This was hands down the fastest and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. My wife and I drove 6 hours from Pensacola Florida, I was communicating through text to Jessica and her Team for a few days to find the right vehicle for my wife. She got all my info got the approval we drove in signed some papers they filled the tank up and we were done. 90% of this whole experience was over the phone. We decided to come here for a suv bc they say no dealer fees or doc fees! We’ll make sure before you sign paper make them print off a paper copy for you to read before you sign anything. This is why every car they sale you will be charged $899 LUX fee they charge everyone this extra to the price even on used cars. So every price you see online is false ! Which everyone expects your tax title and tag to be added . But not this charge for a lux package for is you get a chip in your paint or a bird dropping they fix it (really) and they charge this no matter what ! This is there dealership scam( there doc fees). We bought the suv and only seen this change bc they give you a paper for the court house and they put everything else on a flash drive . We bought the car 9-11-21 and it is 10-4-21 and still cant get a tag bc they have failed to send our paperwork to the court house . They sent us another temp tag bc he stated that it was there mistake .we want be back to purchase anything else we stated where we wanted to finance it at where they decided to send it 3 other places first so it will show on your credit bc you didn’t use them and our credit is good we got 3 percent int.rate bunch of this dropped our rating . Save yourself a headache go somewhere else! I will be contacting the Better business and legal advise . It’s a big headache I should have went somewhere else! I love the suv that’s the only good thing I can say!

A maintenance oil change and rotated tires. Had to reschedule a few times and the service rep couldnt have been more accommodating.Excellent and fast service.

Purchased a new set of tires and the Certified Mechanic failed to tighten my lugs. I was driving with all four of my tires loose. I drove across the bridge twice before I realized what was happening. One of my tires was close to coming off. This has me extremely upset. I have called to speak to the manager/supervisor multiple times and no one will answer. Worst service ever. More to follow.....

Had a scheduled appt for 11:20, but I dropped my car off @ 8:30 because I had errands to run & to ensure I was there in time for my appt & also with the hopes of getting done sooner as well. I attempted to call several times before I actually spoke with someone to get a status of my car. My car didn’t start to get service til after my scheduled appt time. I’m sure it would have been different if I would have waited with my car.

I have mixed emotions about this place. Here is why.Pros: Joey was extremely helpful and very friendly. We were there for many hours and he made it very comfortable for us thru the process. (if it werent for him, my review would have less stars)Cons: Luxcare was applied without us knowing it would cost $799. We tested to see if the seats would repel water, nope, it went right thru the seat. Not sure if it was worth it and I do not recommend it. (we couldnt wave the cost during the closing because it was already applied, apparently) Also, we purchased two used vehicles from this location in the past year and both times we were only given ONE key. You would think after purchasing such an expensive item you receive at least 2 sets of keys. Not sure if we will go back to this location next time unless they improve these points. Luckily we know a guy who comes to your house and make keys at reasonable cost, but you shouldnt have to.
