Great customer service. We came in from out of state and needed to purchase vanities and toilets. Tolga was exceptional, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed and showed us samples so that we could make our choices. We didn’t need to go anywhere else as they had everything. It definitely saved us a lot of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to redo bathrooms.

I reached out to the owner of this shop and was specific about what I needed in terms of color, size and price. He said he had several vanities in the store with my above request and gave me a price for vanities that he had on hand in the store starting in the 4$$.00’s. When I arrived the next day he showed me the color and sizes I was looking for. He quoted me a price of $699.99 plus for 30 inch and 36 inch vanities never showing me the vanities I came into the store for. I dont know how a 30 inch and 36 inch vanities are both the same price needless to say I NEVER saw any vanities in the 4$$ range. I will never shop here again. The store owner asked me to edit my review, I will NOT be editing our review. When I spoke with you on the phone, I informed you of the color, size and style I was looking for, i explained that I would be traveling from Washington, D.C. and did not want to travel out there if you did not have what I was seeking. You assured me that you had what I was looking for with the price range of 4$$.00 once I arrived you showed me the colors but told me a 36 and 30 were 699.00 and told me that was all you had. Where were the items in the price range I requested ?

Stone Style Design did an excellent job with the vanity and quartz countertop that were ordered. The quartz is high quality and the vanity from Turkey is modern, sleek, durable and affordable. Tolga, the store owner, was very accommodating and offered a range of options, either in person or in his extended catalogs.

We absolutely love our new bathroom vanity from Stone Style Design! Tolga and Anna were so helpful and gave us much of their time helping us pick out every detail. The cabinets and drawers are self-closing, and sinks are nice and deep which we love! Prices are reasonable - great quality!

Terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered a custom sized vanity, they estimated a 6-8 week lead time, we agreed to that. The first one arrived in the states with termites and was rejected at the port. 8 weeks after that, the next one showed up and was stored at their warehouse just outside the city. They didnt deliver it for another 2 months after that and only because I called them constantly until they scheduled a delivery.When I finally got it, the backsplashes were the wrong size, the countertop was the wrong size and shape and was also missing the drain/faucet holes. Our custom sized vanity arrived chipped and was made too big so we had to pay our contractor to open up and modify our walls. We gave them our faucet and sink so they could measure and cut the holes for the plumbing (which they didnt do). They only returned the sink, lost the faucet, and didnt reimburse us for the new one we had to purchase even though Tolga said he would.They forgot all mounting hardware for our 300+lb floating vanity and didnt have the slightest clue on how to hang it or what hardware they needed. Tolga constantly lied to us about deadlines, communications, and expectations. He was terrible to work with and mismanaged the project in almost every way possible while constantly blaming whoever he could for his mistakes. Almost every time I came to the showroom to talk to them, no one was there. One time I showed up, I waited 20 mins in the front room to talk to someone only to realize the person at the shop was upstairs watching TV and didnt speak English so he called Tolga on his iphone and had me talk to him.We ordered a single vanity in January and the project was not completed until September, no compensation was offered to account for their mistakes even though it cost us quite a bit of added money and they missed their own deadline by 5 months. My contractor has worked with them in the past and said that Tolga also lied to him, provided the wrong product to him, and never reimbursed him for the things he agreed to pay for.Do not buy from them, you will be sorry. I have no idea how they are even in business. Not sure how they managed the 5 star rating, but they definitely tricked us, dont make the same mistake we did. Buyer beware.

Wow - it is very rare that I find a business that lives up to their promises of high quality products and equally impressive customer service. We used them for our entire kitchen cabinets/sink/countertops and two different bathroom renovations including cabinets/countertops.When I was searching for high quality, well priced, and LOCAL cabinets - Stone Style Design kept coming up. Facebook marketplace, Instagram, search...so I decided to give them a look. Thank god I did.Their team (Tolga and Anna) were very gracious, answered all my questions, and highlighted things to me that I didnt even think to think about.I wont lie and say that the entire process was seamless. One of our cabinets was damaged, one of our marble tops was scratched during delivery - but Tolga believes in over the top customer service. We had new cabinets and counter tops delivered as soon as possible, and our renovation kept humming along.Id love to gush about our shaker cabinets and their prices (Tolga will bargain with you!) - soft close, dove tail construction, solid wood (not laminate or particle board), great colors, and quick delivery (I think 2 weeks from order to delivery?).But really, the customer service, constant communications, and feeling appreciated as a customer is what sold me. Ill only use them and continually recommend them to others.

We cannot recommend this company enough. We ran into an issue (for the 3rd time) with a different company we ordered our vanity from originally. No one could get one to us for at least 3 weeks. We needed a vanity ASAP. We visited them on Tuesday and it was delivered by Friday. They cut the countertop on site and managed to find sinks during a shortage. Even though their delivery schedule was booked, they still made time to have it personally delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely use them in future projects.

We purchased our cabinets for the kitchen elsewhere but we wish we had found them prior to our purchase as their selections, quality and price points were unbeatable not to mention they were so helpful and did not push us to make a purchase rather just shared their honest thoughts and experience with us about our remodel. Great product, and after sales service

Disasterous experience. We ordered a custom vanity to very specific dimensions, because we have a very specific sized space. We confirmed these dimensions with this company prior to purchase. When delivered, it was not built to those dimensions. Stone Style is refusing to take this back. Clearly an error they dont seem to want to make right. Hopefully they have a change of heart, as it looks like Im stuck with something I cant use.

We got bathroom vanity table and quartz counter top with two sinks from this company . So convenient, you don’t have to make separate orders and get it measured and put all together . It’s much more easier . Great quality and good price . Very attractive and stylish designs. We’ll definitely shop more, since we didn’t finish all remodeling. Their designs are so different from Home Depot or Law’s, unique, even though we shop a lot at Home Depot . Very big choice .

Great, friendly service and products! We needed a new small bathroom vanity top and after going to several other companies, we purchased from Stone Style Design as their price was HUNDREDS of dollars better than any other place we received a quote from. For the same Carrara marble top we got from Stone Style for $300, we were quoted $600-$700 from the other places. Needless to say, they will be the first place we call for any other remodels!
