Guaranteed Appliance made the process of buying and installing our washing machine easy and stress-free! Our last washer broke in our move, and we were bummed to have to buy a new one. We were quickly served at the store and the sales person was very patient and knowledgeable. Guaranteed Appliance delivered our washer and hooked it up for us, and even took a look at the dryer that we installed ourselves to make sure it was right! They were also able to come well before the scheduled delivery time, which was amazing considering the mountain of laundry we had to do. Definitely a reasonable price for the machine and service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new appliance!

Worst delivery we have ever experienced. Week after we paid for thevappliancr was the only available time they could deliver soi paid for that service next the truck broke down and today Ive waited allbday and he is Still not here and tells mebhe is right anup the way now for hours.???

AMAZING, AMAZING AMAZING!!! We called to price a new range and Steven of Guaranteed Appliance asked what the issue was with the old one. We told him and he explained it was just the coil and he had one in stock for $35. After spending hours getting prices from local appliance repair folks who wanted a $100 just to come out and diagnose the issue, Im so glad we called Guaranteed Appliance Asheville! As a bonus I asked if they install as well, and Steven said hed come out the next day and take care of it for a fraction of what others charge. I cannot say enough about Guaranteed Appliance Asheville, they have earned a customer for life!

We wanted to help out our family with a used electric range who live in the Ashville area. Since we live on the west coast, we called every used dealer in the area. Excellent customer service!!! We had searched numerous name brand appliance businesses for a 33 cubic foot Frigidaire refrigerator for 3 weeks with no success! So we went and checked out this business. They had a brand new, 33 cubic foot Frigidaire refrigerator (what we wanted) only some minor scratches. Still in great condition!! However, BRAND NEW!!! Including the warranty paperwork etc. The two delivery men who came were careful removing the former refrigerator. I also was thrilled to be able to choose a day, exact time for the refrigerator to be delivered after work! Not a delivery between 12 and 5. I would highly recommend this business, worth checking out!

Got a washer and dryer here for a great value, had some problems with the dryer but they were prompt in sending someone to fix the problem with no cost to us and after repair was unsuccessful they delivered a working one of equal value also at no cost!!! Didnt seem they were interested in wanting to help us. We were wanting to purchase 2 appliances including for over $2000. Was only going to knock off $30 for one that was scratched on the floor. Ended up going to Haywood Appliance they were new in box and $100 cheaper. So glad we didnt puchase from this company.

Wow, great customer service. We bought a used washer and drier from them which initially didnt fit into our laundry room. The allowed us to exchange it and then they came back to do service work on the 89th day of our 90 day warranty. Their customer service has been prompt and courteous. Highly recommended.

Got a washer and dryer at a great price with a warrantee and cheap delivery the same day. Delivery guys set both up, including new washer hoses and connected the dryer vent as well. Nice people, we are very happy with this experience.

This company is the worst! They do not properly test their refrigerators, their techs are incompetent and their customer service is severely lacking. We bought a fridge for $620 from them. When it was delivered the driver ran over 3 mailboxes in front of our house. He partially fixed 2 of them and didnt do anything about the 3rd because it would need concrete to fix, so he left our neighbors box broken. The fridge froze all our food even on the off setting, and freezer burned everything in the freezer in just 2 days. The company said they didnt do refunds but would replace it. The second fridge was smaller, older, and not worth the initial $620 we paid. It was running very cold from the beginning so we turned it to its lowest setting . Overnight it froze all of our food AGAIN, because its holding a temperature of 20 degrees. Theyve now caused us to lose hundreds of dollars in groceries, broke the mail boxes, and we still dont have a working refrigerator. Not only are they closed today, but they have their phone off and didnt return our calls from yesterday about the second fridge not working. DO NOT BUY FROM GUARANTEED APPLIANCE !!!

I moved across country to the area and in the process my washer broke. I found this business online and it had excellent reviews. I called and spoke with them and they were very friendly and the prices were great. Ended up purchasing a front loading washer and dryer set. Again, the prices cant be beat and the customer service exceeded expectation. They really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Had to replace THREE washers and after the third wouldnt work, I asked for my money back. They refused. Then they ignored my calls to come and fix it. Lost $250 +. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Fridge went out week before Christmas,could not find what i wanted at any big box stores,quotes for earliest delivery were mid January(which meant losing the winter food supply in freezer).Found a very similar model to my old unit,but newer,at the Arden store.Dan was helpful with purchase,and the two of us got the unit loaded on my truck,saved my groceries by Christmas eve.On Jan 9,called Bryan at Patton Ave store about bottom freezer icing and dripping water on floor.He promptly scheduled a service call for the next day,and Tyler brought the part and fixed the problem(a clogged drain line).This was a design flaw common to the manufacturerer of bottom freezers in certain year models,and the repair kit Tyler installed corrects the problem permanently.I had my doubts as to the guarantee,words are cheap...however I am writing this for benefit of any others that find themselves in similar predicaments,I am completely satisfied with the value,service, and above all, integrity of Guaranteed Appliance/Arden/Asheville.
