Our ps4 was having disc drive issues and being slow. We dropped it off last week Thrusday and was informed it may take awhile do to a backlog. Totally cool. Alex called and said there was nothing wrong with it. Pick it up at no charge. Sure enough its running just fine! Disk drive is working.Maybe its magicmaybe it wasnt broken and we were crazy.Either way!They were professional, kind, and quick with it all.Thank you to Alex for you time!!

While visiting from New York my wifes Pixel 3aXL went on the fritz. Since it was purchased at Best Buy I made an appointment with the Geek Squad to have it repaired. Lo and behold they are not authorized to repair any phones other than Apple and suggested I go to ubreakifix. I made an appointment for 3pm and showed up 45 minutes earlier.Alex took the phone, quoted a price for a screen replacement and said to return at 5pm. I asked if he could repair it sooner but he said it would be 5pm. My wife and I decided to stay in the area instead of traveling back and forth and did some shopping. About an hour later I received a text message from Alex informing me the phone was ready to be picked up!If he had texted me 5 minutes earlier he could have saved me from my wife buying a pair of shoes:) Alex did a great job repairing the phone and you would not be disappointed if you are in need of his services. Called Saturday about a common battery issue, was told on the phone they had batteries in stock, no problem, phone will be fixed Monday. Called end of day Monday, told sorry, our techs didnt show up for work, hopefully tomorrow. called Tuesday, was told no batteries in inventory, no idea when they will arrive, but if youre not happy, feel free to take your phone elsewhereI see these positive reviews of customer service but all I experienced is a bunch of children with a ton of excuses.

I will never take anything there ever again took my phone Friday to get a new screen and waited 4 hours when I was only supposed to take 2 hours. And it still wasnt done had to bring it back Monday for them to finish it and guess what was there another hour and half and still couldnt fix it said he couldnt upload the new software. So finally I had enough and told him to.just give me the phone back had to wait 30 minutes for him to bring me my phone out and when he did he took the screen off that he fixed and put a broken one back on the phone and it was worse then the that was first on there that was cracked.

This is an absolute life saver!! I appreciate this company so much its unreal. The last few years have been absolutely terrible for me with losing my mother, my brother(whos a lawyer), an uncle and a sister. My world has been going nonstop and I have a phone full of pictures. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my screen repair . I filed a claim through my carrier and the process was quick and easy.

All the other stores told us it would be almost a week to fix my husbands phone. When we went to Alex he said 2 hours and it was done promptly and he gave us updates along the way.

Called to get a quote on a screen replacement for a Moto G Power 2021 & was given a price of $160, screen has to be ordered and requires 1/2 down. However, you cant order the screen over the phone, it has to be in person. Thats inconvenient, but OK... drive 45min to get to the store, go to the about screen on my phone and show that it is a Moto G Power 2021, put half down and the screen is on order, drive 45min back home. 4 days later when it comes in. I try to make an appointment and find out that it is first come first serve, which I was not told when I ordered the screen when I asked about making an appointment when it came in, so by the time I would get out of work and try to drop my phone off there is little chance I could get it fixed any night after work... thats very inconvenient. I dont understand why appointments would not be scheduled, but OK. I take the day off of work so I can be there right when they open @ 10:00 and get my phone fixed right away. When they finally opened at 10:05, I find out that they ordered a screen for a Moto G Power, not a Moto G Power 2021... and that the cant get the screen for the 2021. So this was nothing but a huge inconvenience and waste of my time. I should have just gone and bought a new phone for $250, I will never even think about going to UBreakiFix again.

Staff is friendly but appears to be understaff and unable to give timely turnarounds or even estimate turn around times beyond the simplest of repairs. A complete waste of my time.

Stopped in about 30 minutes before close. My Pixel 3A was only charging on a couple specific chargers. I thought it was related to the recent Android update. Google wasnt helpful but suggested uBreakiFix. They were able to fix the issue within a few minutes. It turned out the port was dirty.

I couldnt recommend going to Alex enough. He really takes his time to figure out whats going on and doing what is best for the customer. I cracked my 11 pro screen while taking a fall on a run. Eventually it started ghosting, and even doing emergency dials in my pocket. I took it into Alex and he worked with me every step of the way. I had the first 11 pro he worked on. At first we tried an aftermarket screen that ended up not being the best fit, but then upgraded me to the first ORIGINAL Apple screen for a fraction of the price compared to sending it to Apple. Couldnt be happier with his diligence, care, and doing whatever it took to get my phone working again. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My son dropped his iPhone X at work today. Cracked the screen just a little. I thought he had a screen protector so I tried to pry it off and broke the screen. Our son uses his phone as a medical device. Called Alex and he said he could get to it today. My Samsung galaxy s10 screen stopped working out of no where. Took it in and since there was no damage to the screen by me and it was under warranty, it was fixed free of charge! Brought our iPad 6th gen for a new screen because our son had cracked it. We have never had to use a third party facility like ubreakifix because we always had a warranty. Anyways, we did some research and saw that the Waukesha, Wisconsin location has great reviews and so we decided to try it. We took the iPad in and the gentleman that was taking care of us let us know that he was worried about the home button and he might have to replace it and we might not have the fingerprint feature anymore. I proceeded to tell him do what you have to do and Ill pay extra, I just want it fixed properly and professionally. No problem, he fixes it and told me he was able to salvage the origional home button. Great news, until on the way home the home button stopped working, so we dropped it back off and told him we need this fixed properly even if he had to replace the home button. Multiple days later with no update he said it is ready to pick up and once again he didnt replace the button again he just added more adhesive, he had put multiple deep scratches to the back of the iPad and adhesive around the whole boarder of the iPad not cleaned up, told us he can replace it with an aftermarket one but it wont look the same, not acceptable this is a $700 iPad. Note besides the cracked screen this ipad was in perfect condition because it has been in an otterbox case the whole 1 year we have owned it, and a few days later the home button stopped working again making it useless. We didnt bother to bring it back because we have lost all faith. I dont understand why it wasnt fixed properly after I told him multiple times to do what he has to do to make it right. We are VERY disappointed especially since it was our first time trying the services of a ubreakifix...

My phone has been giving me constant issues over the last year and each time Alex has been helpful and accommodating. He always worked with me to get me the parts and service I needed and always did everything in his power to make sure he got my device back in my hand in working order as soon as possible. Walked in with my daughters iPhone which was making a rattling when clicking home button, person there took it in back, opened it up, tightened up screws and gave back within 10 minutes with no charge. Had two items fixed there a 2+ year old tablet that need a new charging port. Fixed within a couple of days and works with no problem.Also, took my phone in to get the battery replaced. In an out in a couple of hours for that and all seemed well, but within a week started having issues with it again. Not sure if it the phone itself causing the issue or the new battery. Either way Alex was going to order another new battery and give it a go. Havent heard if the battery has come in again (Its been a week) but have decided just to get a new phone.
