This past Monday, I got on the highway to head home to DC and my car did not feel right; it would not comfortably drive over 40 mph. I pulled over, looked up a repair shop, called to make sure I could drop it off (it was close to closing time), and then called a tow truck to drop it off. The next morning, Sue took care of me and my car. She found out that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced which she took care of for a very reasonable price. She also found a missing cap that needed to be replaced in order for me to drive safely. I need radiator work done soon so will definitely return to this shop to get that work done. I feel like their prices are very fair and it was nice to work with another woman in a male dominated field.

We had our tire go completely flat on our way to upstate NY with 7 hours still to go. Every where was unable to take us to plug or replace it until we called here. Sue did her best to fit us in right away and got a new tire sent over ASAP. It took some time given the last minute request and the fact that it was a holiday weekend. After a little bit, we were back on the road. Thank you so much everyone at Meineke for helping us!

I went to this Meineke location around 8 am for an oil change and an engine diagnostic. Sue was perfectly professional and so was the entire team. I waited for about two hours as they checked out my vehicle, but they didnt find anything wrong with it so I was only charged for the oil change. Absolutely wonderful people, would recommend them to anybody.

Ive been going to this meineke since i got my car 6 years ago and my dad went there for years before that. The manager Jerry always treated me like family even after my dad moved away and they never charged me to take a look at my car even tho they knew i might attempt to fix it myself or have it done cheaper by an amateur but now that it seems to be under new management they treat me like Ive never been there a day in my life. Wouldnt even tell me if my car was safe to drive or not without asking for $$$ for the evaluation. Jerry never let me drive off the lot if he thought i might be in danger. I wont be going back here again.

I scheduled an A.M.appointment online. Waited for my car to be serviced and was out within 2 hours. Had a coupon so another win. Front desk receptionist ( Susan, I think??) was very pleasant.

My van made a scraping noise when I turned left. I had it at another place but they couldn’t find what was wrong. So I took it to Meinike and they quickly found the problem. It was my backing plate. They fixed it for me and they didn’t even charge me. The woman at the desk, Sue, is great. I’ll be sure to take my van back for any future repairs. I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

They charged me 216 and didntfixs a thing, they told me it was fixed but I dont see where. I also saw my bill was Ten dollars more then what was shown on my receipt. I wouldnt say anyone go there for nothing because they cheat you out your money and dont fixes amything.

Theyre Fair And accurate with Your car issue They Dont B.S about vehicle maintenance you dont need so theyre Very Reliable for me they check my Vehicle and did the pre-treated solution to locate the problem without charging me a dime. On the other hand, when I called Midas and explained my situation they advise me its gonna be a $50 upfront charge for them to look into my vehicle for possible problem

I took my Dodge Caravan for check engine light repair. The light was off for maybe one day. Paided over $400.00 for light to come back on and my vehicle sound as if l hit a pot hole in the city of Baltimore it was going to fall apart. To no avail staff was unable to tell me what happen. It didnt sound that way when my husband took it to be serviced. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service l recieved when l ask for it to be resolved they requested more money. So l had to take my business elsewhere. The assistant manager spoke to me like l second class citizen.

Came in with a catastrophe, my exhaust pipe (welded by Meineke in Brooklyn) fell on the way to the airport. Was about to miss my flight, but thanks to the wonderful staff, who understood how BAD my situation was, my pipe was re-welded and I MADE MY FLIGHT!!!! This could have been very bad if it wasn’t for the amazing professionalism of the staff.Thank you Meineke # 394!

Great service came in for oil change and they looked over my entire car to let me know of things that need repair now also in the near future. They also give you an estimate of how much everything will cost . The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait time is long even if u make an appointment but again they do go the extra mile to inspect your car free of charge so it more good then bad . Will continue to use them .

They have face service I would never recommend this place to anyone they do not put the pieces back together on your car like they were supposed to be so if anyone ever wants it as Mina can’t get any work done please get your car checked before you after you leave there make sure all your pieces is there because if not they will not

I’ve been coming to this store for at least 18 years. The front desk people are very friendly and I’ve also worked with them for years. The have always provided good service for the three vehicles I’ve brought to them. Even though I moved out I’d the area, I still come back to this store because I am comfortable with them. I will definitely continue to come back to this store for my car service.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and they didn’t even call me to tell me my car was ready. They were set to close that day at 6, it was after 5 when I finally called 4 times and the guy says “ Oh yea, your car has been ready for some time”

Customer Service was horrible by your front desk lady - Sally in Baltimore. Misquoted price & did not tell me before hand that I (65 years old) had to wait in the cold outside... I would have went somewhere else... Will not be coming back & writing a letter to your General Manager... Very disappointed!!!

The day before, I had an appointment. When I got there, they told me they didn’t have any oils. Why wasn’t I made aware? Why didn’t they call those who had appointments for an oil change? After 15 minutes of going back and forth with my schedule, they finally decided to take me the next day early in the morning. While I was told the process would only take 45 minutes, my oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and 30 minutes. Whenever I politely asked for a time estimate to see if I should Uber back home and just come back when it was ready, I was told to wait another 10 minutes and I trusted the employees since they knew best. 10 minute intervals passed and eventually I stood outside for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

I had 8 oclock appointment on Saturday and when I went to pick it up at 12 oclock. It had not been touch. They didnt even call to say anything. I just took my car and left. Completelydissatisfied with them.

The guy who worked only truck was forty looking and when he finished all my lights were on on the dashboard that were not on when o arrived he left dirt smudges all in my truck I have a 2016 highlander that I take over good care of another tech came and said the lights were already on and he had a hard time starting my truck which is not true. I have been going to this location for years but I will not be returning poor service

So i gave them a 3 star because i had a appointment at 11 in the morning dropped my car off 10 minutes before 11 the lady that made my appointment the day before asked could i leave my car with them i asked how long was it going to take she said 45 minutes to a hour i didn’t get my car back until almost 2 in the afternoon she said it was because ppl was bringing they car in at the last minute but what i was trying to ask her why would they push my appointment back for someone that was just doing a walk in and didn’t make a appointment and if they was late showing up to they appointment why couldn’t they wait

I just spent over $2,200for a converter, muffler/tailpipe,(which sounded bad upon leaving) coil pack/spark plugs changed, waited for day and a half just for my flashing check engine light to return not even 10 minutes later after leaving the shop im not happy at all and can not return the vehicle until Monday. this is my only mode of transportation currently and with me working will make my life more difficult than need be if this was done correctly.

They changed the oil but then said both lights was out in would cost $100+ to fix them, it was only the passenger side out, I took it to a small mechanic shop in got it fix for $20., last time I went here they gave me a list of stuff that needed fixed in when I got a 2nd opinion I was told all those things didnt need fixed. This place is just trying to get money

I waited a month for and estimate for my insurance company I was told if I wasn’t getting it done there they wouldn’t give me the estimate that’s after I waited and called several Times. Went for oil change today! Lady at the front was very friendly and quick! Guy came out to get my car and he was very polite and promised to be done quicker then the estimated wait time. Was in and out in 35 minutes! Affordable place. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back for my next oil change!

The guys don’t have a place to wait. Their price are very high. I had to wait outside on the cold with my family. They ordered the wrong part. And they made me pay for their mistake. This is wrong place to go if you are from different town. I also can to use the bathroom after couple hours of waiting outside. The lady told me that the bathroom is out of service.

Two separate times I have made appointments ahead of time only to show up on time and be rudely told it’s not in the system, despite having a confirmation email and text message. What a complete waste of my time and I will never waste it again trying to get service here. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone going here

The lady at the counter was very rude. I scheduled an electrical system diagnostic test and when I arrived she couldnt even find my name in the system. After finally locating my appointment, she asked me to describe my car issue, I did just that. She then went on to tell me that it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test as if that was going to deter me, I said that was fine. She then proceeded to tell me to leave my car, but even in doing so it would be unlikely that my car would get serviced. She explained to me that they are busy as if I wasnt a paying customer. I asked her what was the point of scheduling an appointment early in the morning, if my car couldnt even be looked at. She couldnt answer that question. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere because her attitude and tone was unsettling. Not only was she unhelpful, but very unwelcoming.

Great place, Shawn personally walked me around my car and explained the problems with the braking system, telling what problems could wait a little longer to fix and which ones needed immediate attention. It helped out a lot.I will definitely come back and get the rest of the work done here. Shawn even did a courtesy inspection of my steering components that i recently had replaced at no extra charge. Awesome, highly recommend.

MY mother had a coupon for free air condition inspection. She told them not to work on the car at all, they come back say its the compressor it will cost 800 dollars to fix. She says no thank you,as she getting ready to leave they tell her the reception wants to see her and take her keys.They give her a bill for hundred and fifty dollars.They fixed nothing,she says she wants to talk to manger, hes in delaware.talks to assisted manger.wont give her car back intil she pays bill.As my 70 something mother is driving home she notice the engine light on.Poor service poor human beings.

Had a rattling sound at the back of my car. Took it to their center. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes. And they din even charge a penny for their work. Will definitely come back soon!

Meineke is a complete RIP off now apparently. Tried to charge me $1100 to replace a fuel pump. Its a very easy job on my car and I was expecting them to quote me at around $500 at most. I paid their equally outrageous diagnostic fee of $127 to get my car back. They didnt even have the sense to put my glove compartment door back on after they took it off for the tests they must have needed to run. Discourteous and way overpriced. They can gouge customers because of how large their company is, but that isnt the way things used to be there. Once upon a time I knew them to be a fair mechanic. Now they are just crooks out to rip people off.

Ive been here twice now, first time they took more than 8 hours to replace the rosters on a car and this time they charged $150 to look at an O2 sensor, not replace just diagnostics. Take your car somewhere else if for no other reason than to avoid the old lady at the desk. Also theyre paying for google reviews FYI.

I went there because I lost my brakes in my 2000 Mercury Cougar. The right rear hose was rusted through and had blown out. The left rear was almost as bad. I had them quote me about $500 to replace both lines because they had to drop the fuel tank. When I picked up my car, the bill was about $350. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!
