I cannot praise this dealership enough! I came in knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and the staff went above and beyond to get me into it, despite the issues with my trade’s registration/title. For the last year, I’ve had major problems getting my out-of-state vehicle’s title sent to Maryland, and the Antwerpen Nissan Security team was able to resolve this almost immediately. Scott & Derrick are OUTSTANDING! They stayed in constant communication with me and undoubtedly put forth tremendous effort to get me into my dream car. This was the best experience in my car buying history. The moment I walked in the door until I drove off the lot, I was greeted and treated with total regard and respect. Every question was answered. The options were great, my test drive was wonderful and Mr. Mike took the time to show me how to operate my vehicle and its features. While I was waiting for Mr.Biggs he went over accessories, when to get oil and tire changes. Setting up the app on my phone so everything would sync with ease. I will be bringing my vehicle into Nissan for all services. Truly Happy!

I WISH I could rate them zero stars, because 1 star is way too high! The sales person was dishonest, and said that I would get rebates that I didnt get. The financial manager was dishonest, and tried to charge me for items that I didnt get, and after I signed the contract, I found that the contract that I signed wasnt for the vehicle that I had chosen. They charged me 900.00 more then the sticker price that was on the car. I realized the switch that they made BEFORE I took delivery of the vehicle, so they offered to write another contract. I told them that I wanted to go over the contract to be sure that there were no more mistakes. I left the car on the lot and they kept the keys. I found that they charged me about 3500.00 more then I should have had to pay. At that point, I didnt trust them and I didnt want to do business with them. I had NOT signed the new contract, but they said that they would not refund my deposit of 8000.00.At this moment they have the car, the keys and my 8000.00.Thank you Samantha. Do you know when you will be contacting me? It has already been 11 days and Antwerpen still has my 8000.00, the car and the keys to the car and I have nothing. I have tried to reach you at the number that you provided here. Ive called several times and left messages that contained my phone number so that you could call me directly. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Salesman was inappropriate on so many levels, store manager is a slick talker that would rather argue with you than listen. After my experience this weekend I will always bring a man with me when I look for a vehicle. Disgusting, chauvinist behavior.

I spoke with manager over the phone and told him exactly what I was looking for in my truck. I also stated I didn’t want to be there all day. When I arrived he had a vehicle waiting. It had all the features I requested and more. I was thoroughly pleased and I left the dealership within 2 hours. I will definitely recommend Nissan Security to my friends and relatives.

First oil change just came up and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. I had to try calling on a couple occasions to get an answer, was ignored 4-6 times. Finally got in to get the oil change and what the advisor told me would take “an hour and maybe 15 minutes” took two hours. I also never got a call when my tags came in and had to call myself to find out.If you can’t answer my call, put me on hold and come back to me, but not picking up at all is pretty terrible. I definitely won’t be doing more oil changes here I’ll go to the Nissan closer to me

I noticed a bump or bubble on my front tire. I did not have an appointment but it was very concerning, so I just when in to have it checked out. The service advisor Mr Gint took one look and told me if they had a tire in stock that he would take care of it. The tire was in stock and Mr Gint was true to his word. I was well pleased. Our experience from the beginning with my wife and me entering the Nissan facility at 8 Am until we left was exceptional. We found Erica, the woman, who takes care of your bill, and Miss Patricia cleaning the billing area and car show area respectively. When my wife told Erica that she thought the toilet may not stop running, she immediately left her post, informed a worker, and this worker then entered the bathroom to assess. William James, our sales representative, checked out our Nissan Versa within the time he stated. He then assisted me with using the best of the two coupons that I had retrieved off the internet to pay for our brake repair. As we were leaving, we asked another service representative, James Valentine, a question we forgot to ask William. He answered our question thoroughly. I rarely give out 1 5/5, but I think they deserved it.

Did not receive what I paid for and my car interior was oil stained when I got it back from the dealership service center. Charged for a Tire rotation and it was even done. Tire pressure was all different on each wheel. So I now have to take somewhere else to get my tires rotated and Avery expensive cleaning bill to get the oil stains out of my off white interior. Really disappointed. Tried calling several times to get it resolved and no.answer

I came in for an appointment @ 9am. I arrived @8:45am. I was told that it will be about 1 1/2 hours to be completed. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. At about 10:45am I noticed that people who came in after me has done come and gone and some of them were walk ins.I then found Mr. Gint and asked how much longer will I have to wait for my vehicle, he said he will find out. About 11:00 he came and told me about 10 more minutes and it will be ready. About 11:15am he came and told me my car is ready.Coming to find out it was not my car that was ready, now he had to go find my vehicle. All while I am not late for work. 11:45am he came and said they have found it and it qill be about half an hour more.Finally around 12:30pm or so I finally was called for my vehicle. Now they did have my payment reduced to 1/2 of the cost of $74.Now my self as a person who is respectful of time especially peoples time and I arrived early, I really feel like because I am young she will be ok to wait. Also, looking at my car all what was done is the oil change. I would really love to keep coming their but if this is how appointments will be treated them I will have to find someplace else to take my vehicle. I purchased it from there so I would like to keep coming there. How can this be resolved.Cindy

I purchased a brand new 2021 Rogue with only 8 miles. The engine light came on less than 24 hours after driving off the lot and now I am being told I am unable to get a loaner, they will need to keep the car for a few days and there is no guarantee the issue is covered under warranty.

Went in for routine maintenance but also to have a leaking tire checked. The tire needed to be replaced and, unfortunately, as I discovered two days later (after only driving the car home the 10 minutes from the dealer and not going anywhere else), there was a leak in the stem of the new tire which meant the tire went flat. Luckily, we have a tire air pump and got the tire reinflated. The next day it was again low on air. I called the dealer and took it in the following day. Thats when the stem leak was found and fixed. The check tire pressure light has not yet gone off (I was told that would happen after driving the car for a few miles) so I may have to return to the dealer once more. This is basically the first time in many years that I have had any problem after the car was serviced there!

I didn’t have a good experience with this company at all . I took my car too Nissan Security my experience was very stressful the employees at Nissan didn’t have no compassion . I regret taking my business to Nissan. I got Rob in basically they couldn’t do nothing about it .I just recently got my car diagnosed by Nissan security they told me it was the battery sense and the belt and the brake fluid.I paid 900 dollars to get all of that fixed .Two days later my car was having the same problems .I took my car back to NISSAN security excepting them to fix the issue they came up with a different issue they told me it was the Cvt transmission.They told me no codes poped up for the transmission.My car showed all the signs of a bad transmission And to add on to all the stress Ginch a Nissan employee told me somebody hit my car while they were test driving it .instead of telling me right away he told me when I call him hours later very unprofessional .I called nissan corporate American .I didn’t get no type of help at all they basically laugh in my face. They didn’t offer to give me my money back no credit nothing they basically just took my money

Do your research before buying a vehicle here, Nissan makes very inexpensive vehicles but you get what you pay for buying one, Alot of them come with transmission problems and the people who sell these cars know about it. They are designed to stay with you for a very short time before problems start popping up and this place will hound you with phone calls just waiting until your transmission eventually breaks so they can sell you on a new car after quoting you some ridiculous amount to fix the very car you bought from them. Buyers beware. Do your research
