My daughter got her first car from here, everything was great, picking out the car and going through the process. They told her to bring it back the next week so they could fix something on it and they would give her a rental. She received a rental that smelled like weed and had a blunt in the car. The car was beyond dirty and a lot of the warning lights where on. Katrina told me to bring it back and they would clean it didn’t say nothing about the weed smell or nothing. It’s a lot I can go on and on

These people sold me a lemon car 24k lied about the price had me lie to the bank for a loan, I also had trouble with my truck I had for 8 months an I am already getting a new transmission, tires, tuneup ans more which is 10,000.00 they did want to honor there own warranty, we are in court now. Update there mechanic confess to my insurance company Geico that they use junk yard parts and pay places to pass state inspection without inspecting it.

Well this is Ivin Moody and I have known about this place for a while before actually visiting. It was through the great work of Destiny that I came to this lot. I purchased a BMW SUV as of yesterday from them. I must say the dedication of my salesperson Destiny was out of this world. I was extremely nervous when I arrived due to some negative comments I read online. The Finance Manager was so kind that I immediately cane clam and comfortable. I do recommend this place to anyone. They even allowed me to leave my 89 year old mothers car there overnight so I could drive the new car home. 5 star all the way from me

I brought my first vehicle from them. It had a evaporation leak they were great about fixing it. They ended up replacing all the parts by the time they finally got the right part. They arent big on coming out to greet customers.. you definitely have to go inside and get them. The mechanic is the only one who greets you when you pull up for service. Overall despite that the staff is still cool and friendly. Will recommend

Do not work with James. Extremely unprofessional. There are other dealerships that have much better customer service and responsiveness. It doesn’t matter how good of a deal a dealership offers, if you aren’t treated with respect.

They had a decent selection of cars. They all seemed to be well taken care of from the outside. However, my family and I were never greeted. We walked around the dealership for 12-15 minutes and not once did anyone come out to greet us or ask us what we needed. I didnt check the hours. We went around 11am, so maybe they were not yet open. However, I saw people inside and at the auto center. We left Wabash Auto and went to another dealership where we were greeted and started working together with a salesman.

Service section was very nice and helpful upon when asked questions about the car I purchased. Have been bringing my car here all the time. I do recommend this place for sales and service.

HORRIBLE PLACE. Service people will promise but not follow through, put you off for weeks on end refusing to make an appointment, finally make appointment and then not work on your car for another hour or two without warning, and then do HALF the work they promised to do and say they did it all! If you have to get your car fixed here, have someone else check behind them to make sure they did all the work!On the selling side - Theyre all nice at first, but then they give you incorrect paperwork and refuse to take any responsibility for their own mistakes. Dont be sucked in by the smiles.

Next day I went in and I was told that they are not a body shop so they couldnt fix it(great) then my air stop working and I went about 3 times and it still wasnt working so I was told come back next summer and he will do it for free lol smh. Dont buy from them. I got a car from them and the car is in horrible shape....I had a water pump that should have never passed inspection. They lie on their inslection. They wont let u test drive the car. The prices are terrible. The warranty is trash. It doesnt cover anything on the car. No routine maintenance. Nothing. I cant wait until I pay this overpriced jeep off then trade it in. I take care if my jeep but every month its something new that is wrong. It is clear they dont care of the cars. How is the whole under carriage rusted. Why did they sell it to me knowing it needed work done? This was a huge mistake I made. Never again. Do not buy from them!!!

I remembered onstart can send u a report. It was so many things wrong omg. How they knew what was wrong from there computer and that lying ass Mechanic computer didnt know.
