With this post I am not rating the employees which are very cooperative and knowledgeable at what they do. This is mostly against cricket and their service as a company. I live a mile away from this store. It is considered part of a big metropolitan area. They say that they have great coverage from their parent company AT&t but the reality is where I live its no mountains straight flat land land many houses and yet I barely get one bar or nothing at the house. T-Mobile has no problem in that area but cricket has almost no coverage in that area. Even in the store its difficult to get signal. This might work in many places but where we live is zero. I called the service department and they indicated that it was because there is a lot of people using it at the same time. So I cant imagine cricket not working in the big cities because there are way more people there. I guess if you pay cheap thats what you get.

Excellent service. The manager Sergio was really kind and patient, I had a bad attitude at the beginning. However, he talk to me and resolved my situation with out spending a lot of money. Grate guy keep up the good work.

These employees will lie to your face and then tell you it is not their fault that they sold you the wrong thing and it doesnt work.I now have to go to my credit card company and have this fraudulent charge taken off of my bill. Im lucky that the $70 is no big deal to me, but if you are living paycheck to paycheck, you need to find a different store to deal with. They will absolutely rob you and try to make it sound like it is your fault.

I only gave one stars because I had to write this review but this Store is not worthy of any stars at all the manager is very rude and not customer savvy she should really go back and learn how to be a better manager the store I feel like rips people off there are the only ones out of five store that decide to price their things at their own prices and say that this is what their store policy is when every other cricket store offers you what you’re looking for they don’t allow you to pay the way that you’re looking to pay they have this weird excuse that they make so that this was my last experience going to the store if you are looking for a good service and good discounts and a great pricing I would definitely recommend visiting a different store other than this one the customer service there is horrible and they are not looking to help their customers at all

I bought a cheap phone, touch screen stopped working in less then a month. They wouldnt replace it with same phone. I spent $100 and was able to use their service less then a month. Thats such bull. Like they cant fix it and replace it. Wont be going back. They just want to take your money and give you horrible phones. I have had way better for less.

The manager yelled at me because I did not want to buy accessories that would charge me 2 x $ 60 and I told him that it was expensive, he was upset because I told him that I was going to buy them on Amazon, he replied that he was to sell and not to give to me free, he could make a discount for me, bad costumer service.

Be careful, i went the other day and i noticed a big guy with a shackle on his ankle, immediately i left the store in disbelief.

The staff is great, very nice and excellent customer service. The Cricket computer system is horrible so everything takes three times as long, be prepared to wait! That being said this seems to be an issue in all Cricket stores.

The manager only want to sell, she dont want to help you to set the phone and is very rude, bad costumer service.

These guys are crooks! They signed me up for the $50 plan when I asked for the $40 plan. By the time I realized it, Cricket had already charged me twice and there is no way to contest this because Cricket has zero customer service options. Later found out they signed me up for a free phone and pocketed it since I brought my own phone, and used a coupon code for a free SIM, which they charged me for and pocketed the cash. Youre better off going to Target or some other reputable company.

Scammers they Sell you a sim card with a plan and a free Mobil, then they Sell a cheap case for the phone you have to pay obligatoryWhen you ser the Bill ser celphone free case 19.99$ just be aware

Go to ANY other cricket wireless location. I brought my own phone to switch carriers to cricket. They itemized me a free phone on the reciept when I didnt opt for one nor receive one. Called another cricket wireless confused about the item listed (since the WG location number is not valid) and they said essentially that shows the employee is pocketing the free phone. Went back to the store with the receipt and I asked to speak with a supervisor after speaking with the employee that did my transaction. Surprise, the supervisor wasnt available. The employee gave me the free phone. People have no shame.

Location- close to my house, great plans and excellent service- Finally switched from Sprint to this Cricket Wireless....savings, and more savings!!...;-)

They give USED PHONES instead of new ones, the worst service, very rude staff. It should be called crooked.
