Pretty disappointing and dishonest service all around. I was told that they do not accept official Midas coupons, even though their address and scheduling service is linked to the official Midas website. The cashier was unfriendly and turned it around on me for not mentioning a coupon on the phone. A woman with the same coupon came in 5 minutes later with the same details. I was told that Midas does not usually rotate tires. This is a boldface lie as I have been to MANY Midas services in the past, and again it is listed on the official website. The cashier spent most of her time trying to up sell me and other customers services we did not ask for, instead of what we requested. She also did not realize that my car was finished 15 minutes earlier than the time she checked me out. When my car was finished, I came to the counter and was shooed away with Im getting to it. After waiting an extra 15 minutes for the cashier, I was told, Please move your car. She had forgotten that she shooed me away, did not give me my keys or take my payment. To top it off I was told, very loudly in front of an audience, that my ID did not match my credit card (It was exactly the same). This is the worst Midas I have ever been to. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

Be prepared for a long wait and ask for your old used parts, on one occasion they only put in 5 spark plugs instead of the six that i paid for. Although the sixth one required to take off more Parts it shouldve been done..

Life saving services and they dont try to cheat you!!! Very honest and they do an excellent job. Had a flat another shop wanted to charge me $80 for a used tire and $170 for a new, Subaru specific tire. They said the tire could not be repaired. Midas repaired it for $20!!!! I absolutely love this place!!!

Went there, problem not solved. I hope they will not charge me again, anyway I will be there with my recipe.still disappointed, After came back. there is no possibility to communicate with technician, because I went there with some pictures to explain what I need to be done but they said: we dont need it, we are going to fixed it. after one week same thing happened again and Im confused now, back there again or fine another shop.

Always professional and never inflate what the real problem is for more money..actually the last visit what I insisted was the problem. Was not the 300 dollar problem I thought but a 20 dollar piece..clearly could have took advantage of me but not these guys💪👍💪👍

Went to have my car inspected, but I was told everything was fine. In and out in about 25 min and I didnt have to pay a penny.

I had my vehicle for over 6 months had no leak no lights on or anything took it to them for oil change and all of a sudden I had it my vehicle leaking oil everyday they cut a hole in my line. Had to put at least two quarts of oil in my vehicle every day if I planned on driving and then when I park it at night put a bucket under it to catch the oil

Every time I have gone here I have been treated with kindness, respect and fairness. They go out of their way to be helpful and work within your budget as much as they can while still doing very good work

Took my truck to be looked at for shaking. Dude at the shop claims...he took it for a test drive ..told me he found nothing.... didnt even charge me...few days my drive shaft fell out...dont bother going here..they dont want your money and arent even going to try and help you.....or. Was it just me...risk ya vehicle if you want but Im never going back to aaannnyy location

I wished I went there years ago....they are fair, honest and really explain things to you.

Team was very professional, manager damien reviewed findings with team before actually giving me the diagnosis. Prices was within Baltimore city and national average., I checked before going. I was in like 10. Give me a diagnosis by 11, was driving away by 3pm after they replaced 2 catalytic converter s and pipes on my 2005 f150.. thanks guys..cant live without my truck

I would always get my inspections done here for all of my cars. Yes cars! I like to get another car like every 1-3 years. Dont judge me🤣 Anyhow they dont do them anymore😞.The guy who mans the front is very nice and the guy who runs the place is very funny. He does good work here and is very reasonable. I recommend this place 👍

$40 for an oil change and now I cant see my speedometer. It was fine before I went there. Ugh, never again.

This place is absolutely awful. I went here to get a state inspection, was supposed to get my problems “fixed” and now not even a full month later I’m having to see another mechanic to fix the exact same problems because the people at this Midas either did not fix them at all or just did a terrible job.

I personally have taken my car to many shops including the dealer. I have been happiest with this shop. Alway treated with courtesy and so far have not had unneeded repairs pushed on me like the dealer.

Its true dont go to the chain mechanics. Did some work on my car & told me xyz needs to be replaced. Cost about $800. Bought the parts myself for about $250 and they charged $400 for 2hrs of labor. They also left grime on the floor mat. Im done with chain mechanics. Maybe Im wrong.

Terrible I had my car taken there to get a simple oli change tire rotation and brakes checked when i get to me car an hour and a half later i be damed if the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON.....WHICH WASNT ON BEFORE THE TOUCHED MY CAR...called back to be told i needed a dionogis test which will be a charge....i WILL NOT TAKE ANY OTHER VEHICLE OF MINE OR ANYONE ELSE TO THIS LOCATION DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMENDED

Had to make multiple trips to get the right diagnosis and to get the problem fixed.Edit: To the local guides that have never visited this place, please DO NOT 5 STAR. This is misleading, the shop will rip off customers.
