Where do I begin....I rarely take the time to write reviews or letters of dissatisfaction because I own two small businesses, am finishing my doctorate, have two sons in college and battle health issues. However today is truly an exception. Unfortunately due to two surgeries, I allowed my coverage for my business phones to lapse. At the time they were not urgent since I have hard wired lines for them, as well. I went in today and the “manager” Tommy...I am still in shock typing that title by his name, was less than helpful. He could not do in person what another non-management rep did over the phone in literally 3 minutes flat. He is extremely sarcastic and has absolutely no personality to work in any service based industry. I unfortunately left the location feeling unassisted, unwelcome and underwhelmed. Everyone has a bad day, however this actually appeared to be his natural personality, which is unfortunate for anyone seeking assistance from him at this location. I do not blame Tommy, but feel let down by the hiring manager and person that appointed him to this position. I will contact T-mobile corporate and share my experience and disappointment in not having my expectations met. I do not recommend this location.

9/21/21 Amazing customer service at this location. I came in with a cracked screen and wanted a new phone and to inquire about other possible plans. I was specific to say I am only inquiring about other plans and was not going to commit changing plans today. That did not matter because they were not pushy but rather informative, polite, professional and super helpful. They made me feel at ease and helped me find the right phone. They spent a good amount of time copying over my data and all my apps and helped me resolve some other issues and I could not be happier. Thanks to Tommy and Fabiola.

Just had an awesome experience at the Daniels location walked in and spoke with a young gentleman John he was very knowledgeable and willing to help me out to the very end. I was looking to upgrade my phone and he broke it down and gave me the best option that I had available. I look forward to hear from him when my account is ready for the upgrade. I was also looking for a screen protector and unfortunately they had none in stock John did attempted to find me one but being that Im still a sprint customer he was unable to order one needless to say Ill be transferring over to T-Mobile regardless. Service at this store was awesome! I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get help and the store fixed my issues in 5 mins. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

I went to this store to get a privacy screen thinking that I would get the assistance I needed. The guy that helped me was not helpful at all. He even looked annoyed that I was asking him questions. I called support and they were very helpful and even shipped my privacy screen to me. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Went to T-Mobile today to get help with my phone.Two young men, Steven and Jean worked with my phone and fixed it and didnt even charge me. They were so nice and helpful.

I give this location an A+!For a few years now they’ve taken great care of my family. When I renewed my plan back in September, there must of been confusion with the corporate billing. The regional owner heard of my issue and stepped up to the plate to had it corrected. That will seal my trust and continuation with them.

Very poor customer service! All sales persons were helping other customers and my family and I were next. After waiting for more than 30 minutes with no one acknowledging us, we left! Going with another provider...complete waste of time that I cant get back! T-Mobile please train your managers and staff in proper customer service!

Came to the store to inquire about transferring my service to Sprint. Brian quoted me great price, and I came back later in the day to transfer my service. A minor glitch caused the transfer to take a bit longer. However, Brian stayed well past 7:00 (the time he was supposed to go home) until all five of my lines were working. The rest of the staff and manager were also extremely friendly and professional. Overall a great customer experience.

Quick easy and fixed.

The staff was AMAZING and very knowledgeable. Their customer service was exceptional! I have been having a problem with a brand new s10 phone since March 2019, several service calls, several visits to a different store, multiple diagnostic test and my phone still did not work. I visited the Sprint store off Daniels Road, Winter Garden and the Manager Brandon immediately resolved my 7 month long issue within 10 minutes.

First time shopping at this store. Was met by fantastic, friendly and prompt, customer service.

Taylor and Maurilio helped me with an overcomplicated repair issue caused by another business where Id gone for AppleCare. Not only did they completely solve all parts of my problem, but they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable - not just to me, but to everyone who walked in and called during the hour I was there. I normally expect mediocre service from the Sprint store but they made a gread impact as brand ambassadors strengthening my opinion of Sprint. They deserve raises!

Jodie is the best!!!!! Totally understood what we needed in the budget we were working with. Very knowledgeable and professional service. I’ve never had such great service! Sprint is lucky to have such a great employee. Definitely ask for her for your Sprint needs!

Came into the sprint store and was helped out by JODIE. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Upgraded to the IPhone XS Max with ease. Typically it’s a hassle to deal with transferring everything over to a new phone but it was quick and easy. She even put my liquid screen protector on for me. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Jodi helped us today and was very helpful with changing my phone. She informed us on all the latest news and products sprint has in store. She also helped me learn about my new phone! I feel like she deserves a raise! :)

My girlfriend went in today and the employee Gustavo took care of the problem but took over half an hour to solve something that should have taken 5-10 minutes. He focused solely on customer service constantly telling them he would give good customer service and asking for reassurance that he was giving good customer service. If you were annoyed reading the words customer service so many times in that sentence you got a slight taste. He was more focused on telling them that he was going to give them good customer service than actually giving them good customer service and ended up making them feel extremely uncomfortable. After he finally finished with the phone he made her log into her Google account and clicked on the 5 stars and then made her write a good review that mentioned his name before she could leave. Knowing this please take other 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. At this point she was very frustrated and uncomfortable and just went with it so she could leave. After she left she changed the review to 1 star and deleted the actual comment (this might explain other 1 star reviews with no comment). Gustavo checked the review and saw that it had been changed and proceeded to call her personal cell phone twice and leave a voicemail asking her to fix her review. One of the calls was after the stores actual business hours. Its extremely disconcerting having an employee call her on her phone after the store is closed concerning a matter that has nothing to do with what she went to the store for in the first place.On a side note we were planning on calling a manager but saw one of the managers responses to a review on here calling a customer a coward for leaving a poor review and decided he would likely be very little help.

My advice would be to go to a corporate store instead. They do not honor the same deals and do not offer the discounts as promised before you arrive. I went in to do a second upgrade in less than two weeks and they didn’t honor their offer for a free case or free screen protector. These are not expensive items it’s just the principal. They also take a very long time to do the switch over.

Went to the store they told me they were busy and will be like 20 min before they can help me, manager step up and help me immediately, had some issue with the paper work he finish helping other clients come back to me and got all resolve, he even charge the phone for my little girl before we left, incredible customer service

Yup!! We switched to Sprint and received the best customer service ever!! After being a decade-long Verizon customer, Dennis made sure the transition was as easy as possible and explained everything I needed to know. He took the time to go over each detail and make certain that I understood everything about my new carrier and my new plan. Amazingly enough, this was accomplished with a store packed with people on a very busy day. I wasnt rushed and Dennis never waivered in his commitment to excellent customer service!!!!!When I returned the next day with a question about how some of my contacts were transferred, Andrew and Dennis worked together to correct the issue and again offer terrific customer service! They were both terrific!!! My issue was important to them and my understanding of my new phone was a priority! I left the store both days thrilled with the service, comfortable with having all my questions answered and confident in my decision to become a Sprint customer! Excellent job Dennis and Andrew and thank you Sprint for your commitment to keeping awesome people on your front-line!!!

Terrible service for the third time in 3 years. The store is dirty and many of the places for sample phones are empty. We waited for 1 hour before they even acknowledged us and told us there was a sign in sheet. When I asked how long the wait might be the very young representative said I cant tell the future. They are always understaffed...this trip was no exception. 7 people in queue with many walking in and out when they saw the line. There were 2 employees. I wont be back. Id rather drive 30 min to a mall or go to Best Buy. Avoid!!!!!!!

The moment I walked in i was greeted by someone named Devin who was very knowledgeable about network coverage in the area and she helped me upgrade to the galaxy s9 and set up a secondary line for my child. Looking to save money on my bill and get the best deal. I met Gabe who patiently explained all of our options and went out of his way to help us get what we wanted and stay within our budget. I have had to return a few times with small issues that he happily took care of immediately. My daughter and I went in to switch out our phones and do the data transfer. My daughter did not arrive until 8 pm because of work. My phone would not not even charge in order to do the data transfer. I say all this because Gabe and Tony, another exceptionable representative went above and beyond in what we normally see for customer service these days and stayed after hours to get it done for us. They knew how important it was to her working my business. Also, Jordi the Assistant Manager was very integral to everything coming together with our account. I have never been with Sprint but I am sure to be a longtime customer with this kind of service from managers and reps who genuinely care about their customers.

Devon was so helpful and stayed late to help change everything about my out dated 15 year old plan and sell me 2 new phones! I will definitely come back to this location just to work with her! She was the most professional Sprint employee Ive ever worked with and Ive been with Sprint forever. Btw it was 830 when I came in and she never rushed me. She deserves a raise!

Best Sprint Store experience even on Black Friday!Store Manager, Kevin Johnson is knowledgeable and his attention to customer service and ensuring the job he and his crew do is unmatched by anyone else (I came in late Black Friday evening an hour before they closed after attempting an online/customer care phone call upgrade for hours while traveling to Florida).To be honest, I was apprehensive when the customer service rep greeted us and asked me to sign in.... that changed when Kevin started happily calling names off the list. He arrived at us and immediately went into action reviewing the notes from the previous Sprint Customer Care call.It took him a minute to figure it out, but he repeated back to me what he understood from the notes and made sure I was in agreement. He went into action and didn’t stop until the upgrade was complete, the old phone was wiped, and my wife was 100% satisfied. She bought some accessories and small gifts as well and she couldn’t have been happier with his service.There is a Starbucks and Coldstone next door where you can go while waiting for your phone to update, etc...I can’t recommend this Sprint store and staff enough for the best face to face customer service. If they can find a way to assist you they will get it done with a smiling face even on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.Great job to Kevin and the crew at the Sprint Store on Daniels Rd in Winter Garden Florida!!

I went in the sprint store just to get a quote on adding someone to my account, and from the moment I walked in Gustavo was such a pleasure. He helped me add a line to my account stayed with me after store hours backing my phone contacts and pictures up, and his customer service was excellent. I must say that in the store they treated me very well. but unfortunately the person who took care of everything in my account I DO NOT RECOMMEND him his name is GABE. she lied to me. There were many mistakes in my first invoice, I contacted him and he told me that he had talked with his manager and that due to the mistakes they were going to send me a gift card so I could pay that bill since it was not my fault that the bill arrived so expensive This happened in December we are already in April AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING I call him I sent him messages and emails and Mr. GABE does not answer me. I find it a lack of respect that they lie to customers in that way! I hope the store manager reads this message. So, gentlemen, when you go to that store, ask someone else to take care of them!

I was in the store this morning to upgrade my old iPhone and walked away having had an awesome experience. Customer service was exceptional (definitely talk to Jordi when you go - and be ready to laugh) and I had all my questions answered in great detail. All of the phone and plan options were explained clearly and in a way that I didnt feel pressured to buy anything, and I was helped to make the best decision for me. Overall I had an unexpectedly great experience at this Sprint location (especially with regards to customer service) and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

After many years of being a loyal Verizon customer, they ended up misrepresenting their products/services and as a result, cost me a lot of time, money, and frustration. Switching to Sprint was a great decision and Ive been an advocate of them ever since. Recently, my loyalty was tested when I received a surprisingly large amount on my monthly bill. I called and spoke with the store manager, Kevin, who resolved my issue with expertise, speed, and even a follow up call. Afterwards, I felt that switching to Sprint was a great decision because of people like Kevin who actually care.

They sold me phones and plans. They used my card without I agree to take some fees. I went to the store 7 times and talked to different people. I spent about 3 hours each time I went there. Anyone know about those fees. Anyone explain it. Anyone return it. They just say that the employed messed up and he needs to solve. And nothing...

I was in last week and Kevin was amazing!!!I had a crazy situation and Kevin stuck with me for 5 hours to get it all worked out for upgrading all 4 of my families phones and getting me the best deal. Looking at changing from Verizon to Sprint, so we did some homework on the Sprint website. Saw we could make an appointment for a time in the store and took advantage of it. Arrived at the store 5 minutes before our appointment time and nobody could take the time to meet with us. Left after 20 minutes with no commitment of when they may be able to speak to us. Obviously they dont understand the value of an appointment. This store has the worst service ever. All they care about is getting sales and not taking care of customers. I have been with Sprint for over 15 years and have not seen improvement. I had to get a new phone and they have ridiculous requirements for getting rid of the old phone. I lost all my information from my phone. I would not recommend going to this location. Go somewhere else. Plus, they dont do repairs anymore. Waste of time and their employees are not knowledgeable at all. Overall garbage.

I had a short experience with Asurion website because the Assistant Manager at the Winter Garden Sprint store took care of the bulk of the work for me! They are all so courteous and not just in my opinion, but all the customers in the store were amazed by their passion. They all really made you feel like your situation was important and took care of ALL customers until we were satisfied. They proved this by staying even after the store closed! Please give a big kudos to the assistant manager, Jordi - who was extremely personable and kept me positive while HE took the burden of filing my Phone Insurance Claim - and the two employees working that evening on February 2, 2018: Anthony - he has been extremely informative and helped me throughout the entire journey of searching for the right phone to fit my needs and, unfortunately, I was not able to get the name of the other employee, but he, too, really went above and beyond helping his customers and you could tell he was very proud of where he worked. Thank you to the Winter Garden Sprint staff!
