I was so glad that I came to this establishment. I was able to get a same day appointment and the owners are such great people. They took such good care of me and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Went there on a Friday, first thing in the morning when they opened. Not only did they look at my car right away, they showed me what needed fixing with my breaks. They are very honest and nice. They fixed my breaks right away. If I had one complaint, I thought the price was just a a tad high, but for them to fix it right away was worth it. Good people, great service. I will go back to them when needed. I do recommend them.

Mrs. Nancy is the best, shes such a sweetheart 🥰. This shop makes you feel very comfortable and welcoming. They have the best prices around town and they treat everyone like family. I walked in and instantly felt at ease. They fixed my car and had me going in no time.

I made an appointment there on Sunday, 9-12-21 for 10:30 AM on Tuesday. I got there, and there was an old man sitting on the chairs and I thought he was a customer because he didn’t introduce himself to me and he just rudely asked what I was there for. I told him I was there for a road trip check - he asked what specifically I wanted looked at. I said it’s just a check that they do before a road trip. Again, I did not know who he was. I thought he was just being a nosy customer. I had told him that I was there for an appointment and he said that they don’t do appointments there. Finally, a lady came from the car bay and she asked what I was there for. I told her I had a 10:30 appointment for a free road trip check. She said that they don’t do appointments and that they were backed up for two weeks and if I wanted to then they might be able to squeeze me in at 2 o’clock. She didn’t even know what all was included with the free road trip check, which is on their website, so I pulled it up and I showed her what it was and she said that they don’t even do the air conditioning check there and that they never have and corporate keeps putting it on there when they know that this location does not do air-conditioning checks. I guess it was because I was there for something free, but I was willing to pay for work that they would’ve found to be done on my vehicle. I guess they just decided I was not worth their time, but these people that I dealt with were supremely rude. I don’t understand how you can run a business and not do appointments. Maybe that is why they are two weeks behind schedule, but I have never in my entire life encountered a situation like this before and it was appalling.

Overall experience was great. They took my car in the next day checked the brakes told me what needed to be done gave me a quote and fixed them! The owner gave me a ride home herself while I waited for my car to be finished. Just overall nice people. Love supporting local businesses.

The wonderful office manager was very pleasant and efficient. She was willing to wait for me at the end of the day so that I could pick up my car even thought I told her that I might arrive after the office closed.

In the middle of a long trip towing our heavy 5th wheel trailer, we apparently warped a brake rotor. We were in Nashville heading to Kentucky on a Friday, so I started calling ahead for someone who could fit us in on Saturday. Several high-rated places didn’t get back to me, but when I called Meineke, Nancy promised to work me in first thing.Don’t judge a book by its cover - the shop looks very well-worn from the outside, but the waiting area and restroom were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed visiting with both Nancy and her husband while we waited. We also spoke with a couple of regular customers, and they were clearly happy with the service they’d received. We were on our way in a few hours. We greatly appreciate the service.

This auto shop is a rare gem! Mrs. Nancy was very polite and honest; which is rare in the auto industry. I had an oil change at another shop that of course found another issued with my Jeep. They quoted me almost twice the price I was charged at Meineke. Also, Mrs. Nancy let me know about another issue that was really causing the noise I was hearing on my Jeep and the price was still cheaper from the shop I get my oil change from. Needless to say I’ve found my new auto shop!

I called for a price quote and experienced the worst customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was hung up on several times. Told it wasnt worth his time to check pricing. I am shocked this place is still in business. I do not leave very many bad reviews but I am still so shocked by my experience. I asked for his name and a cooperate number because someone needs to know how potential customers are treated. You cannot stay in business without customers and having 0 customer service and no motivation to help a potential customer is an issue. Again I am still shocked. I have paid more for services because of exceptional customer service and after my experience I feel like I could never trust this shop. Also when calling it states the line is recorded and someone seriously needs to listen to the phone calls..I cant be the only one.

I had a great experience here and will not hesitate to bring my vehicles here from now on!! Ms. Nancy was so kind and helpful. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I had a couple of bad bearings and despite the fact that the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found, they still found a way to get my wheels off and do a beautiful job!! They even replaced the lock nuts with normal ones so that it wasnt an issue again (free of charge)! Super grateful for them!

This is a great place to take your vehicle to get your muffler exhaust CV joints or Axel done. They have been in business over 40 years. The staff is great very hard working and diligent. Mrs. Nancy she works up front. She makes you feel right at home... You feel like youre at one of those mom and pop stores from back in the day. I would recommend anyone and everyone to take ther vehicle here.

I found a coupon online for this shop for a discounted AC check and set an appointment online, after reading reviews about others having an issue with their appointments being honored i decided to call before driving 45 minutes and was told that they cant be giving away their time on discounted AC checks and they do not honor the coupons that they advertise online.

Very friendly, professional and caring. Had my catalytic converter replaced (surprisingly so quickly) by 9am after dropping the vehicle off late in the day before, and although I left and still had an issue with the vehicle, I brought it right back and they took care of it while I waited (replacing a map sensor that needed to be replaced). although it would have been nice to not have to come back losing valuable time with my grandbabies who I came to visit, I understand things happen and Im very pleased with the way they took care of me overall:) I drove all the way back to Florida without any issues and the car ran great!

They could not change the oil in my Diesel car. After I had called and asked if they could change the oil and telling me yes I was a little frustrated

I booked an appointment online for January 2nd at 8am. I arrived early and waited. It was still a ghost town and not open at 8. I called another shop and they are able to work on it first thing this morning.

A local mechanic recommended I go see Nancy at Meineke on Ft. Cambell for my flex pipe issue. So glad I did. Less expensive than others in the area and very nice family to do business with. I highly recommend!

I dont even know where to start.. i have had many many exhaust jobs done here over the last 21 years. Always went above expectations and delivered quality all day any day. What ever happen with the H2 build from 2000? I use to hangout in the office and talk to Nancy for hours n hours. such a great lady. I sure hope her boys still work at the shop cant wait to stop in next time im in town.

My front right axle was messed up and the brakes needed changing they did a super fast job on the repair the car drives super well definitely will be coming back here if I need work on my car

I called to ask if they could replace an AC compressor on my Pickup. I was told yes. But, when I informed them that I had already purchased the compressor and just needed them to install it I was quickly told to go elsewhere. It seems they are only interested in upselling their own parts and suppliers and forget the person that does the leg work and gets the brand new parts themselves. I wouldnt give them the time of day ever to repair my pickup if they were the last option in Clarksville.

They are the best. Went to 2 other shops and couldnt believe the pricing. The were the only shop that to the time to take all the tires off and put my car on a lift and spent time checkin everything. Ms.Nancy the manager, brought me in to the shop and showed me what needed to be done. She than can me a excellent price and got everything done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and fair shop.

Showed hours as open on Saturday. Left my vehicle to get estimate for brake repair. Unable to reach them, 2pm Saturday picked up my vehicle and Gateway tire did the repairs.

Had to take my car because of a clogged exhaust. It was nearing the end of the day when I called and they told me to come in and they would take a look at it. It needed a cadillac converter and they had it fixed within an hour and the price was very reasonable! The customer service is amazing! Very friendly. Would highly recommend. Very honest people.

The only negative is that the place is rundown and needs a really good cleaning...but the positives more than make up for that.The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They go the extra mile to save us money and are pretty quick at getting the work done. One of the other pluses is that even though they dont do every kind of work on a vehicle, they do know of good shops in town that provide the same level of service for various repairs/work that Meineke doesnt do. This has helped us save a lot of money and get more work done than we thought possible.This is our go to stop when we have car issues.

Great and simple inspection of my brakes. Several options to correct and service my brake issue. Great communication, done in a timely manner and pickup/drop off service for customers.

It did take them a few extra minutes to get set up and going but I am very happy with the work and customer service that is provided at this shop. Very nice people, great work, good ole place.

I stopped by to get an estimate on brake pads. They treated me just like family, managed to fit me in with immediate service. Took just about an hour, life time guarantee on the pads and a very reasonable price. Just incredible; who could ask for more!

I was there less than 10mins and they had taken care of what turned out to be a simple fix and didnt charge me a dime! I called around to a few other locations before I chose to bring my car here. According to Nancy that works here on Veterans Day, when there site states “free oil change” for vets. “We opted out of that. We cannot do that in a military town” she stated. Well, I guarantee the Soldiers that died, got shot, lost their marriages, sanity, etc. didn’t say that about you when they were deployed. Just because your afraid to work, you don’t want to do it. According to corporate this location was supposed to offer the free oil changes but they did not. I am now pushing for this location to have another free oil change day for vets in the coming future. Stay tuned.

Then, when they found out there is no such thing as a free lunch they got their feelings hurt.They are a friendly familiy owned and run business that truly cares about their customers. They are always willing to help soldiers in the surrounding area. I have had several dealings with these great people and never had a complaint. I recommend them to everyone.

They are a friendly familiy owned and run business that cares what their customers think and were willing to work with me to get the exhaust I wanted on my truck. I have been calling since 8am when I was told by yall that yall would be open and now it is 831am and no one is there. Also I was told that you charge a 100 diagnostic fee but Madison Tn location charges no diagnostic fee. I just need a evap smoke test done. Madison location said they would just charge 60 for that work. I would go to Madison but I live in Clarksville. Just very upsetting. I was planning on having my car repaired today. Guess I have to find somewhere else to take my car today. Very disappointed.

Its hard to find a mechanic you trust but these people are honest and get the job done. I highly recommend them for your car problems.
