I was very very impressed. I was very well informed on how to use my phone. Being that my phone is a different phone not of Verizon. But was compatible to it. The guys here plus a young lady were fun funny with enthusiasm. Thanks again for all your help all you guys were awesome.

I arrived at around 10am was greeted by an employee but I had to wait for another employee to star her shift to be able to purchase a phone. Then when she finally decided to start working she proceeded to chew gum and hum at the music while looking at her table and sale me the phone.

Marty was 0% help when I came in with a broke screen. I usually go to Mukwonago but was right at the ubreakifix place, they sent me over to get the claim filed. Marty said I had to do everything on line, which Im sure is true, but I cant myself with a broken phone screen that half works, said they dont sell insurance, but my insurance is thru Verizon with asurion, and I pay Verizon so yea. I said I can go to mukwonago and they are willing to help why cant you? His answer was go to mukwonago then, have a good day. Which I will. And they will help me. Learn some better customer service there Mart. Not difficult. Always wouldnt give me a card, maybe doesnt have one but figured the GM would. Hope YOU have a great day, Marty.

The person had an attitude. And more or less told me he cant help me, handed me a piece of paper with a number on it and said or you can go on line. Im older and am not computer savey. I called the number and they told me to go online and hung up on me. I wasnt happy.

I had a very unpleasant experience while at this location. The girl who helped me was extremely condescending and talked to me like I was a child. They will find any reason to devalue your old phone if you are looking to upgrade. The manager is cold and standoffish. Subpar customer service to say the least.

I stopped by to buy a new phone and renew my plan. The guy that helped me showed me some phones then said he would see what deals/prices I was looking at. My son and I waited and waited but he never returned to help us. Instead, he left to go get lunch. I just left; at that point, it wasnt worth it. Ill never shop here again.

My husband has had his google pixel 4 less than a year has to be plugged in constantly. Lets see how today goes as they told him last week there are none to be found to replace it but will sell him a new phone. My question to them will be so the price still owed on the old phone should be taken off the price if a new phone with full insurance coverage on all 4 phone in the household if nit what good in insurance.

I came into this store with a challenging problem and was greeted by Charlie Pullara! He was awesome! His customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond! I switched from AT&T last week after 20 years there because of the sales person here and this store! Charlie reinforced my choice to move to Verizon! Everyone in this store is a great reflection of Verizon! I have entered other Verizon stores and haven’t felt the professionalism that I did here. I will recommend Verizon to my friends and family. Please take good care of Charlie as he solved my problem and made me happy!

The Brookfield store was out of stock of the phone I wanted, so they sent me to Waukesha. I had a great experience as Ryan walked me through the whole process. Walked out with my new phone fully functional and all data transferred. He installed the screen guard and case, too. Perfect service.

Going in to upgrade three phones when we all know exactly what we want should NOT take 3.5 hours of my day, and SIX separate transactions on my credit card.However, the staff is very friendly and helpful at this location, going above and beyond to make things right for the customer.They could still use more seating for customers waiting (and waiting!), But overall this location is the one Ill continue to use in the future.

I went into the store with my daughter because her phone cell service would not connect. I met with Speed, a Solution Specialist. He went through all of the tests he could to see if he could fix the phone - which had previously taken a bath in the toilet. He was unable to reconnect the signal. Instead of trying to sell us a new phone he suggested we first go to a Ubreakifix store, which we did. Amazingly, they were able to fix the phone for us at a very minimal cost. Kudos to Speed and his integrity. Next time we need a phone i know who i am going to!

Bought a $750 phone from the Waukesha location last week and the service was perfect. I had no problems and the staff was great. I worked with the manager Casey and had a good experience. I was told by a different staff member that I could bring in a screen protector and have them help me out it on properly for no charge. I then went in today to be told by a different manager that they cant help me use a screen protector that I didnt buy directly from them. Absolutely ridiculous. I pay for a brand new phone and then this manager will not help me put a $10 screen protector on? I then asked for the person who previously told me they could help and was told they arent allowed to help me. Ill be going to another location if I need help and see this manager working.

Buy online or go to a different Verizon store.Recently bought a new smartphone here. The team in the store was very friendly and it took just under an hour to get in and out. I knew what I wanted and asked exactly for it when I walked in.The sales person and the manager were overly pushy on Equipment Protection on the new phone. I got quite annoyed by the time they finally gave up. Each of them asked the same senseless questions to justify the over-priced $9 a month charge. Finally after they conceded, they gave me their written down numbers on monthly bills. We agreed on the plan and then the guy put everything into his tablet. The total he showed me when I signed showed slightly higher, but he assured me it was due to prior month pro-ration. I took his word for it, signed, and left. I had my phone, so I was pretty happy.I just checked my future bill (a day later) and I see Equipment Protection was added by the sales person. I feel lied to. I wonder how many other people this happens to that go to this location. They did not hand me a print out and assured me everything would be fine. I strongly recommend getting them to show you a detailed print out you can take with, so you can make sure they are not adding things you specifically ask them not to add.I really like the phone and Verizon has good service, just not the team at this location.

Never had a problem with Verizon or the Reps before bought a phone Samsung S7 at this location but the tempered glass protector because the associate said that this will crack before the phone had the phone in my pocket by itself phone stopped working brought it into Verizon they said that the LCD was cracked but the protector wasnt now we have to pay to have the phone replaced because these people live then they were conflicting on their stories back and forth and its just really a City store I do not recommend this store in any way possible the only reason Im giving it 5 stars is so that it will post publicly and other people can see it Verizon is still a great company this store is like the hood store of Verizons everywhere employees are liars theyre not very well-groomed and one of them smells musty find another store

I purchased a new phone, case, and screen protector about three months ago from them, and recently something has broke on my case. Instead of helping they sent me to the manufacturer of the case to get a new one. Disappointed that they would sell something that in a mere three months would just fall apart!

Very disappointed. Bought a 35 dollar screen protector for a galaxy 7 from one of the workers. He told me the ends of the screen cover which were not sticking properly, would after a few battery charges. Of course this didnt happen and all my phone did was gather dirt and dust under the screen protector. It even cracked in 2 places after being dropped once. After 3 days i went back in and requested my money back from the manager Casey. He told me absolutely not and that the protector was doing its job as designed and going so far as blaming samsung for having a phone with a curved screen. I said its unacceptable to have it crack in 2 locations in a matter of days and collect dirt underneath itself. Arguing back and forth he only finally gave me the money back after the original employee admitted he said the protector WOULD adhere to the screen fully after being charged a few times. I walked out absolutely disgusted at the service and the way he spoke to me.

Every time I go in person to the store be aware you will invest at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours for a simple upgrade and or a simple insurance claim or anything to do with your phone. I have found this location is location over muptiple visits that nothing has changed. The store in delifield has a better staff and is quick! Im amazed that the same company 10 miles away has better customer service and knows there stuff. Point dont waste your time in Waukesha store.

Got a wifi device and a new phone. Salesman set everything up. Turns out he messed everything up. Had to call cust. service 3 times within first week. Everything was a play on words. Ask your questions carefully and repeat your question if you feel they gave you a round about answer. Also they say $35 fee wthin two weeks you can cancel everything. But that is PER DEVICE. So more like I spent $70 to waste my time learning why verizon has the worst contracts ever. EDITED: keep receiving emails that my bill is due. Turns out they accepted my returned devices, took my money, and never cancelled the account. On the phone with customer service, AGAIN. and Im not even a Verizon customer. Worst store ever.

Zero stars from me. The last three times I went to this location the employees have been rude and lied to me. Not to mention they try to upsell everything like crazy, even if you tell them you do not want it over and over again. Bad customer service PLUS being lied to about multiple things during multiple trips AND rude employees... uhm no thank you! Today I went to upgrade my phone and told the lady I wanted to try and lower my monthly payment. I gave her my ideas how and she was just upselling this more expensive phone to me and not listening to my requests...telling me I needed insurance and the cheaper phone I wanted was only $9 less than what I was paying... I had enough after talking to her about insurance when everything she said was in a condescending tone because I wasnt giving in... So I got up and told her I was good, and would never come back to this store or recommend this location to anyone. I ended up going out to the Delafield location. My experience with them was 1000 times better. They brainstormed with me and I am now saving $80 a month on my bill. The employees at Delafield have always been nice and helpful during my past visits. I only started going to Waukesha when it was built because it was closer to home... Never again! If you are able, go to the Delafield store instead of this horrible Waukesha location.

Complete rip off. Salesman talked us into a Free I-pad based on the credits we got for turning in our old phone. This ended up being $159.99 with a $40.00 activation fee. He also changed our billing cycle and eliminated the paper bill. Store apologized for the confusion. Will be with Sprint the day I am eligible. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and I still got taken.
