After scouting out several companies in the Northern Virginia area, we chose Fairfax Marble & Granite for our recent kitchen renovation and they did not disappoint! We absolutely loved working with Enes. He is super knowledgeable and was patient with us no matter how many times we asked to come to the showroom to take another look at all the slabs. He understood the look we wanted and gave his honest opinions, which we appreciated very much. We literally started our renovation the week before the stay-at-home orders were issued at the start of the COVID pandemic. Not only did they move quick to take out our old granite, measure, and template our slabs at a very safe distance, but the day before everything shut down, we begged them to come install our new quartz tops and they did later that night! The two guys who removed and installed did so with ease and precision. Out of everything in our new kitchen, the quartz counter gets the most compliments. The most impressive thing about this team is that we truly felt they wanted our kitchen to look as amazing as we wanted it to look. Example: the corner piece where our two slabs came together into a seam, the fabricator noticed that if we just altered the position of one of the slabs by a few inches, we could actually get a gray vein in the stone to match up to both slabs, making it look more seamless. They called to ask our permission to move it before cutting. They didnt have to do that at all. They could have just cut it and we wouldnt have noticed a thing. But they took the time to look for details like that and that just speaks to the level of customer service they provide. We are about to redo our master bathroom and we will certainly be calling Enes again for his help!

Enes and his installers have my thanks for a difficult job well done. They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in ensuring that the pattern and flow of the beautiful slab we chose would remain intact once the stone was cut. The stone came together beautifully, but it was quite tricky to install and they did a lot of good problem solving to make it work.We’re very pleased.

Their customer service and selection was excellent. Enes was our sales rep. He was helpful, patient, honest and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. They have the best selection for granite, marble, quartz, soapstone, quartzite in Northern VA, as a matter of fact in the enire Washington DC metropolitan area. I highly recommend this company. I worked with Tina S. Tina was very patient with me and my wife. I found this company on line and went in without an appointment. Tina was very gracious and never pushed. Tina with her extensive interior design background made out kitchen remodeling project as simple as this type of project could be. Her suggestions and honest opinion truly made the difficult decision of selecting the appropriate slab for our project much simpler. I went in at least 5 times without an appointment and Tina always made time for me and made recommendation for coordinated back splash and flooring. Once we made a decision, someone came to measure within a couple of days. Counter top was available to be to be installed in a week. It was installed in a very timely manner and everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Tina and the staff at Fairfax Marble & Granite.

Paul did a wonderful job helping me to decide between the possible counter options. He worked hard to help me to stay within my budget numbers. The installers were efficient, polite, and meticulous. I am very happy with my kitchen counter top and the two bathroom vanity tops that were done.

Top grades! Ive been to 4-5 granite stores and found that Fairfax Marble and Granite was the easiest to work with. Helpful but not pushy staff. Knowledgeable. I was pleased with the buying and installation process. Definitely recommend and Im coming back to them myself for some more granite.

After doing due diligence and researching the many granite and marble companies in the area, we decided to go with Fairfax Marble and Granite. From our initial visit, to the follow up call after installation, Fairfax Marble and Granite went above and beyond the call of excellence. We were very impressed with the showroom, the sales force and the final product in our kitchen. We went with an exotic granite that was absolutely gorgeous. I cant say enough positive things about the salespeople. I havent experienced that level of customer service in such a long time, that I was taken aback. We highly and with confidence recommend Fairfax Granite and Mable.

Wow, wish I could give them no star. Rude, impolite, unhelpful man who made zero effort to even give out information About countertops as if he was selling premium diamonds! Please stay away from this vendor! At least if you think we are not in the right place, be polite, you are after all selling something, customers give you the business. Shameful.

I had a sample of quartzite that I wanted for my kitchen countertops. In several different companies, they looked at my sample and told me to walk their warehouse to look around for something similar - on my own.When I walked into the Merrifield location of Fairfax Marble and Granite, Paul looked at my sample and ask if he could keep it for 48 hours. 72 hours later he had 5 slabs of the same stone delivered to the Merrifield location and available from which I could select. Now THAT is customer service!And Paul continued to deliver excellent customer service, along with professionalism, throughout the entire process - from sales to installation. Fairfax Marble had great pricing and the installation team were meticulous. It was truly a wonderful experience!I highly recommend working with Paul at the Merrifield location of Fairfax Marble and Granite.

Could be great service but I do have to warn you- I got a quote for quartz countertops and they were close to 3X of competitors... Again, maybe the service is outstanding- Im just saying shop around before you go with these guys.

My transaction was completely over the phone, as I was sick of going out to granite yards and not getting what I wanted. I was looking for a 5cm honed marble slab and they had what I wanted. I worked with Chris Steinhardt, who went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. He offered to send pictures of what I would be getting and even asked me to send pictures of my existing countertop so that he get a better idea of the placement of the countertop. He confirmed measurements and edge style several times before cutting. It was a fairly straight forward replacement of countertops, but Chris covered all bases and in the end, we had no problems on delivery and we were thrilled with the final product. All that, and we didnt need to trek out to another granite yard. Their prices were fair and customer service was excellent. Jill
