Integrity??? Not at all! Sammy the rip off is unprofessional, He closed before I could pick my car up without telling me. We had a scheduled Saturday pick up time! He refused to come back to his place of business to give me my car. When I called his cell he Yelled at me and said that he doesn’t work on Saturday and I will get my car on Monday!!!Originally said that it would only take two days to fix my car which turned into four days. I will never do business with him again.

Came in on Tuesday because I was having trouble turning my wheel and I was hearing a screeching sound coming from my car. The owner was able to look at my car, assess the problem, and fix it all in one day! He was kind courteous, and did a wonderful job on my car, and gave me quite a deal! I highly recommend Integrity Auto Repair!

I just moved to Maryland and needed to have my car inspected for the MD MVA. I brought my car to Integrity Auto and that was one of the best decisions I could have made! Sammie, the mechanic & owner, was genuinely honest and very thorough. Hes not in this business for the money, he actually wants to help and assist in any way possible. He described and showed to me what was wrong with my car and suggested where I could get it fixed (as his shop did not have welding capabilities). After my first experience with Sammie and Integrity Auto, I know I will be coming here for an honest second opinion, if ever needed! Found a mechanic I can trust in Baltimore :)

Very friendly owner. Practices transparency with pricing. Always offers to show me his parts invoices so that I know exactly what Im paying for. Best prices from an actual licensed master Mechanic on both labor and parts. Has never tried to up-sell unnecessary services. Honest and to the point.

This guy is a great guy and I have never had any problem with his work. I have brought to cars to him, one which needed no work and he was honest about it. The other he did major repairs on and the vehicle still drives fine two years later. Very reasonable work, he seems to be booked a lot but I am willing to wait for the quality of service.

I started taken my cars to Sammie about 4 years old. I have three cars and a lot of my friends started coming to him. He is the only person I let work of my cars. The name on his shop speaks volumes as to his character. Sammie is a man of Integrity, Honest and Fair. I highly recommend anyone to bring their car to this shop!

Sammie is a great mechanic. He will not lie to you, nor does he overcharge you. He is very reasonable. I once saw him replacing a catalytic converter because the one he put in was bad. The PART was bad, but because he was the one that ordered the part, he felt responsible, and didnt charge the customer for the labor to replace it (even though he probably should have - thats 8 hours of work!). Hes the type of mechanic that will change your light bulbs and washer blades for free (when other mechanics would add that to the bill). When he orders parts for you, he only charges you the discounted rate that he gets. No profit from ordering parts. Hes a great guy. The only cons are that he works alone, so it could be a while before he gets to you and he doesnt do engine work - which isnt really a con, but I wish he did engine work.

He is an excellent, fair and reliable mechanic. He does in fact operate with INTEGRITY!! I would and have recommended him to anyone I hear with car issues. I hope he stays around for a long time :)

This place lives up to its name. Sammy is the truth! I came here because I was referred by a friend who had just moved to the area. I needed a state inspection and based on local competitors, IARC was cheaper. ($60.00) Sammy did a detailed inspection of my car and I had asked him about two recommendations for repair made by another shop in Glen Burnie. Sammy told me that I didnt need those repairs and showed me what to look for in my car so I knew when I needed the work done. He was patient and incredibly kind. Ive definitely found my new mechanic. Hes great!This place only takes cash though so please come prepared when you need service. Also, Sammy does work alone so also be prepared to leave your car. For the honestly and quality work received, its well worth the wait.

Things to love about Sam, the shop owner: he is very honest, he is reasonably cheap and very meticulous, knows what he is doing and does it with passion. He does not rip you off. The only draw back is that he works by himself so it may take a while to get your work done but again he takes time to take care of your ride.

O.K. there is to many good things to say about the man the myth the legend that is Sammy. You all know the story that you can never find a honest mechanic well you found 1 here so if you looking to save your dough look no further. Couple things thou if you get a engine light check which is free with the repair dont I repeat dont get the free check up & take it some where else cause when you take it elsewhere Sammy is not gonna touch your car after I seen that first hand the guy was basically begging to get back in Sammys good graces

I had my vehicle towed there because it died. Instead of the shop checking my battery and or alternator. He charged the battery instead. Charged me 120$ just to get back on the road and have my Vehicle die again the next day on the highway.

Sammie is the best. He is unlike most Auto mechanics who try to get overt on you. I have used him for years to service a fleet of cars from a company I used to work and for my own cars. Your decision to choose him will not be regreted.

I have to say that the name of this place Integrity auto really represents the owner. He was gracious and did a great job with my front breaks and rotors in a timely manner for 250.
