The staff is very friendly, and professional and I enjoy bring my vehicle to a shop that I am comfortable with. Their prices are reasonable and not overcharging.

Service manager seemed nice enough but after my repairs my check engine light goes off a month later. Turns out the Hamilton mechanic didnt reattach a fuel pump properly which resulted in additional work needed. Went to the dealer for repair & Hamilton LITERALLY didnt reconnect the hose properly resulting in my check engine light going off. My original rating was 5 stars but after going to the dealer and paying 500 in labor just to attach a hose properly theyre getting 1 star and Im never using Hamilton again and I dont recommend you do either. Seems like Shotty work to ensure more work for them in the future.

I was preparing for my annual visit to Philly when I discovered I have a flat tire. I drove slowly to one place and they quoted me a ridiculous price. Then I stopped at another garage and someone mentioned Hamilton Tire Goodyear. The price and service were impeccable! As a woman, I was treated fairly, didn’t feel disrespected and was charged with outrageous prices and things I didn’t need just for them to make a buck. I will be returning to upgrade my tires to prepare for the winter.

It is hard to find a good repair shop in Baltimore. I had excellent customer service and the job done correct.You will only get told what your issue is no scam work. This shop even offered to help see if they could repair something outside of their ability to fix and was honest enough to tell me that they couldnt and what the issue was.

Hamilton Tire gave prompt service with an oil change and helped me out with a lug nut problem on my Ford Escort. They replaced the bad ones and I could not have beaten the price even if I replaced them myself. I recommend them for great service and prices.

Normally I take my car to the dealership for servicing but my front breaks were making a grinding noise and the next appointment they had was next Saturday. So I decided to check around the neighborhood. Hamilton Tire had great reviews and was only 4 mins away. They were so nice on the phone and managed to fit me in today. Dropped my car off after 8:00 a.m. and by after 1:00 p.m. I had new breaks pads, rotors and my break fluid flushed. They even gave me a free pen 😁 and you know how us teachers LOVE pens LOL. Also as a woman I appreciated that Mr. Michael didnt talk to me like I was clueless about my car, as has been my experience with some shops. Think my dealership wont be seeing me anymore when Rouge has an issue.

I seen them not take advantage of an old lady who asked for 4 new tires. They told her she didnt need new tires and fixed her 1 bad tire for $17. This is the only place Ive taken my cars since. They do quality work and its backed with a warranty. Keep up the good work

We just recently moved to Baltimore and I brought my Prius in for a MD State Inspection. I feel fortunate to find such a reliable auto repair shop close to where I live and I plan to continue having my car serviced there.

Price was way better than Bob Davidson Ford for same work! Front brakes rotors and rear caliper I saved $800!

My car was actually looked at and a diagnosis made based in what was actually needed without the shoulds that many shops sell hard based on mileage.The work was done as discussed. As a woman, I was not spoken to as though I was not-quite-bright.The price was fair. I did not feel that I was a get-rich-quick scheme.

I had them do an MD safety inspection on my car. I dropped it off at 8am, and they called me by 9:30 and said I was good to go. Fast, easy, simple.

I called in and spoke to Jay and asked him if he was able to put four new tires on my car while I was on my lunch break. He asked me when I could come in, I replied within 20 minutes. He responded with, we will make it happen. Four new tires and an oil change only took an hour for them to complete the job!! But what really stood out to me, was how these guys go the extra mile for their customers. For example, I don’t know anything about cars. So many times in the past, mechanics have told me you need new brakes, you need a new timing belt. But you don’t know if what they’re saying is completely 100 percent honest. I felt very comfortable and I knew I made the right decision in trusting my car with him. His price was extremely fair and honest. He told me everything looked great and I was good to go. Also, Jay sent me a text message which showed a detailed description of my vehicle.

I stopped by to see the guys at Hamilton Tire & car care again. I walked in and observed a customer being a little rude to the front desk worker. I was really impressed on how the front desk worker (Mike) seemed to handle a long time customer who thought they could speak there mind.It was my turn to speak with Mike and he remember me from my vehicle and the review. I told him i was back for the front brake and he toke it from there. The job was completed fast and I can’t be more happy with the job.The shop is currently giving a discount to military and law enforcement, so don’t hesitate to let them know. If I’m not mistaken that also might apply to all first responders, but you might have to check. It feels good to have confidence in the place where you take your vehicle for repairs. I now feel Hamilton Car Care will handle my vehicle need and you should too.

I had an emergency on yesterday (April 9, 2019) concerning a flat tire on my truck...I stopped in to Goodyear and they were very understand of my emergency. Thanks Good Year Team!!I got in a car accident, and had Jiffy Lube (which I’ll never do again) fix my car. They didn’t properly fix it, which prompted me to come to Good Year to have my car serviced again. Upon arriving at Good Year, I met Michael Winer, one of the service managers, and he immediately jumped into action. He put my car on the lift and told me what the problem was within a matter of minutes, and that he could get it fixed in an hour tops. And he even corrected one of the issues that Jiffy Lube did not fix, at no cost to me. This was some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I don’t care that I live downtown, I will be bringing my car back to him to service it whenever I need. And I’ll be sure to refer any family member or friend as well! For ANYTHING car related, Mike is your guy!!

I live up the street and decided to go somewhere local to repair my flat tire. Unfortunately, the tire had two punctures and was not salvageable. They gave me a great price on a new tire and I was in and out in under an hour. Wonderful service and will use again!

They will buy cheap parts or no parts at all and pretend to put them in your vehicle just to charge you a lot of money. Yeah, I got a nail in a tire and they patched it, but I came to say the pen they gave out is the best pen Ive ever had.

I always try to take my car to Hamilton Goodyear and have been for years now. Recently I needed a new tire because of a nail puncture. As always Michael got me taken care of and fit me in their schedule quickly. I also only paid a fraction of the tire price because Micheal recommended road hazard coverage on my last tires, he told me I should get coverage because of how much I travel. I will always trust this shop and continue to use them in the future.

This is the place to go! They take good care of you. Prompt, attentive, fair and thorough...and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they find the best pricing for what you need (always beat the dealerships and search for savings for you). Its nice to be treated with respect. They explained what needed to be done. I f theres a problem, they do their best to rectify it.

Do not take your car for inspection here. They will tack, on things to increase the price, even though, after my visual inspection like lower ball joint were perfectly fine. He took a long screw driver, and tried to show me movement. There was none! He said I have to replace both, at almost $900 to have work done. He tried to convince me that there is movement. B S! 2 other mechanics said that they should have not failed. This place is a bring it in, and well make it as high as we can to get the work! B S! A BIG RIP OFF!ITS A SCAM!

I am highly suspicious of auto repair facilities. I don’t trust them. After having work done at Hamilton Tire & Car Care Center, my opinion has changed. But, just for their facility. Their manager and mechanic proved themselves honest, dependable and proficient when it came to repairing my diesel truck. I have not had a single problem since they repaired it.

They take care of my car as if it is their own. My car is my business. It has to be functional at all times. Mike and his crew take care of me and my car and I never have a problem they troubleshoot they find solutions they get the job done I think theyre terrific.

When I called on my way to the shop in the tow truck due to a flat tire, I was told there was a 2-3 hour wait. I wasnt happy, but needed my tire fixed or a new one, so I accepted it. But it only took an hour, and I ws able to continue with my day thanks to Mike, who was friendly, sociable, responsive, and efficient. It will be my go-to for car care!
