I purchased a vehicle online, and took it to DARCARS Toyota (Dundalk) well I was greeted by my service rep Amanda. Amanda greeted me with a very warm “Hello!!” and handled me with a level of care and professional service that I would expect at a Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton property. When I came to pick up my car, Amanda walked me (she did not leave it up to me to figure out how to navigate around the service area!!) to the cashier and then outside to my car. She was more like a professional concierge, making me feel like a VIP customer ( somehow I got the impression she is like that with everyone). It was so refreshing to get 5-Star customer service at this busy dealership. Employees like Amanda are special they have the perfect attitude and competency to handle anything and everything. I am thankful to Amanda for making my experience so pleasant.

The sales lady who spoke to us first was nice . The man who came to talk numbers to us sucked . Very rude . Not very informative and was not happy with him at all . We got the car we wanted . That was a good thing . Was it a pleasant buying experience? No, not at all

I went here to get my AC fixed, and was told that before they could make any repairs that they would first need to do a diagnostics process that would cost over $300. The cost of any repairs would not be included in the diagnostics fee. That seemed expensive to me, so I went to the Bill Kidd Toyota Service Center in Timonium- and found out they do the same diagnostics there for $59! If you are considering getting service done here, make sure to shop around and compare prices first.

Recently, I decided I was going to purchase a vehicle. It was between a Honda Civic Hatchback and a Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I went to a few dealerships but the out-the-door price was never quite right. On April 12th, I found a Toyota Corolla Hatchback Nightshade on DARCARS Toyota website and contacted them. I spoke to Jose F. He was very eager to help. He answered all the questions I needed to make an informed decision. After that, I decided I wanted to purchase the car. I was able to apply for it online. The process was quick and easy. He got back to me in roughly an hour, offering to deliver the vehicle to me the same day. I opted for the next day.Today, April 13th, Jose F. delivered my vehicle. He had some documents I needed to sign which took less than 10 minutes.Overall, I would recommend DARCARS Toyota. They gave me what I wanted with no hassles. As for Jose F., he was very nice, informative and professional. If you ever need a vehicle, please ask for him. He will make sure you leave a happy customer.

DO NOT EVER LISTEN TO THE MAINTAINCE TEAM ON BUYING SOMETHING. safe yourself the hassle and dont go here at all. We brought our car here for maintenance check. They told us we had a nail in one of our tires and that they could not fix it and we needed a new tire. Without questioning it we said yes and paid almost $300 for ONE tire. It wasnt in stock, but they said theyd have it the next day and call us when it came in. Two days later, no call so we decided to go to another tire shop and wouldnt you guess it, they could fix our tire (in fact they found 2 nails and fixed it and told us the tires have about 6 months left on them). We called DARCARS to get a refund on the tire that they made us buy and NEVER called to get put on (btw it did show up the next day they just didnt call, i dont think they ever would have called). I was told by parts and maintenance that I would need to talk to the GM because there was a no refund policy. I check all of my receipt and it does not say ANYWHERE that there is a no refund policy and we were not told that. If we were, we wouldnt of purchased the tire. After over 20 calls, the GM was NEVER available, never returned my calls, never even attempted to have good customer service. This place is AWFUL, they STOLE $300 from me and my family. We came there during a pandemic to get needed work on our family car and they took advantage of us. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and straight up thievery from this place.

Let me first start off by saying Murel is the BEST. I pulled up he was outside waiting for me, address me by my name before we even started. Talk about customer service. Very impressive that he knew who I was before we even greeted one another. The whole process/experience with Murel was phenomenal. From here on out all my car/truck purchases with be done with him and only him. Looking to buy a car go see Murel. Walked in a little apprehensive based on the previous reviews left out with a BRAND new car and new dealership to call home. Dont forget to ask for MUREL his the man.

We have been in here for almost 90 mins. I understand things take time. It is very clean and while we sat here someone came out and wiped the counter down. Only two people in waiting area besides us and it has 2 rooms. Will come here again.

Me and my wife went to get a Toyota Corolla 20015, I got transferred with my job from Arizona to Washington, taxes and fees are more here than Arizona I get that, car had a price of 9995, I put 2000 as down payment, finance department came, I was ready to sign, this guy didn’t ask for GAP or extra coverage on the vehicle, he just added without asking us if we were interested. $4000 on top of $11495 that’s $16495, - $2000 as down that’s $14495! Is that how they take care of their customers? No, that’s how they make money out of us. Today is 09/11/2020 I’m taking the car back to them tomorrow. This is not ok, they need to ask if the customer wants those extra coverages. I want they to fix this!! Or I will leave the car over there and get my money back. He made us sign Pretty much everything in his computer. I’m talking about Mike the Finance guy

I brought my car in four times in less than one week for the same issue. Theres a whistling sound from the windshield. They gave me the following excuses of why this is happening1. the parking tag I had hanging from the mirror caused the whistling sound. Im no Einstein but how does a parking tag cause whistling sound. I removed the tag just to appease them. And lo and behold, whistling sound still happened2. If the technician cant hear it, he cant fix it. Thru kept my car for 10 hours one day, barely drove it and they wonder why they couldnt hear it3. The sound occurs in all new cars and I should just deal with it4. Whistling sound only occurs when you go over 50mph. I told them multiple times, it happens even in city driving. To which they replied, nothing we can do about it5. The number they added is worthless. I called it, agent could barely understand the issue and told me they will call me back. Two days later and still no call6. I emailed the manager and I took my car in yet a fifth time. Gary, the manager, said I cant ride in the car with him due to COVID. He again said he couldnt hear the whistling sound7. They pretend to care about covid and yet the 4 service members were right outside the entrance, masks off and smoking right next to each other.Way to be proactive fighting COVID8. And yes, I lost my temper. These people are making every popsicle excuse to not fix the issue.9. I contacted Toyota Headquarters in Pennsylvania regarding the matter.10. This by far has to be my worst experience with a Toyota services11. DO NOT COME HEREIve owned Toyota Camry for many years. Never had these issues. And the responses the service department gave are just assinine

They sold me a vehicle in June! All we asked for was key chains and we were told we could get car washes! No call back about either one after weeks of phone calls! Went to pick up tags and was told our keychains were being ordered! No car wash still! We bought 6 new Toyota vehicles in the last 2 years all we want is a dealership to honor what they say after they make the sale!

Didnt care for their customer service and it seemed as if they dismissed me when I got there. I was told that there would be an hour or so waiting time and then I was told even though I bought my car less than a month ago and already made the first payment that I would still need to spend more money on an issue that they clearly didnt service before I got the car. I am beyond dissatisfied with their reasoning for the neglected issue that was their before I got the vehicle.

Terrible service i just got a brand new car, Toyota Sienna 2020. Yesterday August 15 and i saw a light that says battery power warning. I cant believe thid happended when its a new car. I called to the person that i made the deal with and he doesnt pick up the phone. Tommorow i will go to the Dealer and be there to see what happens... I just dont wont to loose my downpayment 3 thounsand dollar even!

Horrible customer service! No regard to customers time. I waited for 45 minutes for a shuttle that was confirmed to be coming, I arranged other plans and when I got to the shop, the shuttle was parked and driver inside making a coffee. Employees standing around conversating, as soon as I asked for help all the sudden she needs to leave. I wont be returning!

Went there to fix a part of the tire. Afterwards the steering was shaky so I took it to get it looked at somewhere else turns out this Darcars messed up my car. The people were also super unfriendly and they had no record of my appointment when I arrived.
