought 3 mazda in 3 years (1 sold,1damaged),this time I bought it without financial a month ago in kerry mazda,a couples days ago I picked up my plate there,so I asked my salesman about the title,“you are gonna mail to me,or I need to pick up by my self?”he said “I dont know, maybe you gotta go to check out the local department ”how come you don’t know?!!! I paid 600 documents fee!!!now you told me you dont know??!,go and ask your manager if you dont know.but he didn’t do anything.after all,I ask another guy about title,he said they are going to mail me,I will drive half hour to Kenton county to pick up my title if I didn’t ask the guy,fool me,lied to me,how can you treat me like that?!because I am a chinese who can’t speak english well??!you think I will not put a bad comment on line? I have feelings,I feel so bad about the experience!! I need a apology face to face!otherwise I will ask kerry general manager to explain everything!

Just leased my first Mazda, the CX5, from Kerry Mazda in Florence, KY. Not only do I love my new car but I was so impressed with my salesman, James Fox. James went above and beyond all expectations of good customer service without me feeling pushed or pressured in any way--which is REALLY important to me when buying a car. He and the entire staff at this dealership made this an easy experience from start to finish. Also, when I gave James my specific needs for this car he found a match the next day! Highly recommend the Mazda CX5 and James Fox at Kerry.

Doesnt even deserve one star. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! They lie to your face and then when you have problems with what they told you they cant recall the conversation. And they dont call you back in time so all deals are final. I have never been so disgusted. Its a crime that dealers like this can get away with what they do and we the consumers are stuck paying for it

Have been going to Kerry Mazda for service since I purchased my 2015 Mazda 6 there. Never had any issues until recently. Needed a speaker installed, first they ordered the wrong one and didnt find out until almost an hour into the appointment. Made a second appointment and the speaker was still being cross shipped the day of the appointment. Needless to say their service and parts department quality has gone downhill in the last year. Very disappointing, will be going elsewhere from now on. Btw, speaker install was half the price at a different location. Go there at your own risk.
