This store is the one that I prefer in Waukesha. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Yesterday, I not only stopped in to pay my bill, but to get help with receiving emails on my phone. Customer service was fantastic, as always!! John took care of the payment first and then helped me with the email issue. While he was working on that, Garrett came onto the floor from the back, walked over to where John and I were, and both collaborated to get my phone up and running. Thank you, John and Garrett!

Shanna and Shavell were more than helpful in helping me replace my broken phone. They had a positive vibe and made my overall experience enjoyable and friendly.

They were pleasant and apologetic, but underqualified for the task at hand.

We recently purchased a new phone at this location. It has been The Best experience we had in any T-Mobile store. Both Garrett & Daniel are truly knowledgeable, attentive, extremely helpful, and polite and their service was outstanding. They helped us to choose phone and accessories, explained many options and details. Garrett connected to the corporate office and helped us to adjust our current plan to greater one with new excellent futures and better price! Smoothly transferred info from our old phone to a new one.We strongly recommend this location!Another Amazing experience with this T-Mobile store!We had some problem with texting on my husband’s phone. We spent yesterday 2 hours with T- Mobile customer service and another hour with Apple support, did not get ANY results.Today we went to T-Mobile store (now our favorite!) and were greeted by store manager Cam Campbell.It took him less than few minutes to fix that problem! Went to this location to trade in old iPhone for new iPhone 11 in November 2019. They had a promotion to cover cost of iPhone with trade in and new line activation so I decided to switch from Verizon. They said it could take a few cycles for the credits to show up on billing cycle but by April 2020 no credits were applied. When I called T-Mobile to see when credits were applied they said the STORE NEVER RECORDED A TRADED IN PHONE and no credits would be applied. Thankfully T-Mobile customer service made this right, but clearly this store doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Great store, excellent and knowledgeable staff. This is where I go for all my T-Mobile needs.

Awesome service and very knowledgeable and professional staff! The other day I went in to turn in my iPhone 7 at the New Berlin location because I had preordered the iPhone 8 and they told me once I received my new phone to take my old one into a TMobile location to turn it in. Well I spent 40 minutes at the TMobile and the guy didnt know how to return it and was telling me they must have upgraded the line instead of jumping the phone and I eventually just left because I had to get back to work. I asked him if the Waukesha location might know how to do it and he told me of he couldnt do it then they wouldnt know how to. Well the next day I went to this Waukesha location and I was in and out in 10 minutes and was able to turn in my phone and 3 others on my family plan. This location is worth your time and is the location I will use from now on!!
