Did my uber inspection in under an hour . Very nice people working there.

Mr. Nagari failed my Uber Inspection and potentially saved my life. He pointed out that BOTH of my front suspension arms were broken. I drove home carefully, called the dealer and have an appt to: 1. Get that damage fixed 2. Return to Mr. Nagari before one month or 1k miles to waive an additional fee and be passed.Also, even though leather burns in the summer time, take any extra steering wheel cover OFF before going in for a ride share inspection because he WILL fail you, just for that. Yup. Thats right.So, while I am thankful for the heads up, he gets one less point for bedside manner, very gruff and curt and two off for he one thing I did NOT appreciate; whatsoever.The very expensive Purple Harmony pillow (a very freaking expensive pillow) on the passenger seat used to cushion my senior chihuahua must have been used by someone with very dirty, disgusting black oily filth who cleaned their hands off using it. There went that investment. In the garbage it went. Too disgusting to clean. I was soo grossed out.Usually, these places have a care for your personal property. I paid $55. for the failed inspection. The pillow cost more than that. It was a Purple Harmony Pillow costing close to $200 because my pups worth all that and a bag o crisps.So, Ill return cuz I have to but, not again.Carelessness is carelessness.When someone shows you who they are the first time, believe them!

They are very accommodating, work hard for you, and are reasonably priced.The insurance company sent me a check that other shops said probably wouldnt cover the cost of repair. I was concerned that my car might be totaled, but Nagari came through with a beautiful repair for the price covered by insurance.Dont hesitate to have your car worked on at Nagari Car Repair. I highly recommend them.

My husband went to this establishment to get a inspection. The person that did it had to much input in what he should do with his money. You are suppose to inspect the car not tell someone not to put money into it and sell it. I would never go back here. The customer service is bs.

Bought a 12 ford e150. The van runs great and they fixed all the minor issues I had with the van so it would be perfect for what I need it for. Good place to buy a vehicle.

I went to Nagari after having a brake issue diagnosed during my regularly scheduled maintenance at a dealership. They fixed my car quickly and for less than a third of the dealerships quote! Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I wish their waiting room were heated, but for the cost I really cant argue. I will definitely bring my car here in the future--no more dealerships for me!

Wasnt really feeling the OVERALL EXPERIENCE and I believe they got over on my sister when she went by herself. Charged her way more and for stuff she really DID NOT NEED DONE. Also tried giving her back a used tire that WAS NOT hers in place of her tire they were simply changing off her rim. Scammish to me, then lied about it until we showed 100% undeniable proof it was switched like her name WRITTEN on her original tire ( not really noticeable). Wont be going back EVER!!

I’ll start this review by saying honesty goes very far with me. I came in to have some preventative maintenance the dealer said that needed to be done to my car today. He told me the shop could do all of what I requested. After about an hour he came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the differential fluids and that the car didn’t need it or to be changed. That alone save me more than $350. I’ll refer this company to all my family and friends to this location for maniacal work done any day from now on. I noticed they have a body shop there as well. 5*’s for your complete car. My new mechanic shop.

When I first met the staff at nacari car repairs and sales. Just Google it. NIR is the owner, he gets things done. All other staff members there are equally friendly. They inspect vehicles for Uber and Lyft. Mechanical repairs, Body Shop, Maryland State inspection, and car sales.

Just had my first experience with Nagari car repair for a rather complex job and I am very pleased. Nir was consistently helpful, friendly and patient very knowledgeable but without the ridiculous overhead and sales pitches of a LandRover dealer. HIGHLY Recommended for Excellent, Honest and Quick Service with great Value in comparison to the dealer. With Nir and his team, I found transparency, integrity, and a truly veste interest in cultivating lifelong partnerships with each customer. They had genuine compassion for my situation they told me honestly which items need to be addressed now and which can wait, and instantly provided the perfect solution to get me back on the road with minimal time and expense.

We have been looking for a truck for some time now, but what we found was way beyond our budget or very high in mileage or wear and tear. My daughter has been buying and servicing her cars through Nagaricars for the past fifteen years and she told me that I should really give them a try. Benjamin and Nir didnt have what we wanted on their lot, but they told me that they would contact us as soon as they found what we were looking for. Within 24 hours, we got a call and pictures of the truck that they found. It was everything that we wanted and more, all within our budget! They also gave us a great trade in on our SUV. They service what they sell too, so it looks like this is where we will be making our car buys from now on.

One of the worst place to take your car, for car inspection. They will fail your car even if nothing is wrong with it just to make money out of your car. Worst customer service, and that big mouth Pakistani looser has no idea how to speak with customers. I would not recommend this repair shop even to my worst enemy

Ok service on part of those that book tge appts. A lady was cleaning the bathroom heard and saw us come in we stood there to wait for service she says nothing till my friend taps the bell. The man with glasses attitude sucks when asked a question. Just not welcoming they both acted like they didnt want to be there and if that was the case dont wait on customers projecting that negative energy on to us.
