Bought a new Civic, had several North Alabama dealers competing for the sale and Greenway ended up giving the best deal. One really nice thing is they tint the windows on their vehicles. Between that and all weather mats and trunk liner they were a better value anyway, plus they beat the price in Huntsville. Great bunch of folks over there too, sales and finance. It was worth the hour and a half drive from South Huntsville.

Greenway of Honda was amazing to my family and me. We got greeted with a smile. My husband point blank told our money limit out and what we was looking for. Greenway has several car lots in the areas. We drove a few. Then the salesman loaded us up in their vehicle and drove us around muscle shoals & Florence to greenway car lots. We drove several more. After about 5 hours of shopping, we ended at our very first one. They originally close around 6 and we didn’t get out until after 7 last night. Extremely disappointed with their maintenance plan!! PLZ DONT BUY IT ! We leased Honda Civic in June 2020. And we got the most expensive maintenance plan which is about $900 per year, total of $2700 each year!At the time of our purchase WE were all sweet talked into buying their maintenance plan, and how they will cover everything, they specifically the finance manager of 20202 mentioned that since Alabama roads are under construction, even if there’s a small air leak, they will replace our tyres!So now Apparently because our tyres were leaking air, we were told that there’s an air leak in right front tyre and right rear tyre is unsafe cuz of wear and tear!The left 2 tyres were fine.I am upset even though I am paying $2700 just for maintenance, they want to cover only 1 tyre instead of 2! Giving an excuse of wear and tear!And how come only 1 tyre is worn and torn while the left ones stay fine.Bottom line, I SHOULDNT HAVE gotten their maintence plan, cuz it’s a scam!
