This is a great tile store. I have been to nearly all tiles store in dc area and find this one the best. The sales man Evren is the best sales person. He is very patient with my picky and long process of looking for the perfect tile for my new construction. He showed so many different kinds of tiles without a lot patience. He also respond to my emails and text message promptly with pictures of suggested tiles. this is especially very helpful during this special period.

Great selection and everyone was so helpful.While able to see and touch large peices up close with pricing from low to high they explained the products details. Staff were wearing masks and observing safe practices which i appreciated. I found my granite kitchen tops with the help of Evern and could not be more pleased.

I saw the tile that I wanted to use on my master bathroom renovation two years ago. Even though I checked countless other online and brick and mortar stores, I couldnt find any tile that was as beautiful as the specific one I saw at Marble Systems. Thankfully, they were able to work with me somewhat on the price, and the product was just as beautiful in person as it was in the showroom (which is saying something, since natural stones do have such variance). Whether youre with a designer or on your own the whole selection process is made easier by having the tile and countertops all in the same location.Marble System is constantly getting in new products. I find that they have the best selection in the metropolitan area. If youve never made a visit to Marble Systems, Fairfax --- I highly recommend you do so soon!

Wonderful showroom and stunning collection. I went in for stone to redo a clients fireplace and Tugcem was just awesome. Very smart and friendly. She knew exactly what I wanted within 5 minutes. I had a sample, a quote quickly. Great advice too. Finished the project and it turned out perfectly thanks to the expert advice from Tugcem.

Called at least 20 dealers in the area and others either didnt have my tile in stock or werent willing to sell to me for a small project.Although I wasnt able to get a call back from Marble Systems after a few tries, a quick visit to the store got me the tile I needed at a reduced price.Overall, Im very pleased. The tile is beautiful and the service was professional and courteous.

I have had an amazing experience with Marble Systems. They were the only ones that carried a specific type of stone and color I was looking for. I had gone to several showrooms in search of one specific thing. Evren Sarac was truly exceptional! He spent time with me as I changed my mind as to the slabs I wanted and was always knowledgeable and patient! He educated me on the differences between stones and their positives and negatives. He even chipped off a sample from an existing slab so that I had something to work with when making other color selections for my kitchen. He is truly and gem and Marble Systems is one of the best in the area in terms of customer service and expertise. I highly recommend them!

Because I deal with Marble Systems on a commercial basis, my group interacts with Marble Systems regularly, and they have always been a service oriented and knowledgeable team, particularly Ilkim Boyle, who goes out of her way to make sure that my team is aware of product alternatives to meet budgets or performance requirements.

Our fabricator, ABKA in Winchester, Va, sent us to Marble Systems in Merrifield to find granite slabs for our kitchen counter and island. I called ahead to let them know we were coming to look. Shortly after I called, we received a call back from Claudia, asking what it was that we were looking for, right down to the colors we were interested in so she would be ready to show us what she had that we may like. We found 2 beautiful slabs and Claudia put a tag on them both to hold them for us. That was late Friday afternoon. We called our fabricator and gave him the information on the slabs so he could order them for us. Monday, they were delivered to ABKAs cut shop. WOW, very impressive, from the first phone call to the delivery ! We would highly recommend Marble Systems. We found everyone there very helpful in every way !

Great selection and service. We went there to select our countertop and we could not believe all the different granites and marbles they have. We finally ended up with Verde Bamboo for our countertop after several visits. Sales people were very informative and helpful.

Marble Systems is an amazing and beautiful place! My first time there, this very lovely woman, Tucha, worked with me and my husband to find just what we were looking for to match my counter top and she was extremely helpful and kind! Later, I had some problems with my tile because I did not use their people to put it in and when I went back to them, they were so gracious and bent over backwards to help me turn things around! Jose was top notch and I am so grateful to him and Tucha for caring so much about me being happy with the results! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jose and Tucha! I highly recommend them!

Febrina was an outstanding partner and resource during our recent remodeling/addition project. She had creative ideas for kitchen tile, bathroom tile, floor tile for a new mudroom and laundry room, and her expansive knowledge of granite and marble opened up amazing possibilities for our kitchen counters and sinktop in our new bathroom. She listens well, doesnt push products to make a sale, and she is thorough in identifying multiple options and following up with vendors to ensure that the products are delivered on time and in good condition. She even came over to our house, during construction, to ensure that our contractor installed the custom tile in our new walk-in shower according to her design. She spared no effort and we will always be grateful to Febrina now that we are in our new space and enjoying the fruits of her labor! We could not recommend Febrina, or Marble Systems, more highly.

Tugcem Gaines at Country Floors- Marble Sysems was fantastic helping us with our tile order. She offered us plenty of samples even found a sample granite in their showroom that was similar to ours and helped us work through our color options. She is a fantastic designer with plenty of creative ideas. Our order certainly not a big one (a kitchen backsplash) had me worried that it would not be a priority for them. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Tugcem Gaines kept in contact with us over the next several days while we made our decision, and was more than helpful. We could not be happier with our tile.

Very poor service, cheap products and high prices. The products that they show in their show room, is different than what you receive, very cheap and defected product.They delivered broken, multi different color, and unacceptable condition marble to my house, and when I reported that to them, they said they will change it but I have to pay for delivery, and again they delivered defected Marbles.I would report this company to consumer report, they really shouldn’t be in business. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very poor customer service.

Really nice showroom, very friendly staff, but very poor service.

Untrustworthy. The salesman showed a marble tile and stated that they would all be similar. It is not possible to check every tile when they load your vehicle, but when we opened the bixes they varied considerably. No apologies, - it was our fault for not checking the tile as it left the warehouse. The attitude of the salesman was rude, blaming us for their error. he would only replace with a 20% restocking fee. This is the second time I have had problems of the tile received being very different color or quality to what is shown in the showroom. The price seems good but you dont get what your promised. Only purchase if they agree to unpack EVERY box in the warehouse for you to check in advance. I would never recommend such dishonest practice.

Really nice showroom, very friendly staff, but very poor service. Ive used them many times and still do. But they do tend to mix orders up so make sure you READ EVERYTHING before you sign. I do bathroom and kitchen remodeling and 3 times now they have inverted the numbers on what I need and messed up my order. Twice with very high end special order product. Thankfully after the first time that happened I always have them sign my notes so I was able to get the problem fixed eventually. Though it took them over 2 weeks to refund the cost deference all 3 times. And I had to deal with upset clients. But all and all I still go back because they do have a great showroom and out of 100 plus orders they only messed up big a few times and a couple small goofs like forgetting to deliver a case but thats an easy fix.

Sales person was very helpful, she helped me with several difficult decisions. I am very happy with final product.
