Adnan promised to complete the work by this past weekend. He showed up with Adam and proceeded to cut the granite and completed the install of a professional commercial size sink. Excellent quality, great service and very reasonable prices.

Working with Palmyra was a great experience. After shopping around at granite suppliers and selecting my slab, I got estimates from several granite fabricators around Fairfax. Although Palmyra was not the cheapest option using slabs available from suppliers, they had a similar slab already available in-house that they offered for the lowest price I could find.There were several reasons why they ended up being a couple cuts above the rest:- They were willing to come out a measure my space without asking for a deposit. After the final measurements, they actually adjusted the sqft of my space down, lowering my final cost compared to the initial estimated cost.- They were very transparent about the granite I chose, warning about the potential complications of the slab (even though it could have cost them the sale!).- They were very patient and willing to meet with me to show the slab and measure out my layout.- Communication was great -- if they missed a call, I received a call back within the hour.- There was concern about whether my countertop could be cut out of the slab in a single piece given the sink configuration, but the owner came up with a solution to give the piece more support and was able to fabricate it without any seams!- Finally, the installation was extremely professional. I was seriously surprised about the level of detail the installers took to match the new countertop to my current kitchen configuration. Without me asking, they lifted my dishwasher to hide a gap between the dishwasher and the countertop (my old countertop had an overhang). They caulked some of the gaps between my current tile backsplash and countertop. They found a plumber for me that handled the reattachment of the drainage system to the sink, and when a tiny leak presented itself, was very involved in making sure the plumber returned to fix it.All in all, I was very satisfied and extremely pleased with the final results. We loved working with Tiffany at Palmyra! The customer service was excellent and the quality of work was even better! When they came to the house they were fast with their work, but not rushed. They cleaned up after themselves and everyone wore a mask. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and look forward to working with them again!

We met the guys at Palmyra Stone Inc while searching for someone to move our recently installed island top a few inches (the installers for the original company were rude and rushed so we did not want them coming back). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!I have no other choice but to warn others who may fall into bad business with Palmyra Stone.We got my parents a new sink and faucet when they updated their kitchen this fall. When the work was done, the installer made a mistake and made it so when you turn the nozzle to use hot water, the water pressure is so low it is basically nonexistent, as well as leaking cold water elsewhere underneath significantly into our floor. Great! Just perfect!The work was done in October.My mother realized that the lack of water pressure was not normal as it continued to get worse, and contacted them in the beginning of December.They not only failed to call her back, but the water pressure continued to dwindle to nearly just drops.My mother contacted them a second time and was told they “couldn’t get ahold of the plumber”, and that the sink is probably just “like that”. Odd, seeing as how the sink NEVER presented any sort of water pressure issues until we let Palmyra into our kitchen!Yet again, nobody showed any interest in their poor work, and the pressure lessened even more so to a drop or two if anything.My mother contacted them a THIRD time and ONCE AGAIN, nobody at Palmyra Stone has done a single thing, apologized, or made it right.This morning I called one last time and politely asked the man to come help us. He told me that it was not his problem, and that he does not like dealing with women and respects my husband more. He actually told me he would not help me because I’m a woman! Can you believe that?!!I find it extremely negligent.How do you neglect to fix a service you failed to complete?How do you fail to fix a brand new sink that you installed improperly therefore wasting your clients money?Who feels comfortable taking advantage of their clients like this?I would never mistreat my clientele this way.But until then I think it’s only right the public knows that they are BAD FOR BUSINESS, and my parents currently have NO hot water in their kitchen. Which, might I add, was EXTREMELY inconvenient through the holidays.
