Hands down best people in Clarksville. Very fair with prices,down to earth friendly wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else! Brough my 2017 Mazda 6 Grand touring in because I was hearing a noice from the rear passenger side and it sounded like water being swished around in my brakes and I couldn’t distinguish the noise Itself brough it here they took it back looked at it (could’ve) charged me for even looking at it they didn’t ! Was very honest and I’ve never brought my car in and felt like I was actually at home but they make you feel at home ! Definitely give 10/10 stars!

My truck kept having a issue of overheating. Ive taken it to 4 different places in town just to be told nobody could find the issue. Or estimated geusses. Including the dealership Gary Matthews. So I brought it here based on the good reviews.. They exceeded expectations. Not only did they find the issue within the hour. But they had my truck fixed & done within 3 hours for half of the price gary matthews quoted me!! So I am very grateful & will definitely use them from here on out!!

This place is locally owned and operated. We originally heard about the shop on Facebook and decided to take a chance on it. WOW! I felt like I was family from the second I showed up until I picked my jeep up! The price was lower than the initial quote. Justin was up front and honest the entire time! He explained everything he saw and was going to perform to help my jeep get fixed. They far exceeded my expectations on the time it took. I am super satisfied and highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!!

Justin went out of his way to check both of my vehicles and gave me some honest advice. Showed me everything that was wrong, what needed to be done and how much it would be. First time coming to his shop as I’m new in the area and will not be going anywhere else.

An honest shop that isnt trying to rob you.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would, I wouldnt recommend their work to my worst enemy! I brought my car in on 5/17/2019 advising that it was having issues cranking (slow to crank or sometimes no crank at all), the car was also running poorly and shifting gears funny. After popping the hood and visually inspecting the car (there were no tools or tests ran at all) the owner diagnosed it to be the crankshaft positioner sensor and a harmonic balancer. I was a little weary of the diagnosis, but the owner assured me he was 95% sure that would fix my problem. They quoted me 342.72 to fix the issue. I paid on the spot with no issue and we agreed my car would be ready the next morning 5/18/2019. The next morning, I arrived to pick up my car and only the owner was there. He made it his business to show me the parts taken off my car and rambled on about how bad my parts for about 3 mins. I then got in my car tried to crank the vehicle and it had the SAME issue. The owner heard me struggling to crank the car and came over to tell me I needed to drive the car to break the new parts (which turns out not to be true the sensors didnt need any time, either its better or not.) 2 hours later of driving the car was still having the same issue. I took the vehicle to another shop got second opinion. They were able to test the vehicles parts and were able to fix the simple issue (the battery) for less than $100 dollars. I called the owner to advise him of what happened I was told that I would hear back on Monday. The owner reached out to me and offered to reimburse me the 64 dollars I paid to properly fix the vehicle which is unacceptable being that I paid them 342.72 for nothing. He also offered put the parts he took off my car back on and give a full refund which is also unacceptable after he proved himself to be too incompetent to fix my vehicle the first time around, I could no longer trust him to do anything with my car. PLEASE BE AWARE and dont let them fraud you as they did me.

Went and ask if there was any way for them to just take a look and tell me what they THOUGhT was wrong with car..Justin let’s me know he for sure will call me befor he get into my car and let me know how much it would cost . He calls later that day saying he has to go deeper and has 135 in labor I owe😡I am like wait where was my phone call ! Very sneaky
