WARNING!!! BECAREFUL OF RENT TO OWN. ESPECIALLY AUTO-PAY.I rent from them and thought autopay is good, being very busy and all.After finishing my rental contract, I was told everything is done and closed.But now I found out that Ive been paying $13.90 every month for the last six months because of autopay. I was told because I had insurance on my rental, which should have been cancelled. The funny thing is this, I was even nice to give the deliverer $40 for the delivery.

The people here are super helpful and really laid back. Steven went out of his way to help me and even held my furniture at the store for over a month while I waited to move for delivery. I have liked every person who works at this store, including the delivery men. The delivery man was super understanding about me wanting to keep my dogs anxiety as low as possible because of the move and was willing to avoid talking inside to stealth mode the operation while I trained them in another room. As a dog trainer- thats very cool. Love them all. 5 stars, easy.

Can’t say a lot about the people in the store, but the two guys who delivered our couch in Burnsville today 12/30/19 were absolutely wonderful! Very polite and professional! These two guys deserve a raise!!! Sorry I didn’t catch there name.

I had talked to the store manager saying that I would miss one payment on a laptop and he said that was completely fine and knew I would have it payed off in the 90 days. Other than that I never missed a payment, he put it in the computer and I think everyone in that store must have called me 4 times a day everyday till my next payment was due. I had never missed another payment and they harassed me for a month. Do not go here terrible customer service, all incredibly rude

My only problem is the customer service,we went in stood there and watch the employees standing together talking and took about 5 minutes for someone to help us,yes 5minuts is along time when we are the ones there a 5 employees

Rent-A-Center is a rip-off. They charge more than 2 times what you can buy the same item for at a regular store. They take advantage of poor people.

If you want to pay double the price for a item and get continually harassed then you should buy from them.

If I could give a lower rate I would got a bed from them about 3 months ago I sat down on it and the side of it broke the bed was glued together with wood glue and half the screw were missing, clearly not put together right.
