We had an excellent experience with Ajay this morning. We were early, he opened on time and took our questions right away. He was able to provide accurate information about our options which lead to us making the best decision for us. Excellent customer service. Would work with him again.

Esteban was a lot of help when I purchased a new phone. He’s very efficient and patient.

My wife and I Went into store for a quote and promotions to switch over, glad they had someone who speak Spanish made easy to understand for us. Spoke with Esteban, gave us really good prices and promotions, good customer service, and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want, and will be moving to Verizon

Great experience. Knew what I wanted when I went in but still had a few questions which they professionally answered. No attempt to over sell. Got a good promotion that I wasnt expecting. They set up my phone for me. Overall a pleasant experience.

Esteban took his time explaining how to use the new phone and did not try to up sell me or anything, helped me transfer everything to my new device and made sure all my information was their, he was very polite and also good customer service

Just got my new iPhone today, Leo did an amazing job setting up my new phone. He was kind and answered all my questions tremendously. He also happily didn’t mind helping with a couple other things too!

The worst experience I have ever had with a retail company. The customer service is terrible! They assume no responsibility or liability in helping to return phones to Verizon. They caused me an extra $1300 on my bill because they refused to take the phones that I traded in to them. They instructed me that I had to figure it out through Verizon customer service and it was not their issue. If I could give them a zero star I would. A one star is way too high for the service you received from this location! I would never recommend anyone use this store it is worth the drive to go to a different location to avoid lack of customer service and the atrocious behavior of the employees of this location. I would recommend switching cellular service before I would recommend using this location.

Leo made the whole process of getting a new phone painless. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in plans and phones. He was also patient teaching me how to access all my info. Thanks.

Went to the store to upgrade my iPhone. After getting home I noticed there was a scratch on the phone. Went back to the Verizon store the next day as soon as I got off work to inquire about solutions to the scratch. This was less than 24 hours after owning the device. I was told that a manger was not in and that he wouldn’t be in until Monday, but that that’s an additional 2 days so then we’re going on 4 days and other things could happen in that time. I asked the representative to call the manager. He did and told me the manager said “come in Monday.” I didn’t scratch the device and didn’t use it much in the 24 hours I have owned the device.I wasn’t please with the customer service I received on my return visit.

Best service I’ve ever had in a wireless store. Keep up the great work, you’ve earned my business this holiday season. Someone needs to buy Josh lunch, he was awesome!

This place definitely has no customer service skills, I have been given them a chance 3 times being local and instead of resolving my warranty issues, they have given me run around as to hand me a brochure and fix it some where else . It’s no wonder hardly anybody walks in to the door ! This location is definitely going down as a new business in the neighborhood . one star ⭐️ is a bit too much for the management team they put together ! My advice is : Stay away from this location

Keith is a gem!!! He was patient and took his time updating my husband’s new phone and getting him all set up. He went above and beyond when we had issues with the iCloud backup on his old phone and made sure we were able to import everything to the new phone! Highly recommend this location and Keith for great customer service!

It is the worst attention I have ever received in a Verizon store! really the person in charge was not attentive

Worse customer service ever. Would give less than 1 star but it’s not an option. Upon entering, there was no acknowledgment, greeting, or estimated wait time. Not a look in our direction or even a smile - There were 2 employees and both had customers which is understandable. However, when the next group walked in, they went above and beyond to greet them, recommend them to have a seat and gave them an estimated time. Still nothing on our end. Needless to say, I will not be back and do not recommend this location.

Worst service.. stood there for 15 minutes before they acknowledge me. I needed help with service and they just wanted to upsell items. He kept on greeting and helping other people and left me there. Since i wasnt buying anything he just stopped talking to me. I left aster 45 minutes of getting nothing done. Im so over Verizon and this store. This is why people shop online.
