My favorite store. This BBB is clean, well stocked, and lots of variety. Anytime I am in area, I pop in. And I am member, get the 20% off everything, so price beats most places. Staff always friendly and helpful. They take returns with no hassle.

As always, everything in the store is just fine. But I was appalled at the staff wearing their masks. All of the cashiers at least had their noses uncovered - one woman wore her mask down around her chin. With a sign on the door that says Masks Required?? I wore mine - they can wear theirs!!

Bathrooms are ALWAYS a complete mess - smelly, dirty, paper towels all over the floor... The two staff members I talked to do not care at all and dont even pretend to care. The manager tried to help me, but was unable for a computer issue. What I wanted said it was in stock online, and the employees told me there was one left in the store, but it was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time... They have gone downhill fast. The 20% off coupons are the only reason to ever shop here. But good luck finding what you want.

I eventually found what I was looking for but sadly this place was a mess! The man that checked me out was very nice.

Disorganized and the choices are not nearly as good as they were. The linens are not good and just generally disappointed. Used to really enjoy wandering around. The kitchen choices are their best.

Great place, had exactly what I was looking for, I needed a white noise machine because I have 3 roommates I live in the city of Asheville, NC. Anyway great prices and things you cant just find anywhere for you bed, bath, and decorating needs.

Good place people are nice store is clean.i was so sad that Google said they had few baby things I was looking for. I found out they dont have a baby section. This is just me wishing they did. I talk to two diff employees and they didnt offer to order them and do store pic up are nothing. Does any one know if they do?

Great store. You can get just about any household item you would want. Sheets, towels, vacuums, dusters, mixers, food processors, curtains, soap, air fresheners, pillows, boxes, containers, a large selection of travel sized items....the list goes on. The only downside is that there is always a line and it takes forever to check out.

As the name implies, they have just about everything you would need for your home and then some. The store is a little cramped in some areas and the staff are friendly and helpful. The have items to fit just about any budget. A good place to shop and compare different qualities of products your interest in purchasing.

It was a quick visit and I was able to get what I needed. Super friendly staff!

I have never been to a more messy and disorganized Bed Bath and Beyond in my life. Not only was the store a physical mess, but the employees were not very helpful/professional at all. I had to go around the whole store twice until I could find someone to help me reach candles on a high shelf that were pushed way back. When I finally found someone, she climbed up 3 shelves (that looked like they were ready to break as she climbed on them) to reach them instead of getting a step ladder. When I got to the register, I showed them on their own website that the candle was advertised on sale but they considered that as a price match and said I couldnt use my coupon (even though I was buying two other eligible items also) Since when is the price on Bed Bath and Beyonds own website considered a price match when that is the advertised stores sale price??Besides all this, there were products thrown all over shelves in the wrong places and overall the store was super disorganized.

Lots of empty shelves! Which could be a good thing, maybe they had great Christmas sales. Things arent priced, in wrong locations, out of packages.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I wasn’t welcomed here at all, I waited to checkout for at least 30 min while many employees were standing around just gossiping.

I will NEVER shop at this store again. Online and customer service has no clue what they are doing. Ordered a 16 sound reactive light strip for my daughter on 12/18. Christmas Eve received a Frozen 2 sleeping bag; immediately started calling and chatting and not a single person could help. December 27 returned package to local Bed Bath and Beyond and was told I would receive a replacement. Now its 3 weeks into the order and I have nothing. Anthony on the 1-800 number decided to hang up on me while Im asking for his name, agent number and managers name for my own records. No wonder they have so many stores closing and people buying them out.

You would think with a name like theirs they would come to mind more when needing home stuff. however I usually end up going to target..they should consider a rename because they really do carry everything except furniture for your home..great store. Can be pricing on things so get coupons. The register people usually have one so dont forget to ask!

Was shopping for bed coverings and stock was very low. Other departments were stocked well. Checkout clerk was very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoy shopping at BBB. They are having a very long check out line problem during the pandemic. I have walked in and immediately left because I want to spend limited time inside. Go early, avoid lunch and no late afternoons.

Ordered in store on Dec14 a product that was not in stock. Sales very helpful. Received email Dec 20 that my order had been CANCELLED!!!! Didnt give me the option for late delivery... To say upset is an understatement. Dont think I will be back in Bed Bath and Beyond again!!

Whats up with many bare shelves and unpacked boxes everywhere? It truly looks like a store going out of business.

The sections I was interested in, pillowcases and bathroom supplies, were a mess. Finding the pricing for some items was almost impossible.

I really like going to bed bath & beyond the staff is friendly and the merchandise is abundant did not find what I was looking for in store this only happens occasionally most of the time I find exactly what Im looking for the staff is very friendly very helpful thank you bed bath & beyond

BB&B has improved greatly. I still miss the before when it didnt look like a Walmart but all stores have succumbed to the bargain look. Availability was good and many new things despite Covid-19. Kudos!

So many choices. Very nice quality goods, and plenty of stock. Prices seem fair to good as well. Wide variety of home goods, obviously bedding and bath goods, including kitchen cookware, small appliances, dishes, utensils and so on. My one gripe is some things werent labeled with price signs or shelf tags. I did, however, find a post-mounted scanner to check prices with. Check out associates are friendly and thorough. All items scanned correctly, no pricing errors, and the do have large, sturdy bags for large items.

Disorganized products on shelves, you would expect better labelling. Shopping for a pillow and dish rack both felt stressful.

Ordered 2 complete queen sheet set for our bed. When the order was received at our home, the sheet sets were too large for our bed. They were returned to Bed, Bath and Beyond via their online store. Both sheet sets were returned in the same package along with the invoice showing two sets were ordered. These sets were order on 7/01/2020 and to date(9/04/2020) weve only received credit on our credit card for one set. Calls to Bed, Bath and Beyond are a joke. The customer service wait time on the phone is always 1.5 hours. We havent been able to get this problem resolved. Bed, Bath and Beyond owes us $74.88. With costumer service as bad as this, I can understand why they are closing stores. Can anyone help with this problem? Ive tried everything. Right now I am going to stay on the phone until they answer!

Always impossible to walk out of a BB&B with just one item! This location is fabulous, great staff willing to find answers and help in any way needed. And youll always find something you didnt know you needed!

Brittany was sooo so helpful! I came in frazzled and running on no sleep trying to buy a houseful of items for my new and totally empty house. I was not in the game. I had been there for over an hour and only had 4 or 5 things in my basket with 10 or 12 more on my list. I think she saw how much I was struggling (Im a 33 year old man who had never been inside a BB&B and had practically never bought household items new before) and swooped in and helped me finish the rest of my list in about 30 min. I would have been there for hours sifting through all the options. It has been a long time since Ive had that kind of personal care, it really made me feel welcome.It also made it easy to say yes to Kenneth when he asked to sign me up for the rewards program to save 20% on my purchase.The only thing I regret about this visit was not realizing I could bring my dog inside until I was walking out the door. She sat in the car for almost my entire shopping trip and only came in for a stroll once I was checked out.I will definitely be buying personal and household items here from now on. Thanks you guys!

This store has progressively gone down hill. Their selection has shrunk dramatically and the store is beginning to show its age. I have often wondered if they are going to go out of business.

I ordered part of my stuff online and went into the store to buy what was available. Ordering online was easy. The stainless steel canisters, finger tip towels and yard decoration, I was really pleased with. Everyone was ready and willing to help me find just what I needed. It was a very pleasant shopping experience

Ive been here a few times before but Im so impressed with all the work they have been doing organizing and cleaning up the store. I really enjoyed shopping this trip. Ken was my cashier and he totally made my night. He cracked me up the whole time I was checking out. Cant wait to go back!

The store was filthy. Shelves were a mess, they hadnt vacuumed in who knows how long.

The service desk is integrated with check out, so I had to wait in a VERY long line to return a dented pan I had purchased in Anderson (LOVE that store). After a long wait I finally got a clerk who couldnt seem to figure out how to exchange my item. She had a couple of pretty snippy exchanges with not one, but two co-workers. I doubt Ill go back to that store

So I went into the store today with a cranky toddler who hadn’t had a nap looking for a comforter set I had happen to see online. I mistakenly thought it said it was in stock at the store so I drove the 25 minutes from my house only to discover I was mistaken and they didn’t have it in the store. I was so frustrated but the staff there was amazing! I wish I had gotten her name but the associate helped me order the comforter on their computer and made sure I got my 20% coupon and free shipping. A rough frustrating trip was turned around by amazing customer service!

Inventory is very spotty. Its either the bankruptcy and impending store closures, supply chain issues, or local store staffing issues. Pretty sad experience all in all

This Bed Bath & Beyond was okay. You will probably find what you came to look for but I found this store very messy. It was hard to find the prices of items because the shelves were not organized properly. Not sure if they were in the process of redoing the store. But the employees were helpful and friendly.

You can find the most unique things here, i love to visit they are always getting new items in. Many a time when ive needed a last minute gift i found something perfect at bed bath and beyond. The place is always kept clean and is very well lit. It can be a bit confusing sometimes to find a Im your looking for but they have plenty of very helpful staff all over the store ready to help you out. Be sure to keep a eye out for those 20% of coupons they send in the mall and over email for great deals.

Horrible customer service.

Ok. Buy with coupons or in clearance for a decent price. I have gotten a few nice things but I don’t know if it was worth the time spent navigating the crowded aisles. Somehow for a store that feels like a hoarder’s paradise it can be hard to find what you want. I wish their online site was better so you could just order online and pick up In store. Really would function better with pick up only, it already feels like a wear house. My mom was injured at a different BBB by a falling box, so she has never come back. Always watch your head.

All the associates were friendly and I found exactly what I was looking for after looking in several stores. Scored some good deals of discounted items.

Good selection of bath and kichen supplys, and very well stocked with cleaning supplys. The best Ive seen around town for anything cleaning. Helpful and friendly staff. Sure it may be a little on the pricy side, but its not Wal-Mart.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store for browsing kitchen and household items. I recommend picking up a Scrub Daddy. Its a special sponge that was featured on Shark Tank. It cleans my expensive all-clad pans without scratching them, and does a great job at cleaning off caked-on material.Be prepared to wait a bit if its busy; the checkout process can take an unusually long time even when there are just a few customers.

Excellent customer service and good selection. Make sure to use their coupons. They work even if expired.
